Without turning his attention away from Rin, Roki would hear the other lady who had spoken up from behind the group being dealt with by Ichi. With relative ease he could only assume as there wasn't much sound of actual combat. But that wasn't the primary focus for the Kumo shinobi.

As soon as the Hokage had raised an outstretched palm positioned towards Tanbo kunoichi, her body being pulled towards them, the Dragon Slayer would be ready to act; the verbal confirmation only adding to the notion that he was allowed to. Going into the stance of Raijin's Rage, his hands would quickly flash with an intricacy akin to a spider weaving a web, alongside a series of high pitched whistles. Between the two, the sequence of formations of the handseals would go on slightly longer than that of the whistling. Only one of these actions would actually come to a visible fruition though. A grand total of 7 spear-like bolts of lightning, shrouded in an opaque, pitch black field of electricity, would be shot out from his mouth because the whistle trigger had ended before the handseals. Each spear being 91 centimeters long, and 31 centimeters in width. However, due to the nature of black lightning, the area surrounding the actual bolt would be 3 meters in it's radius. All 7 of them would be shot in a way to where it formed a cone centered on Rin; each bolt carefully positioned so there was no gap between the field of black lightning generated by them. The cone itself, at it's maximum range would span to a width of 49 meters traveling a length of up to 60 meters, but only have an overall height of 6 meters since each bolt was positioned horizontally from one another instead of being vertically aligned. Seeing as she wouldn't be able to dodge this, it was practically guaranteed that the woman would feel the brutal damage granted by the deadly combination of these two techniques, along with being stunned unless her strength could meet it in power.

As soon as these would then be fired, the young lad would reply to Aoki's comment. "With pleasure." And his right hand would immediately slip the Quarterstaff of the Ox off from his belt, dashing forward during this process. After moving 2 meters forward and 1 meter closer to Aoki's right hand side, Hiroki would be ready to launch his next and hopefully final strike. It didn't require the use of handseals, so he was able to form the chakra within his staff for the technique the instant he made contact with it. In a natural downward motion, the bottom end of the staff would strike the ground, causing 10 spears made of mud to emerge from the ground a meter away from him. The spears being placed in a wall like formation, 3 meters in front of the demonic, Lord Aoki. Once fully formed, slanting inward, all 10 would surge forward in a straight bee line. Aiming right for the neck of the now stunned Rin who was now about 20 meters away from Roki, and still coming in hot from the unknown gravitational pull (Bansho Ten'in). Normally, this attack wouldn't have the capacity to do so, but because of the width of the spears, combined with the might that they were being pushed forward at alongside the speed she was being pulled at, her neck would be completely eviscerated. The head rendered clean from it's positioning upon her shoulders, and being alleviated of they're previous duties.

The now limp corpse of the small statured leader of Tanbogakure would catch against the spears, being prevented from being pulled anymore forward. However, her head would still then justly go flying, right into the palm of the Rinnegan wielder. "There. That should do the trick. Don't even have to retrieve the head specifically for you now, Lord Aoki. But, I'll still go grab the corpse." He'd say with a somewhat lazy shrug, because if that was really the end of the fight...well long story short it was rather anticlimatic. In case it wasn’t though, the Chunin would remain diligant and ready to act or react to whatever might be possibly thrown his way.

Combat Stuff:

Not one, but two female leaders of shinobi villages have met their end before the alliance of Konoha and Kumo. It was like something out of a story, as Ichigo simultaneously pulled Remika as Aokidanza pulled Rin with the power of the Rinnegan. Both women met their end poetically as the vampire was staked in the heart by an extended blade, as the animal tamer was skewered by earthen spears and bolts of black lightning. The Kumo Chuunin would think his enhanced might was strong enough to apply enough force to stop the pull of the demon, but it wasn’t. Rin’s corpse would continue towards the demon, stopping only a meter from him and landing face first onto the ground.

The Demon would lower his hand as he looked behind himself, noting the dead Remika. Impressed by the stone cold air that circled the Raikage.

“Oh my, your Jutsu was cleanly executed, lord Raikage. I’ll have to ask you for a friendly spar at some point. Aside from Ooetsu, you’re the second person I’ve seen utilize your blade in such a way.”

The Ringed eyes of the Demon would then glance about the party. It would seem that this was all over before it even truly began. Yachiru, would make her way over to the woman, Rin, it would seem that not only did she get impaled, but so too was the snake on her person. But she would sense something, something odd, yet peculiar. Hiroki, his eyes would have altered somehow, perhaps from killing Rin.

“What wickedness did she have to undergo to be blessed with such a gift from Lord Janshin? Count yourself honored, young man, for only the highly condemned are granted the Janshingan. Do not squander it.”

She smiled gently, yet the air about her was suffocating and dangerous. The eyes of Hiroki would slowly began to film over with pitch black as the Janshingan was transferred to him.

The Demon would gesture for Yachiru to collect the corpse of Rin as well as the corpse of Remika once Ichigo was done with it. He would then address Ichigo.

“It would seem that your concerns for this village was of somewhat a foretelling, Ichigo. For that, this village is yours, seeing as you were the one that defeated its Kage.”

Hello, shinobi and kunoichi. 

I'll be your battle moderator for this delicate topic, hoping to bridge the gap between the two interested parties and let the topic reach its final destination.  I'm confident that everyone is eager to wrap this up, as both parties have the same reasoning and resources within the narrative to be in Ketsueki. 

Before that, I'm afraid you'll have to suffer through my traditional spiel. And I'll begin by stating that the boundary line between the peripheral OOC factors and the happenings in the actual in-game universe should always be respected. Thus I'd ask you to refrain from making backhanded comments toward each other and keep any grievances where they belong, in character. We are all here to roleplay and have fun and thus should act from those grounds more as colleagues with mutual interests in storytelling that compete and are "enemies" only for the duration of the topic. 

Now without further ado, I present to you the verdicts.

Reincarnation:

There appears to be a misunderstanding of how reincarnation works. On NRPG, reincarnation is almost exclusively done through the Temple of Jashin. Only Death can pay for life. Reincarnation is a split of the soul, spawning the user with a new body. Whereas in the case of the Temple of Jashin would be the physical location of the temple, with that aspect of the item Rin used, the user's new body can spawn on a border within the gameplay of the user's choice. If they want to claim memories of their past life, that is intentionally left open-ended. The limitations and guidelines of reincarnation are listed below.

With all the abovementioned costs, Rin can spawn with a new body on a border of their choice with all their previous in-character ranks and affiliations revoked. They are to make a new stat page with the old one moved to inactive.
In the last post, Aoki correctly claims Rin's old body, foreign bloodlines, and possessions, except for OOC items and greater mythical items, which are soulbound.
Hiroki Shimada can claim Jashigan and the A power rank for delivering the killing blow on Rin.

The Familiar:

The creature is small enough to fit in its owner's pockets or clothes, acting no different than a standard piece of equipment. So Aoki performed an act of vague manipulation and placed it there in this most recent post after Rin's death had been secured.

If the vague manip had been done in the earlier post and Aoki or Hiroki had mentioned the Familiar as being there, it would have been 100% bulletproof, and the familiar would be dead. However, in this instance, adding new information post modem. So I have to rule that the familiar did not die and is not currently on the topic.

Where the Chikage's entrance was quite dramatic, her ending turned out rather anticlimactic. Dainsleif pierced its target's heart as the lifeless body of the woman fell down on the ground, finishing the battle before it could even begin. "And so the Storm washes away the Blood" the Raikage softly spoke under his breath, taking a couple of steps forward to inspect what would now be nothing more than a corpse. "So it appears" the black swordsman voiced in response to the Hokage's comment about his suspicions about Volcano Country. In the meantime it appeared the others had also finished things on their end, the contest of Ketsuekigakure, for as far it could be called one, officially over.

Still in a slightly crouched position, Ichigo would order one of the locals to go back inside and inform the people of Ketsuekigakure about what happened and what it would mean for them. Volcano was no longer, Lightning had arrived. Crashing like thunder, the village of Kumogakure would reap the rewards. "I'll meet you all at the gates, there is something I have to do first". With that being said, the Raikage would take a look around before being with the others shortly.

Leaning upon the quarterstaff as both the body and head of the now decapitated Kage of Tanbo went coasting through the air; the former landing right next to where Hiroki was currently standing.

But there was a strange feeling which had overtaken the Chunin's body. An insatiable, evergrowing hunger which began to built up, slowly. Craving for one sole thing: fear. Little did he know it, at least within the current moment, this was a direct effect from the Jashigan which had transferred over to himself upon the kill being confirmed. Both pupil and sclera, even the iterations of those things produced by the Sharingan itself, would be covered in an inky blackness outstretching to the edges of both eyes. Looking down at the corpse, a faint white aura would be fading away from it. The very symbol for the thing in which the Jashigan had a longing for. Showing that everyone had something to fear, whether it was fear itself or just that of an untimely end. It was all the same in the eyes of the Raiju. Not only was there this external change, there was also the inner feelings of power...growing? As a voice would beckon out in the deep recesses of the teen's mind "Tell me a story, little lamb." It cried, with a gutteral groan, some kind of infernal mimicry of a wolf's snarl.

However, before much could be gleaned from this moment, Roki would be snapped too from this slight trance, by an opposing voice. One incoming from the left, the voice differed in it's pitch and overall quality, but shared an overall disposition and tone of the other. This was only met and marked by his new abyss-like eyes; the lady that was traveling with Aoki had walked over and began to talk to him while gathering the corpse. It seems she too had taken note of the change which had occurred, at least the doujutsu. As for the comment in which she made, the lad offered his response on the matter "Perhaps then, it was a curse, not a blessing. One to remind her of her mortality and own feelings of being afraid. But don't worry." And, as if on cue, the Jashigan would recede in charred tendrils which oozed outwards from the center of the eye, and into the back of the head; reverting his eyes back to their natural state with the Sharingan still active. "For I won't." Even though this posed personal moral qualms about the deity in which this came from, Hiroki was beginning to understand the fact that the 'blessing' itself wasn't inherently wrong, nor actually make a person fully corrupt. It was how they wielded it which would display such results, and whether they succumb to such a power or simply learn to understand and acknowledge it's place within this world.

Tying the casting implement back in it's rightful place, the Kumo nin would turn to the rest of the group and would wait for them. Nodding in response to Ichigo saying that he had something to take care of first.

The dark skinned oni stood still watching the events of the conversation with mild scrutiny. Whoever had made an enemy of his leader was surely in for a poor time, but since he had his turn to wet his blade it was now the others. Unbuckling his sword from his belt he would place the scabbard into the ground and rest both of his hands on the hilt of the blade and watched the display intently. It was a form of art to see the Kumogakure delegation make quick work of the two though something was irritated within the soul of Iscarot that he did not get to do anything. There was always the next battlefield. His head did not move but he did glance over in the direction of both Aoki and Yachiru to see how they were taking in the drama being enacted in front of them. With it being over as quickly as it began he let out a small yawn before rolling his shoulders," I should have taken a nap if I knew i would not be able to fight once more. Such a shame," it wasn't a shame but then again if they had put up a fight, the Ushitora would have been happier. As the spoils were being split up, Iscarot would return Suzuka Gozen back to its spot on his belt and remain where he had been to see if his leader had any instruction for him.

So that was that… The Hokage accepted the death of both Remika and Rin. Two flames snuffed out of existence, but something about that Rin character left him feeling…unsatisfied, it was a feeling that he could not quite explain, because he did not truly understand it himself. His expression grew stoic, his gaze drifted over to Yachiru - she knew what that meant. She would head over to the head of the deceased and then the corpse of Remika, collecting both for her Lord.

While Yachiru tended to the dead and the severed, Aokidanza took to the corpse of Rin, where her would loot the dead. Taking one million-twenty-eight thousand-two hundred-seventy-three ryo off her person. Hw would then divide that in half as an offer to his new alliance with kumogakure. There were a few other things on the corpse, scrolls that could be quite useful. The Demon would also offer these scrolls to Ichigo alongside the ryo.

Yachiru would then lay the corpse of the other before him, setting the head of Rin upon the body of its former owner. The demon would pull out two corpse scrolls and seal away the women within each. Returning the scrolls to his person.

“Very well, we will be waiting for you. Let me know when you are ready to go and I’ll see to it that you are returned home swiftly.”

He said, as he retrieves a price of parchment paper from his inventory and playing a FTG seal upon it. He waited for the Raikage to satisfy his needs before taking the next steps.

Having finished the most urgent business for the time being, Ichigo would pay his final respects to the Chikage before the Hokage retrieved the woman's corpse. He repeated the same process with the leader of Tanbogakure, whatever remained of the kunoichi quickly gathered by Aokidanza. "Not exactly the trip I expected but eventful nonetheless" the Drunken Storm voiced out loud. What should have been a simple visit, mainly political in nature, quickly took a turn for the worse. "I'm ready" the Raikage spoke as he joined the others at the village gates, preparing himself to leave and return to Kumogakure.

Standing close to the Hokage he then accepted both an amount of ryo as well as a parchment paper from the man's inventory where he had placed a certain kind of seal. "I'll put it to good use" Ichigo voiced, knowing all too well he would have to figure out what to do with Ketsuekigakure now that it belonged to the village in the Land of Lightning. "I believe the time for us to leave has come". Assuming everyone was in agreement, the Raikage readied himself for his return home, back to Kumogakure.
