Re: Some Days you Just Train

Since he had been training every day again, he was back on top of the world, nothing could stop him. It seemed like just yesterday he could barely make it to the sea without being out of breath, now he made it with absolute ease, and he would even take the hard route. His speed was improving, his chakra was improving, and most of all he was learning a new jutsu. The Water Prison technique was something he had been trying to learn for awhile now. Not only was it a good technique to know, but he just thought it was awesome, so that was the main draw of learning it.
"Are you going out again?" His moms voice rang out as he was putting on his training gear. "Yep, won't become legendary by sitting on my ass all day." His mom barged in, an annoyed look on her face, with a bowl of breakfast. "Watch your mouth!" She said as she laid the tray down. Furozan smirked and grabbed the bowl, ravishing it in a few seconds. "And what is your fascination with becoming a legendary ninja. Why can't you just become a fisherman like your father, you're good at it you know, better than him if you ask me." Furozan rolled his eyes and chugged his glass of water. They had been over this exact same conversations more times than he cared to count. "Because, Mom, I am not like dad. Besides, fishing is what I do in my free time, I do not want it to become work." He jumped up, slung his bag around his shoulder, and he gave his mother a kiss. "I will see you tonight."
Before he knew it, he was at the Sea, and he was stretching his legs. He loved the sound the sea mad when it crashed against the rocks. He remembered when he had first started learning new techniques, how awesome it was to see people walking on water, and he wanted to so badly. Now, all he had to do was leap onto the surface, and bam he was standing there. Which is exactly what he did. He took a running start and leaped high into the air and came down softly on the water. He reached his hand down into the sea and he wet his hand before bringing it back up and cooling down his face.
He decided that practicing a jutsu he was familiar with to start things off would be fine. He closed his eyes, as was tradition when he started training, and he focused all of his chakra. Once he got "in touch" with his chakra it made controlling it that much easier. Once he could feel it flowing through his entire body, he snapped his eyes open, and he was ready. He went through the motions with his hands and landed all the seals smoothly. "Water Style: Wild Water Wave!"
He felt the water building up in his mouth and he opened it and the water poured out. It was a massive amount, showing off really, and mixed with the ocean the move was devastating. He watched as it crashed into the side of the rocks and knocked a few of them free. The move, if it had hit, would have been enough to hurt someone pretty badly. If they did not suffer anything from the initial hit, being bombarded with a wave of water was enough to drown someone. Especially if Furozan held it for long enough. Unless someone was an all star swimmer then they would not be able to get out of the move.
He held it for a few seconds before he closed his mouth and stopped the chakra flow. His body felt drained, he had held the move for some time, but it would come back quickly. Besides, he had been practicing the move for awhile now, so it was not like he was unfamiliar with the Water Prison Technique. He had even created one a few times but it was not strong enough to be sustained any longer than a few seconds before it toppled apart.
After a few seconds of rest he closed his eyes again. Within seconds he was focused and he snapped them back open. He took a deep breath and then his hands quickly formed the proper seals. There were quite a few more hand seals than his other hand juts, but it was all he had been thinking about lately. When he was at home, fishing, or reading he was thinking about the seals. He believed that it had to become muscle memory so that they were easier to perfect in battle.
"Water Prison Technique!" He shot his hand forward and a large ball of water appeared in front of him. A grin formed across his face, but it was quickly wiped away as the prison crumbled right in front of him. "Shit!" He cursed loudly and his hands drooped to his side. Why couldn't he hold it? He was doing the technique just like he had been taught. He mulled it over, trying to figure out any reason why it was not working, he analyzed the move from start to finish. He needed to try it again, and figure out exactly why he could not hold it.
He took another deep breath and quickly went through the hand seals. Was he going to quickly? No, that couldn't be it, plus he knew he was not screwing up the hand seals. "Water Prison Technique!" His hand shot forward, maybe he was not holding his hand properly? The ball formed directly in front of him and he felt how he was holding the jutsu. That was it! He discovered it right before it crumpled. He was not doing anything once the jutsu was up, he just stopped putting forth chakra, but he had to keep the chakra flowing. By that, he had to keep it moving so it formed a shape that could keep someone locked. It made so much sense more sense now that he thought about it. He could control the aspects inside of the prison as well as out. He smirked and he went through the motions one more time. "Water Prison Jutsu!" His hand shot forward and the prison was formed. This time, instead of stopping the chakra flow, he continued to assert enough to keep the prison formed.
Once second passed, then two, then an entire minute, Furozan could hold the move all day. Well, not really, but if he practiced enough. He smirked and he released the jutsu. Once he did, though, he felt it in his body. He almost lost control of the chakra flowing to his feet and fell through the water. He quickly recomposed himself and made his way to the beach. He crashed to the ground and laid out on his back, on the verge of passing out for what seemed like forever. Nightfall finally came and he got enough energy to push himself up and get back home. The trip home took forever and when he was there his mother already had dinner made. He ate it in record time and he barely even remembered getting to his bed.
