Requesting the Scroll of FTG

The Terumi entered the Nova training center with a letter in hand. "For the kage's eyes only." With his sharingan he would have the receptionist only see a blank piece of paper which reading caused searing pain if it was opened. When it was delivered to anyone not under this genjutsu it would read.

Good day, Lord Hogokage I request to view the scroll of Flying Thunder God within our archives. I have in recent times become more adept at the techniques within the Space and time specialty. I wish to test my skills by attempting to understand that technique.

The Doctor would take the letter. Go to the library and request the scroll. Once recieving the scroll he would read it. And give it back. He had to work on the seal formula. But not before returning to BBB and taking down the body parts sign.
