Keiko's life long dream, at least for the last week or so, had been to take on her first mission, and upon entering the academy she was finally allowed to do something that mattered! She had been given the high honor of protecting the bank, where, she had been informed, money was stored. To start her duties, she ran a couple of laps around the building, so that she could see anyone coming, and so that anyone she missed would know that she was really athletic for her age and not to be bothered.
Once that was complete, she unlocked the door and slipped inside. She had never gone in before, typically spending her allowance faster than she could accumulate a sum worth stealing, and had to wander around a little bit to familiarize herself with the layout. As a Kunoichi in training she was familiar with the importance of knowing your surroundings. There were some counters that were too tall for her to see over, a table that she could just barely reach the center of when she tried her hardest, a little door to the bathroom, and a big heavy metal door with a boat steering wheel on it.
One of the things that she had been tasked with was cleaning things up a bit. If she knew all sorts of interesting Jutsu like her parents she could have just flooded the building then opened the doors. She wasn't even the one who cleaned her own room at home, so her experience in this field was, in a word, limited. She walked into the small bathroom and turned on the faucet. She flopped her long hoodie sleeves into the running water until they were both soaked through and then turned the water off. She then began slapping all of the furniture with her sleeves, and while not the most efficient solution to the problem, she was knocking the dust lose. Once that was done she re-soaked her sleeves in the sink and got on down on the floor, crawling in circles and dragging her sleeves over the floor until it was as mopped as she was going to get it. It was streaky and spotty, but luckily for her it would be completely dry well before anybody from the bank could come in and see it.
She made a final trip to the sink and used her sleeves to polish the safe door. She considered climbing it for a moment for better access to some parts of the wheel, but she then decided that it would be best not to risk steering the bank off course, and just wiped down what was immediately accessible.
Needing to make sure that nobody had followed her into the bank, she climbed up the leg of the table and kneeled on top of it for a bird's eye view of the establishment. She didn't see anything out of place, other than the fact that the pens were on chains. She wondered what crimes they had committed, but quickly shook those thoughts away. A Kunoichi of Kirigakure no Sato was never supposed to get soft and question a criminal's imprisonment. She knew that some criminals knew Ninjutsu and maybe be able to hide, so just for good measure she let out a scream, knowing that this would startle any thieves out of hiding.
Convinced of the quality of her work, she locked the door behind herself, and skipped on home.
