As Satoru set foot on the land, a wave of familiarity washed over him. He donned his imposing Coldblooded Commander ensemble, the Ghost variant in jet-black, while his crimson Sharingan blazed with an unsettling aura, enhancing his overall appearance. Accompanying him was Baki, adorned in the Winter Warlock outfit, effortlessly gliding through the air with the aid of his attire and the art of Silent Killing.

Satoru had weapon pouches attached to either hip. His ember mask equipped under his armor; his vision not obstructed by it but his voice obfuscated as usual. They stored an assortment of items and were easily accessible. Baki stood 5 meters to Satorus west. The gate to the village was 50 meters north of the duo. They both stopped 50 meters from the gate as Satorus voice boomed through the surroundings. It had to be noted that the immediate surroundings contained 0 forms of obstruction; it was simply a flat piece of green, grassy land that stretched 1 kilometre in every direction. The grass was no longer than half an inch long throughout, thus not obstructing any vision.

“In representation of the sovereign realm of Hyogagakure, we affirm our ownership of the Land of Tanbogakure. Consider this declaration as an acknowledgement of conflict, wherein anyone approaching within a 50-meter radius without surrender shall face immediate and decisive consequences.”

As no one had contested the claim to the Rice Village. Satoru and Baki decided to progress towards the gates, now the rightful conquerors of Tanbogakure.

Objection: There is no teleport code; seals were sold off days ago; additionally the rules for assimilation don't state your able to claim the rank of an assimilated village; "The attacking village obtains the village treasury, exclusives, and members while deciding if the upgrades of the previous village can remain or be refunded for 25% ryo of its original price." - The world of NRPG

Latter half of Assimilation rules:

- There is no explicit rule referring to what happens to the status of the victorious village. Because of that, I have to interpret these rules. The rules themselves refer to the villages involved being under the “title” of the victorious one. And considering the assimilation functions as one village “absorbing” another, the claim of the victorious village gaining the status of the village that lost makes sense. Especially considering that the rules refer to the losing village’s upgrade slots still counting towards the victorious village’s as well. To me, it seems like a harmless but reasonable claim.
