Backstory: The Queens Hibiscus can only grow in precise soil conditions found exclusively in the Tachibana Wildlife Reserve and the bordering earth country. Fully grown flowers were once given to those of the royal court of those their queen favored. It's rumored that a precise amount of earth chakra is needed for this flower to grow.
Effect: The ninja tools' basic strikes and techniques clash as though it was infused with the earth element. The effect does stack with jutsu amplifiers; if the amplifier's bonus exceeds that of the jutsu, it will overwrite this if the amplifiers come with an elemental affinity.
