Kamiko intently listened to Amaterasu's response, nodding her head along with the woman's words as she was told about Amaterasu's own specialties along with a request by her new Leader to perform a technique known as "Temporary Paralysis", something which interested the Priestess in the applications that it could provide to her - yet despite Amaterasu's assurances, she could not help but feel apprehensive about practicing the technique on the person she had practically just pledged her life to help:
"As-- As you wish, Lady Amaterasu." She said with some hesitancy, forcing herself to take the woman at her word that the technique would not harm her in any way and that it was temporary as the name implied it to be. She would briefly read the scroll she had been given, glancing back up to Amaterasu with a more confident smile on her lips. "Thank You, Lady Amaterasu." She would say before then performing the previously instructed Ram hand-seal which would allow her to initiate the Temporary Paralysis Technique; focusing upon creating the binding chains as she was told and focusing those chains upon Amaterasu in an attempt to bind her within them.
Hopefully with the use of the scroll, along with Amaterasu's instruction, the technique would at least function -- even if it were incapable of binding the likely superior Amaterasu's ability, she simply hoped that the Technique was cast as intended. No matter the outcome of the Technique upon Amaterasu, she would give the woman a bow and speak to her with a quiet voice:
"Lady Amaterasu," Kamiko would begin, approaching the woman once again and bowing to her briefly with respect. "Is there anything else that I can be of assistance with on this day?" She would ask cautiously, waiting to see if there were anything else that Amaterasu wished from her for the night before the two parted ways temporarily; Kamiko had Followers to obtain and now with a renewed purpose, such that they could be utilized in helping to build this new Home that Amaterasu seemed to be willing to let them call their own.
As she waited for Amaterasu's response, Kamiko's mind wandered to thoughts of the day's events and of how such a chance meeting had become, in essence; the most important moment in all of Kamiko's life up until that point. She had been gifted someone who was willing to help her, someone who was willing to give her a home, and all that Amaterasu seemed to require was her loyalty; which was something that the Priestess was more than willing to give her utterly and completely. She only hoped that Amaterasu's own words were not hollow and that she truly felt each of them within her heart, the Priestess could not stand to have this all be for nothing, she would not allow this to be all for nothing.

As soon as Kamiko formed the ram seal, Amaterasu felt her muscles tense up with the burden of an iron chain. It was easy enough to dispel, with her high strength, but the fact that the priestess had successfully cast it on her first try was quite impressive. She gave a small smile of affirmation. To an untrained eye, it was barely noticeable unless one were to look specifically for it. Eventually, she gave her a bow and asked what else she could do. Amaterasu gave a single nod before opening her mouth. "Your work on Temporary Paralysis was admirable. I have nothing else for you to do today- but your life is still your own. If you feel tired, I urge you to relax, or if you are up for it, attempt to train some more. I intend to stay in this town for a few weeks longer before doing anything else. Don't worry, as I'll alert you when I'm ready to leave. Until then, you are free to do as you see fit." she said. The young Akari was a lot of things, but a dictator wasn't one of them. Kamiko was free to do as she pleased.

Kamiko smiled to Amaterasu, grateful for even the simple praise she had been given, remaining even as the woman mentioned leaving in the near future; she had no great attachment to this place, a church could always be built elsewhere and her Followers would no doubt follow her lead away from the Black Market if she so asked them to do so. Amaterasu's plans and Kamiko's intention to follow them were more intense than her desire to remain sitting in one place, the future that they had in their hands was so much bigger than this place -- it was only fitting that they leave it behind when the time was right.
Bowing her head somewhat, Kamiko would give the woman a warm farewell, speaking to her in a soft tone that held more confidence in it than she perhaps had ever felt until meeting Amaterasu:
"Thank You, Lady Amaterasu, I shall not let you down." She would attempt to reassure the other woman, giving her a final bow of her head before then retreating back into her little makeshift quarters within the Church where she would go about retrieving a small length of golden rope fashioned into a figure-eight necklace; placing the necklace on herself and smiling to her reflection in the window. This necklace may be a simple piece of rope to many, but to Kamiko it was a symbol of her Following and her devotion -- it was a symbol of something greater than herself, of hope and of the promise of a Home that she now believed was coming to fruition. She had been patient and persevered through this place in the hopes that her prayers would be answered and that perhaps her devotion to a Goddess was not simply for the sake of her credibility; that perhaps if she kept pretending for long enough ... she would feel like a true believer. Yet until this very moment, she had been alone in this world and in this place -- No Goddess had ever responded to her prayers and no divine providence had entered her life, nothing had come from the skies and delivered her unto where she belonged. The skies had remained as silent as the Goddess she had claimed to serve.
It was now that she understood, however, that those prayers would perhaps not be answered by some God in the skies or some ethereal being -- they were being answered by Amaterasu, the woman she now put all of her faith and hopes into. Such would become her new purpose: To serve alongside Amaterasu as an ambassador of her own dreams and hopes to the people who only needed to listen. Kamiko would ensure that Amaterasu was heard, even if that meant others needed to be silenced in the process. They would one day be seen as heroes, as saviors to the damned and the outcast; as messiahs of a new order, and a new age entirely.
It was the beginning of a new dawn, of a new world, and Kamiko knew that this was where she now belonged: By Amaterasu's side.
