Scythe Vs Chain (Inv Only, P, N/K)

It was day six of seven in the countdown towards yogimirus competitive match with Master Moji student, the previous day he felt where wasted. Although he had made a new connections not only with his new partner Alfred, also having been accepted in to the Rodent Kingdom was certainly an accomplishment in its self. He still couldn't help but feel under prepared for the coming fight.

Having still gained no practical experience with his Kusari Fundo, he knew he would be in for a rough time if he was forced into utilizing his weapon over his fists. With this in mind his hand is forced. Leaving his home stead in his normal attire, a white kosode with long draping sleeves and a hyuuga emblem proudly displayed on his back. sporting a standard white hakama and tying the outfit together with his ninja headband.

Perched on the young mans shoulder was Alfred as the pair leave the house the bird would voice itself "Sir, Where are we going? -RaK-", "To the training grounds Alfred, theirs always someone there looking for a fight", "Very good Sir -CrO-" he replies as they set into the village. Being Alfred's first time seen in the leaf the commuters and townsfolk seamed in shock by his beauty and intelligence as the pair conversed while making their way to the Village training grounds.

Reaching mid-day the sun had reached its peak, beaming down a bright light and blanket of heat with it, reaching a temperature of 32 degrees  Celsius with 70% humidity it was uncomfortable to say the least. Finally having reached the village training grounds yogimiru would be shock at the lack of competition to be found, perhaps scared of by the heat wave the area was deserted spare a a couple sparring.

Taking center stage of one of the many arenas he figured while he was here he might as well put the space to use. Reaching to his lower back yogimiru pulls out his Kusari fundo, Alfred leaping from his shoulder and gliding to a nearby stand (10m away) would watch his form as he practiced basic attack patterns, spinning roughly 3 feet of chain and allowing the weight to carry its momentum the chain would create a whirling circle following his lunges and moves.

Nekrun woke up and rolled off the couch falling on his face to wake himself up with a apple in his hand that he started to eat as he got up and drank 20 glasses of water with a hint of sake in it (probably dosed by Fuyo) Nekrun looks at Fuyo confused

"What was that in the drink"

Nekrun gets up and walks out the door staring at Fuyo as he goes out the door dressed as normal in his black mask covering his scar, black jacket, his scythe on his back along with all his weapons in a pouch on his right leg, his ninja head band, and with his vibrant blue hair put back into a shikamaru style ponytail. Nekrun made his way down the street now there was much less of the uchiha staring at him noticing that he would be there to stay while some of them stilled stared but he didn't care he just kept walking as if no one was there, as he made his way to the training grounds he thought of what he would do and started to notice the head why does it have to be so hot out today he thought to himself. He finally found the training grounds and say a single person there other than the other couple of people sparing but this one person was alone by the looks of it and throwing around a chain, come to think of it Nekrun had seen this person before in specific. Now he remembered it was when he was on a mission the Ninja's name was Yogimiru hyuuga. I got to get some training in I could train with him let's see what he thinks Nekrun started to walk towards Yogi and started to speak hoping that Yogi would stop swinging the chain so he could hear more easily.

"Hey what's up do you want to train with me"

Continuing with his drills yogi didn't at first notice nekrun, flailing the chain around him with a sense of elegance he would be brought to a hault by the exploding screech made by Alfred *RaRK!*. Stopping his movements and bringing the chain to a stand still, "Sir, It appears you have a challenger -CheP-". Finally noticing the young ninja trying to obtain his attention the face was instantly recognizable.

"Oh Nekrun, whats it been like two, three weeks?, how have you been?" yogimiru would ask if only to abide by the social construct. Looking at the young uzumaki the answer was obvious, he had been busy training, wielding a weapon for death nekrun had certainly stuck to his promise on wanting to beat him.

Allowing nekrun time to answer yogi would then go on to introducing Alfred, with a nod of his head the majestic creature would glide towards him, landing and perching on his shoulder "Alfred, this is Uzumaki Nekrun. We were paired together once in a mission.", Looking over the uzumaki with his black beady eyes, "Its a pleasure to meet you Nekrun, you may call me Mr Pennyworth -CliK-."

"Hey penny worth, I see you have also gotten a new weapon as you can see I have also gotten this scythe here"

Nekrun grabbed a six foot tall scythe with a 3 foot long blade off of his back and held it in front of him with the blade towards the sky and the bottom touching the ground trying to look somewhat dramatic.


"I don't think I'm near you jutsu ways but I also have a weapon so I'm at least that far!"

Nekrun held his head high even though he knew he didn't stand much of a chance hand to hand he was hoping that the scythe could help with this battle enough to give him a upper hand in this battle given it's length and size. Weirdly enough the handle was cold given the hot weather today.

Nekruns compliment was truly humbling to hear, sending a slight blushing to the young mans cheeks and a brief smile he would respond simply. "Nekrun, i think you're much stronger than what you think", seeing the ninja handle the frightening weapon sends anxious butterflies swelling.
Lifting the shoulder holding Alfred the bird would respond by taking from his shoulder and retreating to safety of the nearby stands, lifting his chain and rotating his wrist, the weapon would respond by slowly building up speed circling along his right hand side.

The two young men stood inside a small sparring ring 20m long and 10m wide, with a distance of five meters separating the two an excited smile would arise on yogimirus face "So Nekrun, Shall we see how far we've come?". If nekrun was to accept yogi would activate his byakugan and await the attack.

"Might as well"

Nekrun started to smirk almost losing control and going straight to attack but then decided he had to make sure that chain wouldn't capture him so he decided to think before he acted until he finally came up with something to start with. Nekrun lifted the scythe so it was no longer leaving a dent in the dirt and grabbed it with his other hand as he started to run (12 speed) around to the left hand side of Yogi so he was opposite of the chain with his scythe covering the side of his body that could be struck as he went and trying to slash Yogi's left leg (12 speed) as he passed cutting a muscle that would make it hard to stand

Having accepted the duel nekruns actions would not escape the young man, fixated on his opponent he would first notice his body shift forwards then suppressing those actions nekrun would stay still for a few moments, noticing the uzumakis restraint and not rushing in, he would instead lift his weapon and attempt to circle yogimirus left.

Using the long handle to guard his right side the uzumaki would leave little avenue for attack, remaining in place and on the defensive he would form a figure eight pattern with the chain, now surrounding himself in the fast whipping chain he maintains his watchful gaze.
Nekrun now withing striking distance yogi would be able to see the uzumaki's shoulder slightly drop, his posture and movements indicating a coming attack, needing to avoid the strike just one nick of such a violent blade would result in a significant injury. With a swift movement the blade of the scythe comes rocking towards his leg.

Responding by leaping backwards from his back foot with (20 speed) he would narrowly avoid nekruns attack, while avoiding his opponents attack yogi would simultaneously launch a counter with (19 speed), escaping the reach of the scythe yogi swings and launches his chain (19 speed) holding it in his left hand. If successful the chain would wrap around the blade of the scythe and yogimiru would attempt with a ripping motion to disarm nekrun. If unsuccessful he would pull the chain back towards himself and watch for nekruns move.

Nekrun quickly saw Yogi jump back and throw his chain upon seeing this he dodged backwards having his scythe lead him(12 speed) to be out of the range of the chain from that attack immediately after the chain had passed Nekrun used the bottom of his scythe to launch him forward holding his scythe in his right hand ready in case the chain came around again and tried to cut Yogi again this time his left arm which was holding the chain (12 speed)he would try to cut at Yogi's elbow joint. If it connected it would slash into the skin Yogi would drop the chain if not Nekrun would again make sure he wouldn't be able to be hit by the chain and try to knock it away with the scythe if it came after him(12 speed).

Retreating from the counter offense nekrun would narrowly dodge the quickly moving chain, moving backward and shifting around the strike nekrun would try to capitalize on the opening, having had already pulled on the chain to draw it back into him, the chain would come rocketing back towards him at (20 speed).

Using the scythe with propel himself towards yogimiru nekrun showed great prowess and natural ability with the weapon, closing the gap the uzumaki would again attempt to cut the young man. Wielding the scythe in his right he would again attack, watching his body and eyes gravitating towards his left nekruns intentions where obvious, pulling his left arm backward sends a chain reaction through his weapon forcing it to curve on its retreat.

Now found along nekruns attack path yogimiru would proceed in one of two ways, with the current momentum and weight forced on his chain the curving pattern would rocket in front of the scythe with (20 Speed/20 Strength) easily batting it away, redirecting its path outside of yogimiru's strike zone.

However if he was to notice that nekrun was caught of guard due to the winding and unpredictable nature of the chain, he would spiral his left arm with (25 speed) around the blade of his opponents weapon, then grabbing the right side of the chain mid flight he tightens the weapon to catch and hold nekruns weapon several inches away from his body.

Nekrun scythe hit the chain and bounced back Nekrun noticed this at first confused for a second but then recuperated trying to pull his scythe out of the situation as fast as possible (speed 12) first pulling it back so it wouldn't get caught on a chain then pulling it down, if Yogi did still throw his arm it would be aimed at the arm trying to cut it as it went down (speed 12) otherwise continue as so. Nekrun would duck down below the chain and aim for the ankles of Yogi attempting to cut the front of his ankles (12 speed) if it hit causing enough damage to make Yogi at least stammer for a few seconds at most make it hard to stand. If Yogi dodged this attack Nekrun would quickly pull back the scythe(12 speed).
