Re: A Letter of Warning (P,for Kinz/Yen)

"Good... ill put my hope in ita's actions."
Yen stated as he replied to kinzoku's reply on the matter as he then glanced over kinzoku and the letter his team idea was more then an hamper. As it would not require himself or kinzoku at the moment unless it was absolutely critical.
"The team i have in mind goes more to your team that you ran. The exception being that love sakumo will be heading the security detail overall. In that case kisuke uchiha and love, with higuto aburame as an exceptional genin of course. With love and her bayakugan she can keep at an distance while keeping an eye on the the whole operation. Granted i trust her experience to stay by the books and lead with the ability to get out of danger. Kisuke having taught him most of my knowledge on genjutsu is a secondary layer. His skills as you know are incredible but more so this is where whe will shine should things go south. While higuto being an aburame will have an wide range network of insects that will inform of any early encroachments in the plan. They will not be allowed to fight unless in self defense, and even then i want details on the kumo escourt as well. Should an induvidual attempt to interfere they will have the upper hand. I would for safety off an jouninn, but we seem to be busy restoring our core strength."
Yen stated as he drew out the ideal positioning of each induvidual. The fact being was that they were an informative group that could give early detection and warning of an blimp in the full system. Which meant it was time to end the engagement and head their separate ways.
"In this case the hit to our forces will be signifigant, but should things go south they have a higher survival rate as a team. Unless one of us were to lead respectfully."
Yen leaned back and touched his fingers together as he glanced at kinzoku quietly for a moment.
"What do you belive of my choices of induviduals. And of course adjustments as you see fit."

Kinzoku sat back and calmly listened to Yensung as he began speaking of the shinobi he had a mind. The first was Love. The Hyuuga was to be the head of the security unit along with Kisuke and Higuto joining. Upon hearing the names Kinzoku remained as stoic as possible, despite what he may or may not have been feeling. He wanted to hear Yensung out and see why he had chosen those. Love was for the obvious advantages her Byakugan offered as well as her smarts. Kisuke was there because Yen had done a lot of work with him in improving his genjutsu and was vouching for his ability to do so. Lastly was Higuto due to his ability to scout out a large area with his bugs.
It all made sense. Quite frankly a well devised team, one that forced Kinzoku to grin just a tad. "I don't believe I could have picked them any better myself" the Nazar replied to the Aburame's question. "The one doubt I have is with Higuto. But that has nothing to do with a lack of ability. More so my own protective nature" Kinzoku admitted openly. There was no denying he was close to the Genin. Higuto had been apart of the first team Kinzoku ever led. No matter what he would always worry about him. However, he felt confident in his students abilities. "If this does happen, avoiding confrontation will be nearly impossible. If a Genin joins this squad they are to avoid the conflict at all costs. They're job will be to help with the escape, not engage the enemy." He paused after his words to ensure Yensung understood the importance of what he was saying. Kinzoku was already second guessing putting a Genin onto the team to help handle what was likely to be someone much to dangerous for them all if the Raikage felt the need to warn them about this Uzumaki. "If you wish to inform them on this potential mission you may do so" Kinzoku continued. "It may do some good. Allow them to prepare for what may come."

Kinzoku's reply returned a little color to yens face. However, yen seemed still concerned as the infomation was problematic to the aburame. The reply to higuto's duties made sense and yen observed the pidgeon from kumo momentarily before replying to kinzoku.
"Higuto will have a flee on commanders orders. He would be ordered as such to extract the envoy as well. I am expecting that should he be persued self defense is allowable, but if they are chased by kenshin he will avoid the fray altogether. I would say due to the nature love and kisuke will have to also do the same. And do what they must do in order to secure both convoy and team safety. They must be aware that if anything goes south escape is priority."
Yen stated as he began to write out the formation plan in further detail for kinzoku to observe.
"Granted the challenge will be setting up a back up plan. As im aware a good fuinjutsu placed on members is a good means to observe process of mission. But naturally there comes another thing. Escape location will be land of fire at the southern border. This will enable us all to respond accordingly and extract any first basis information. With this in play we should man the border our border to wind country at start of mission.
Yen stated as he wrote out the escape plan should things go south. It was the wisest move.
"But as for this is our plan. Kumo should set up their own security detail. Which i shall be replying to them momentarily.
Yen stated as he began to write the letter confirming the set up of the meeting.
Dear raikage.
Our personal envoy will greet your subordinate in the wind country. As for confirmation we will grant you time to prepare accordingly. On the 15th day of summer we will commence the meeting. We hope to hear from you, and may this meeting wash away the dark past into an new era.
Sincerely
konoha deputy kage lord yen
Attaching the letter to the bird and securing it yen sent the bird off towards its home in kumo. With that he glanced back towards kinzoku and spoke up.
"Summer will be approaching any time so the teams should be assembled. I will be drafting their passports accordingly, and we will be preparing the 15th day of summer will be appropriate as this will grant each member time to set up. Also any additional securities we shall apply via equipment, and seals will be set up. As im certain you are well verse in the fuin arts hokage?"

A pecking at his window would startle the young lord, his concentration shaken as the new letter finds its way to his office. Opening the window he would take the scroll and read it over. So they seem to desire a summer expedition? Suna would be at its hottest, and though that might be an obstacle for their forces, it was likely that Kenshin hadn't fully acclimated to such harsh conditions yet. Max could agree to such terms.
He would write out a reply,
To Lord Yensung, Deputy Hokage
I will send my shinobi tasked with this recon mission to meet your own in Wind Country on the 15th day of Summer. To avoid potential confusion, I recommend us having a code phrase to ensure that the people our forces meet are indeed those intended.
Neither party knows the shinobi of the others village, and a headband alone means little. If you agree with this, I recommend that only the leadership and those going on this mission are informed of the passphrase. I dare not make accusations that either of our villages house spies, but taking measures to be cautious won't hurt anything.

And with this done, it would be one step closer to finalizing the details of this mission. Hopefully this manages to prove mutually beneficial for Kumo and Konoha, though Max does have his concerns regarding Kirigakure's grip on the Leaf Village.

The evening was drawing to an end, and yen was finishing up the final points of the shinobi forces secondary objectives. The rapping on the window awarded the intruder an glance from yen. His silethouse glimmered by the candle light and he glanced over the contents before quickly scribbling out the incoming words.
To Raikage Maximillian
The words you will read will mark the new beginnings. As allies in this manner and if successful. Future manners the code word will be "house of the rising sun" use it upon meeting stated shinobi in our encounters, and we will know it will be on friendly terms. As such lets keep it that way. We expect to see you soon. Good luck.
Deputy Yensung Aburame
With a final seal of konohagure. Yen tied the letter to the birds leg and opened the window. The bird flew off to the north west and was soon beyond sight of the moonlight. The seasonably warm air was refreshing, but it also spoke many more words to yen.
summer is approaching our doorstep. We should get moving.
Yen thought as he tossed a glance and a bow to kinzoku.
"How about we call it a night hokage. The days work was plentiful."
Yen stated as he headed towards the door. It creaked open as he walked past the nodding off secutary in thought as the man was tired, but his mind was trying to break the veil of this mysterious kenshin.
