Name: Mantle of the Stars
Appearance: A long robe of cloth that is loose and easy to fit over even bulky clothing and equipment and covers the wearer from head to toe if the hood is up. The robe appears as a simple dark cloak though is uniquely crafted with minerals native to Haven Country, allowing the user to manifest a pattern of stars across its surface. The protective qualities of the cloak are enabled even if the stars are not showing. The stars in the cloak reflect the constellations above, thus changing as appropriate for the season, though there are always seven bright red stars that line the collar of the cloak despite any other alterations.

Backstory: Starting from a project that was initially a failed conception of Manipulated Fabric, the researchers of the Yuki Kozai National Archive had taken upon themselves a great many tasks. While many of the projects were ultimately abandoned, a few found promise under aspiring minds who wished to find a way to make their research more available to the public. Born from this ambition, a set of fabric would find its way into capable shinobi hands, who would utilize their chakra and repurpose the material into something that could easily defend from the energies of their jutsu.

Hey there, I'll cut right to the chase. A sixth fuinjutsu slot on top of the 5 already existing ones is not a physical trait of armor, and will not be allowed on an item. If you want to rework the trait then you can edit it and let me know and I'll take another look at this armor, but this trait, as is, is just  not allowed.

                 Wearing a Mantle of the Stars connects one deeply to the sacred geometries of the sky. This understanding is reflected in the constellations within the robes. As such, the user has access to 1 additional Fuinjutsu seal that counts as being placed on the user but is actually placed on the cloak. This fuin seal must be of A-rank or lower and cannot be affected by amplifiers. If the cloak is destroyed, but not completely destroyed, the seal placed on the cloak remains in place though cannot be utilized until the cloak is repaired above 0 HP.
