Enten
Sat Dec 02, 2023 12:52 am
Name: Enten
Appearance:
A Steel based katana with a 60 centimeters long blade and a sheath of equal length. The sheathe is made with wood found in the Tachibana Reserve and covered with black dragon scales, decorated with brass and copper. The hilt is 20cm long with a circular guard, allowing for one or two-handed sweeps. The Tsuba is decorated with two Koi, One red and the other white while the Kashira (pommel) of the blade is decorated with a black Koi fish.
Backstory: The blade had been with Rito since the beginning and was the only thing he could remember. The blade was taken into the care of Morio Ametsuchi who had kept the blade for a time until Rilo was able to fully use it. During its time within the care of Morio, it was reforged and made into a truly remarkable blade to show Rilo's true heritage as an Ametsuchi.
Ryo Value: 5,000
Type: Sharp
Health: 100
Trait:
Splashing Carp: The blade is made with an alloy that allows it to channel chakra more efficiently, allowing it to store one of the users elements. However, the blade can only store one element of the user and can only do so at the beginning of a topic, and it cannot store Advanced Elements. Furthermore, this allows the blade to become either a receptacle to store techniques or a conduit to use for techniques. The blade can store an element/technique via Chakra Infusion and in order to use the techniques stored OR to store a technique requires a separate technique (to be made later). The initial storing of an element does not require an AP cost, but if it is being used to be a conduit or create a technique, it will pay a cost equal to that technique.
Additionally, techniques stored have a shelf life of a topic, meaning if one is stored in another topic, they must use it within one topic (so the topic after) or the chakra within the blade dissipates. Furthermore, while there is not a limit to the Ranking of a technique being stored it cannot store enhancers, debuffs or barrier type techniques.

hey-o its'a me,
So somethings I would like to see edited,
1. Can you remove any mentions of Senju Wood from the description, this is more so that since that is a known material used for augmentation and ANTs it can be misleading. Not a big deal but would appreciate that.
2. I would like to see an AP cost for the trait of storing of an Element/Technique, and could you elaborate on how Storing a Technique would be used? Does it have a duration? Does it have an AP cost on top of the AP cost of the technique? How many times can this be done, is it similar to the storing of an Element side of the trait? Is there a Rank limit to what Technique can be stored? These are some of the questions I would like to see answered for the trait.
As always feel free to DM me if you have any questions or want to discuss this more.
