Jay began to put on the special outfit and mask that was given to him by his superiors for this mission which should be slower pace than the last few in order to let the body get some rest, after fulling clothing himself he leapt off the building roof running through the outskirts of the village heading towards the house of another Genin although their identity was unknown to the teenage Yuki, it was still early in the morning which was the best time to strike in order to install the most fear and surprise into a victim in order to effectively play mental warfare which was the goal of today's mission. The orange glow of the sun could only been seen from up high as the sun began to rise so there was still plenty of darkness to hide in especially with the cloak provided to him, after about 10 more minutes of running he would finally be in one of the outer districts about 2 blocks from the targets house who lived in one of the high elevation zones in the village forcing him to make the hike, to be honest he was feeling a bit sluggish today usually he was much faster and light on his feet but it almost seemed like he was running at only 80% likely due to the overtraining he has been going through. He continued on anyway channeling chakra into the soles of his feet crouching down and leaping into the air landing on targets fence he could see the back of their house perfectly, he grabbed a Kunai from his ninja tool pouch and threw it as hard as he could about 14 meters through the window shattering it and startling anyone inside, Jay could hear someone yell in panic from inside the house it sounded like another male likely only slightly older than Jay himself he leapt off the fence landing on the back lawn, he raised his hands to his chest performing the hand seals Tiger > Snake > Dragon > Clone Seal which spawned 1 clone beside him who would walk up to the back door in order to enter the house to make contact.

" We have got word back that you have been spilling village secrets to civilians, if you're caught again the next time someone is sent here two will be leaving "

He stood there for a moment thinking to himself he was scanning the man in front of him looking at his body language and how he carried himself in order to get an idea about his emotions, the man needed to be scared enough that he would never talk about any shinobi secrets he might know but at the moment he didn't seem all that frightened even though Jay had just busted his window with a Kunai, he walked over to where the Kunai had stuck in the wall pulling it from the wall he would slowly turn and begin to walk towards the man once again in attempt to intimidate him. He stopped about 5 feet from the man looking him in the eyes through the mask which did seem to make him nervous even though he did not seem scared about any potential physical harm, Jay spun the Kunai around his finger catching it and putting it back into his ninja tool pouch clinching both of his fist he grabbed the man by his shirts collar dragging him out of his room across the house to the hallway where the window that he used to enter was, he kicked the man in the ribs forcing him to fall backwards onto his back groaning for a few seconds before pushing himself to his knees his whole expression had changed from before, Jay grabbed the man's shirt by the back spinning him and tossing him out the window into the backyard as he continued to mumble jibberish as if he was attempting to speak to fast. It was at this moment that the man seemed to realize he had messed up as he saw the real Jay still in the place as when he performed the Water Clone Jutsu, the whole time the Clone was doing what needed to be done incase there were any surprises or traps inside the house after all his brother was a Hidden Mist Genin, the Clone leapt back over to Jay's side and once he arrived the jutsu stopped which caused the Clone's body to turn back to water and fall onto the grass.

" Please don't kill me I didn't mean to I didn't know " the target cried out clearly now in fear, now they likely understood the full gravity of the situation and the consequences that come with their actions if repeated again.

" Just because your brother is a ninja does not give you any right to speak of any secrets you may learn as a result of being related to them, if you should do this again the next time I will be forced to kill you the village secrets will never be allowed to get out " Jay did not really like playing the bad guy so openly like this he was the quiet type who rather use speed and stealth to get things done quickly instead of dragging them out like right now, but this is the mission he was given so he was gonna comply and do what needed to be done for his village.

" I won't say anything anymore I promise I won't mention another word about anything that has to due with ninja business " the man was clearly panicking and Jay's plan to get he man to fear the shinobi forces had worked so far, this should take care of the problem for now although just to make sure he should make one last show of force to really seal the deal.

" Good, now go TO SLEEP " he quickly turned rotating his hips and throwing a right hand that landed directly on the chin of the man who was standing their with his hands lowered not expecting any attack at this point in the conversation, he flew backwards landing on his back which also knocking the wind out of the man as he rolled on the ground grasping for air, it might have been a little bit far since he put a decent amount of power into that strike but he was told to teach this punk a lesson and make sure he never spilled secrets again and this was one of the only non lethal methods Jay had in his arsenal at the moment.

The target stayed laying on the ground attempting to recover from the sucker punch that Jay had just landed on him still dazed from both the concussion of the blow along with his lungs from knocking the wind out of him as he fell on his back, Jay folded his arms waiting for the man to recover enough to know he was gonna be alright he did not want to seriously injure the man that was not apart of his mission parameters, after about another 10 minutes the victim was finally getting better and able to breathe smoothly again this was the time for the young Yuki to wrap up this mission and get going back to the Mizukage office in order to report his mission reports to his superiors.

" Remember what I said, I hope we don't ever meet again for your sake " still cloaked in the same cloak he was given for the mission the mask made things somewhat difficult since he was not yet used to it but he could manage well enough, he leapt back onto the same fence he used to come into the backyard looking around to make sure there was no witnesses to complicate anything using the fence to jump onto the roof of a building running south back towards the inner parts of the village, the current district he's located in was largely on the outskirts so it was gonna be about another 10 minute run in order to make it back to mission assignment desk inside the ninja Academy. Jay really needed to get a better way to travel this limitation forcing him to run everywhere around the village is going to get tiring not to mention limit him on future solo and team mission which puts everyone at risk, his fighting and reaction speed was incredible but it did not make his travel speed over large distances easy although he had heard about some techniques that allowed shinobi to move extremely quickly, it honestly shouldn't be that hard Jay was always a natural when it came to running and raw speed so it only makes sense he should try to use chakra in order to boost his body beyond it's normal limits for short times in order to increase his travel speed. Although this would not help to increase his fighting speed in that department Jay already was naturally quick due to his Yuki genetics which favored movement speed, using his Water Release techniques over the last few weeks training and on various solo mission Jay now had a much better understanding about Chakra natures and how his works compared to when he was at the academy, he studied multiple water style jutsu in order to feel out how to use them and the finesse needed to form the water to ones will but using Chakra to enhance ones movement was completely new to him.

Jay stood there taking some deep breathes and focusing inward on the center of his torso imagining a pool of Chakra attempting to feel it, he began to channel some of his energy into his feet similar to the Surface Walking Technique they were taught in the Academy although different because Jay was condensing almost 3 times as much Chakra into his feet right now, as a few more seconds went by he continued adding more Chakra going up his legs until it about hit his knees causing a very feint blue aura to appear around both legs he rushed forward slipping at a fast pace and slamming into a nearby wall.

" I'm not sure why I expected that to be easy " he was still determined he was closer to figuring out a new jutsu to help him he was clearly doing it wrong, he was channeling too much Chakra into his feet without a reason or purpose so when Jay tried to run he just flung himself instead of actually running which could help in certain situation although it was a major failure in this situation at least he had better insight now, Jay had heard of the Body Flicker Technique which allowed one to travel extremely fast but only for a short duration and he knew it used a Ram hand seal although the Chakra distribution was still way off, he spent the next 45 minutes channeling Chakra into his feet/legs attempting to get the right feel for the exact ratio of Chakra needed to maximize speed while keeping control of his movement and the jutsu as a whole. This was it he thought to himself he felt good like this was the time it was gonna work and be successful so he raised his left arm to his face performing the Ram hand seal his body jerked forward several dozen feet faster than he had ever moved before the sensation was completely overwhelming to him in a good way, he had never felt such a rush even when he first learned Water Release techniques something about learning the Body Flicker Technique on his own while they wouldn't teach it to him at the Academy filled him with joy, now that he had the short distance travel down he needed to test how far he could use the technique and what his limits were so that when a mission did come he was ready.

Hopefully for the last time he raised his left hand up to his face performing the Ram hand seal making sure to focus on infusing the right ratio of Chakra into his feet and legs, he imagined the mission assignment desk in the Academy although he would fall far short of that destination only having enough infused Chakra to teleport him roughly 500 feet at a time although the technique was not super draining and he could use it over and over again while running, Jay continued on running on roofs and using his Body Flicker Technique 2 more times until he arrived at the Academy in record time for him allowing him to report the mission details, it was a successful day on the job he was able to take it easy without putting his life on the line while he waits for his new team to be formed with other Genin and have his Sensei selected.
