Settling in part 3
Wed Jun 29, 2022 3:05 pm
Swinging the door open, Katsuragi takes a quick inspection of his room within the new hideout. The walls were made of rock, uneven and low lit. It wasnt exactly the Sakura Towers, but he would have atleast liked the place to be a bit more than worker class standards. He sighs a bit after he shuts the door, turning the door nob three times before he let go. A habit he always had growing up, with a reason even he himself knows not why. Whether it were windows, carriage doors, or even lids to pots, he always checked thing three times.
“Man..., there arent even any windows”, I gotta step out side to get a damn breeze”, he was encased in earth. Plus, not to mention the fact that he was 6 feet plus under didnt provide any comfrot at all. Hell, even Pelican Island had a window in his cell when he was a prisoner there. No matter, Katsuragi took the glass half full approach, and figured he would use this setting as a motivator to push him harder to achieve his dream.
With his bad hung by a strap which hung along his left shoulder, he remembers a time when he was going through processing. He was no longer Katsuragi, he was but a number. A number with a pretty long sentence for a kid his age back then. He wondered why he was having such bad thoughts, reminicing about his bad past. Was this place really that bad? He needed to get out of here, or find a hobby that would distract him. Tanbogakure wasnt that far, but just the thought of walking such a distance just to get to town was unbearable.
He slings his lone bag against the wall, and flew himself high into the air with a twisting leap. He ends up on the queen sized bed, streching himself out. Even the bed was harder than the earth that surrounded him. This room needed some change, but for now, Katsuragi remained as he was. He was tired, and needed to rest.
