Capture the Prankster (Ryuka)

Mission:

Ah it was a pretty damn good looking day in the village.

Hoshi woke up today in excitement as today he just returned to the village after a week long visit into the mountains. This day has been planned by Hoshi ,since the last day, to be when he get's together with Ryuka for a 2 man mission. Unlike before Hoshi didn't think of inviting Zyxis as all Hoshi's been thinking about lately is that Zyxis and rest was needed from that near obsession over the rival he met just recently in fact. Although this mission was mediocre at best Hoshi's own personal mission was far more different than what the actual mission was. Hoshi wanted to test his skills and strength in comparison to the one he considered the best Ryuka.

With that in mind Hoshi had sent a letter to Ryuka reading out "Arrived back after some training. I've gotten seriously stronger and wanted to go on a quick mission with you. Meet up is at the mission boards, time 10:20 A.M. I've even bought snacks and such it'll be great. The mission's pretty much chasing down a child for painting is places no man ever should. Cya when you arrive. From Hoshi Kyouken." And got ready from his shack to enter the village quick as one fact remained still unsolved for Hoshi. No snacks and it was 9:00 A.M! Hoshi had to race off in order to quickly get Ryuka snacks! Forgetting any supplies at all for the day and barely putting on his standard clothes with a slight piece of bread for breakfast and some minor amounts of ryo.

Hoshi darted and dashed rapidly through the forest he lived in. Reaching the village at a record speed of only 10 minutes. He had enough time to take out his map and search for a food place to buy a snack, Yet Hoshi forgot his bag and so had to go into many of these places without any information about them!

-1 hour later- 

Hoshi managed to find some apples and yet these wouldn't be to Hoshi's own tastes. Yet perhaps Ryuka would take an apple instead of something else. Hopefully. Now with an apple in hand Hoshi walked off to the meeting place just 5 minutes until the stated time.

It was a pretty good looking village that day.

Ryūka woke up yawning, not from still being sleepy though, but being bored already by the sheer expectancy of the mundane day that was awaiting him. He thought back to the children's book he was planning to write one day, the one where the main character was a teddy bear, playing with his friends in playgrounds, and hilarity ensued. "Mr. Fuzzyarms would be disappointed in you if he saw you like this... Get your things together.". He then got up from his bed. After changing his clothes, he realized the letter sitting on his desk. "Oh no..." he verbally moaned.

He quickly paced towards his desk, grabbed the letter and opened it up. "I forgot about this entirely...". He looked up at his clock. Thankfully, there was still time until the meetup. He grabbed al of his belongings and left to meet Hoshi. On the way, he didn't even look around, he just flew over the crowd. Ryūka had his speed training to thank. Otherwise he probably would have been late for the meeting.

He approached the mission boards, and noticed Hoshi was already there waiting. "Hey Hoshi." he said, as he stopped. A sudden stop at the speed he was moving at caused him to go off balance for a second, his lean figure not helping much. Regardless, he quickly reclaimed his balance and stood straight in front of his friend. "Hey." he repeated, "So... How's it going? Also... Where do we start?". Ryūka brushed off his jacket with his hands. He then started going through his pouches to make sure he didn't forget anything, as he waited for an answer from his friend.

The previous day had been a long and stressful day for Ryūka, as not carrying a katana made him feel like he had to perform on stage naked. It just didn't feel right. And on the day that his katana was still being fixed, he had to patrol the village. It was almost shameful. Either way, he was trying to think past that now.

Surprisingly to Hoshi Ryuka wasn't there even with only 5 minutes to go ,Well it was Hoshi's first time sending a letter To Ryuka, but even then Ryuka should be here by now as it's almost time to begin the search. Of course Hoshi has a no actual idea even WHERE the child could be ,Only vague hints at where the child had been in the past, but Ryuka should be able to help him well right? Hoshi started to think that perhaps Ryuka wouldn't show up and so looking at the two apples each in his hand he decided Ryuka probably wouldn't turn up.

Before Hoshi left however Ryuka came in at rapid speeds to quickly greet Hoshi before losing his balance all of a sudden, Huh maybe Ryuka can also make massive mistakes and foolish moments from time to time. "One sec. Here have an apple before we get a move on." Hoshi throws an apple at Ryuka then bites into his own one... Yep tastes pretty bad but it's at least something ,or at least bite, before it get's thrown in a nearby bin.

"I heard the kid was spotted around about place's, Also read he's likely to be around the old kage bar for some ol reason so that's a lead i guess." Even though the Kage bar is a sort of landmark of Kumo's past Hoshi has never been inside of it simply because he's never drunk alcohol once, Seems meh from the smell so why even drink it.

After the information got passed to Ryuka, Hoshi began to make a move towards the kage bar ,thinking that if a kid came nearby here, why the hell would a small child come round here of all places. Nearby it was alot more rough then most place's within the village, with the likely-hood of getting attacked by a drunk ass hole much more likely than an ordinary outing. Who the hell knows what goes on here during night and although Hoshi has tried on multiple occasions to find people here willing to fight in the past, all he was thinking right now was that a dumb kid got get himself in trouble easily here

Ryūka grabbed the apple with a smile. He answered Hoshi as he put the apple into his pouch, "I never eat or drink on the job... Unless the job is directly related to eating and drinking. I'll keep this until we're done with our mission, then it'll be a reward.". He smiled, and then started reading through the notes passed to him by Hoshi. Ryūka didn't know what to think about the mission. He didn't like treating kids like criminals, but there had to be laws, and the laws had to be executed without exceptions, against everyone equally. And it was not Ryūka's place to question, all he was good for was the execution. Well, for this mission, hopefully no literal execution would be necessary, though Ryūka was fairly prepared for it either way.

"The Kage bar? Huh." Ryūka repeated to Hoshi. It did sound like an odd place for a kid to be seen in. The first thought that came to Ryūka's mind was that the kid could have been the son or daughter (he didn't know the gender of the kid yet) of the bar owner, or perhaps a regular customer of it. Some people seemed to constantly be trying to ice-skate uphill. It was both tragic, and somewhat funny in Ryūka's eyes. "Let's go." he said to Hoshi, as they made their way to said bar. "This is officially where our mission starts." Ryūka said, looking at the entrance. "Good luck Hoshi. And try to keep up.". He smiled, hopefully making it clear he was only joking when he said the second part. 

Ryūka pushed the door open. Immediately, the first view that greeted the two Genin was a crowd that was standing in a circle, shouting loudly. "Kill him!". "Punch his throat!". "Destroy that sucker!". Ryūka sighed. Did these jobs always have to get more complicated than they had to? He walked towards the circle. The crowd didn't even realise the two that had just entered the bar. Ryūka approached the circle, and stood close enough to see what was going on. A fight. Not that surprising. Ryūka blended into the crowd, and kept watching. The fighters were one slim blonde guy and a long-blue haired buff guy. Ryūka sighed, and kept watching. He looked over to Hoshi, to see what he had decided to do.

Ah crap. As i gave Hoshi the apple he stated he doesn't eat on a job... Well at least he doesn't seem to be trashing on the apple and even accepted the gift for later use. Hoshi was interested in Ryuka's mind set. Did he just accept the apple out of courtesy or actually likes apples... He would have to find that out at a later date as now they had a mission at the old kage bar.

The reason the kid was going to be around the kage bar was unknown to Hoshi and yet to him it sounds as though the meaning must be strong to the kid to be around that kinda place at that age. 
Something like a feeling of belonging to a village and certain leaders never really stuck around to Hoshi. The village of Kumo was pretty much just a village to him. Though Hoshi's put more value into a place such as this all because of 3 intriguing people. At least those 3 are here to make things fun.

As they arrived at the kage bar Ryuka told Hoshi to keep with him? No Ryuka hasn't seen him recently so it shouldn't be Hoshi trying to keep up with Ryuka, But Ryuka trying to keep up with him! "Your the one who'll need to keep up there." Walking besides Ryuka Hoshi saw the confrontation in front of him and realised it's been a while since he's fought against a person in a street fight. Ryuka sighed but Hoshi came up with a wonderful idea to get information.

"Children stop squabbling. You guys are so damn pathetic you know that right infants?" First step was to do a poor impression of a pompous asshole and puff out his chest... Ryuka was probably regretting joining this mission now. "What did you say you little shit!" The slim blonde guy seemed to be pretty damn hostile to the insult whilst the buff blue haired man simply turned and laughed  "A child calling us children please just stop." 

Oh boy was Hoshi looking forward to this. "You may see although your tiny little brains can barely comprehend language you may know the location of a small painting child? If you do you must tell me otherwise you end up on the floor." A threat just because Hoshi knew they would chew it up as they did. "That's it Fucktard you asked for it!" "Yes I agree with this fool for once that you are making a mistake and so leave before you end up being the one on the floor" "Your loss." Hoshi reacted instantly once he said that and dashed at full speed towards the slim looking blonde and punched him straight in the gut. Not enough to kill but enough to knock out most people including Ryuka.

Ryūka sighed. There was always a fight. Why was there always a fight? Ryūka didn't mind it that much, in fact he liked fighting. But why did this always have to be the case? In fact, why did Hoshi bring the two into this, out of nowhere? They could have just chilled and watched the fight come to its natural end. Rookie mistake. Escalation. Uncalled for. Ryūka grabbed one random punch flying in the air, which happened to belong to a man somewhat his size. Ryūka pulled the man towards himself, then tackled him, throwing him down to the ground from over his shoulder. Then, when he was down, he simultaneously kicked the man that was down on his stomach, as he attacked a man standing next to him with his elbow. He preferred armed combat, but obviously this wasn't the time or place for it.

Then, while they were busy fighting, Ryūka noticed someone trying to sneak out, a kid. Damn Hoshi. If everything was left up to him, they could have blown this mission right at the end. Why take the risk of starting a needless fight after all, especially one in the middle of a mission. Ryūka looked over to Hoshi, but couldn't see him over the crowd. He dashed after the kid, who was now outside the bar, with Hoshi somewhere, fighting. He looked left, nothing. He looked right and saw the boy running. He was no ninja, that much was clear from his speed alone. Ryūka didn't worry about catching up to him, gently floating over the street over to the inexperienced criminal. After just a few seconds, his hand caught the kid's left arm. Turning him around, Ryūka instantly saw the bag of graffiti paint he was carrying. "Convenient..." he thought, as he walked back to Hoshi. 

They then turned the kid over, and Ryūka  waved Hoshi goodbye. "'Til the next time.".

As Hoshi began to fight he heard Ryuka's sigh. Well true this may impend the mission but information is useful so might as well get some. And so common sense started to go through Hoshi's mind as thought to the scenario came when he realised something. This is boring as hell. These guys are slow and pathetic. Though that didn't stop him from grabbing the bigger guys shoulder hard enough to almost break it into piece's. Might as well get this over with.

"Painting Kid. Location. Now!" And by sure the blue haired man simply answered with a point. To which Hoshi looked towards only to find Ryuka chasing after someone. Well Ryuka had got the kid handled so Hoshi might as well just end this fighting. And so clearly just walked out with a bored expression as people tried to hit him -ending up with them on the floor- and just a sigh coming out of Hoshi's mouth.

Whilst he made it outside he was already face to face with Ryuka and the kid. Damn this was awkward and yet Ryuka said that they'll be a next time. Welp at least he didn't seem TOO pissed at Hoshi's actions "Yeah next time I'll take a mindful approach. Perhaps? Maybe? Cya Ryuka too." Hoshi let Ryuka go take the kid in, since all Hoshi did was make things worse. Though perhaps Ryuka is a good counter to His own tendencies.

I have discussed this thread with Koroshi Uchiha, and we have decided to deny it.
