Re: Quiet Reflection [Fukuro]

The blonde Mist genin gave a small shake of his head. It was always the same with these "elite". When in trouble, pull out a fancier jutsu that would surely save the day. Whoever learned the fancier jutsu, won, right?.
In the dojo, though, it wasn't the newest, most complicated move that would come to your rescue or defeat your opponent. It was that simple strike you've practiced since you first could hold a twig in your hands.
Didn't his opponent realize that, while this high level jutsu might impress his classmates, clones were never stronger than the original? No matter how many there were, the result would be the same. And forming them out in the open, showing his opponent not only the handseals but also which were the clones? It was like this was a sanctioned duel, not a fight. No subtlety, no mastery. He couldn't even enjoy the thrill of combat with this, he was just forced to be a bully by someone who wouldn't listen to reason.
He placed his left hand on the weapons hilt.
Slowly, the sword emerged from the scabbard, inch by inch. A perfectly steady motion, smooth and even all the way through. Never changing speed even by the slightest amount. The clones circled Hayate, motion swirled quickly around him, but like the calm center of the storm, continued his draw.
"I gave you your chance." He sounded almost sad. "This ends."
And then there was no more talking.
His opponents had formed a circle around him, just about 15 feet in any direction, out of his melee range but close enough to follow. His instincts kicked in before his brain did, leading his body with almost mechanical precision.
Hayate pulled the weapon back to the right, way past his shoulder, twisting his body to almost face the right clone. He swung the sword, still well out of melee range, downwards across his body. As he did so, a bright line of chakra followed the tip of his weapon, an aftertrail like a sparkler on a dark night. This aftertrail, though, separated from the sword and sped towards the clone on Hayate's right, 5m across and half a meter wide and at a cross body angle (Rupture, 60speed 100Sharp).
He continued the downward swing to hit the ground in front of him, digging the tip of the sword through the soft earth near the stream. It dug a path to his left, ending facing the left clone. While the rupture had just started its path to the right, not even half a moment later a wave of dirt was flung toward the left clone ( Dirty Fighting, 190 speed, lowers speed/RT).
He wasn't done with this swing though. Fully optimizing the one motion, he used the sword that was now lodged in the ground to help propel him forward, towards the original Fukuro, pulling the sword forward with him, trailing him to his to his left. In the few strides it took he pulled a Kunai into his right hand from his sleeve (hidden arms), driving it in a stab towards Fukuros left stomach. It was slightly slower, visible to Fukuro, being Hayate's offhand, and wouldn't hit anything vital, but the point of a weapon charging at you was hard to ignore.
And should this draw fukuros attention and he deflect or block the kunai, he would find that there was a reason that the kunai attack was made with Hayates off hand. The butt of the spatha in Hayate's left hand, which he had been slowly rising to about head height, would come crashing forward toward the boys temple while he was otherwise occupied with the kunai (non lethal Spanking Jutsu 180 speed).
If this knocked the Leaf ninja out, he'd awake to find his still wet kunai from the river stuck in the ground a few inches from his head, and Hayate and his equipment/traps nowhere to be found.
(potential exit, if so will make claims after confirmed).

Fukuro watched closely as his clones closed the distance to Hayate. It was almost as if he could see the results of this assault before it even began. When the first of Fukuro’s clones was dispatched the Uchiha’s eyes shot open. It had happened so damn fast, how had this mist shinobi been able to destroy Fukuro’s clone so easily. The clone exploded in a plume of smoke, while Hayate moved to dispatch the second clone. As quickly as the first, the second clone was dispatched and Hayate was already shifting his deadly intent to Fukuro. In this moment of stress, this moment of fear when this swordsman charged to dispatch him, Fukuro felt as if he was able to track the shinobi’s movements just a bit better than before, able to see the assault that his clones could not.
Fukuro leaped back, trying to open the gap between them, however Hayate shot forward as if the maneuver had meant nothing. Where Fu’s eyes had been focused on the sword in Hayate’s hand, they turned to see the kunai that was produced from the man’s sleeve. Damn it. He mused, his hand shooting forward to meet Hayate’s wrist, slapping it away from Fu’s midsection.
With the kunai blade out of the way, Fukuro’s eyes shot to the side. He could see the blow flying towards his head. It was almost as if his eyes had grown more accustomed to this shinobi’s speed, but it did not matter because his body just could not keep up. The slam to Fu’s temple forced the darkness to spill into his eyes, forcing all other things to fade from reality.
It was later in the day when Fukuro finally came to. His head felt as if he had been trampled by a horse. While his hands rushed to his forehead, bracing from the pain of his throbbing temple, Fukuro glanced over to the Kunai knife that sat a few inches away from his head. The shinobi let out a deep groan as he rolled over, coughing a bit as he pushed himself to his knees. He had failed. Not only had he failed in showing the strength of the Uchiha he failed in proving himself a true shinobi. Fukuro sat silently, staring into the dirt with a lifeless gaze.
The Uchiha clenched his hand together into a tight fist before slamming it into the ground. Over and over his fist would impact the dirt, until the stones beneath him cleaved away flesh from his knuckles. With a hand covered in dirt and blood he retrieved the kunai knife that was embedded in the ground beside him. Fukuro was not sure what to do, in the end there was nothing he could do to stop Hayate’s assault, even when he could see it. If there had been any small victory it would indeed be that Fukuro was at least able to see the swordsman’s attack, even though he was too slow to react. Edging closer to the river bank, Fukuro dipped his hand into the water, letting the blood and dirt flow into the stream. He exhaled, glancing down at the waters with a quiet gaze. He looked at his reflection in the water for a few minutes until he finally realized there was something different about him.
Eyes which used to be sky blue were now a vibrant scarlet. His pupil seemed to have a single tomoe sitting beside it, yet in the next moment his scarlet eyes faded back to their normal state. So that was how he had seen Hayate’s movements. Unbenknownst to the Genin, this defeat had been the catalyst to activate his sharingan, and during the fight it aided him in seeing the swordsman’s movements. “I could see you…Next time I’ll move fast enough to react…” He muttered, before laying back on the ground silently.

Do you want to train the Sharingan with WC or are you awakening it through story? If the former, you don't get to train the stats, if the latter you can train jutsu as well.
