"You don't care huh. You say this village isn't your home, but you are trying so hard to uphold it's laws. Why is that? If you really didn't care about what happens to this village, which to me sounds like you really don't care, then you wouldn't be stopping me. So if you're trying to stop me, that must mean you really care about this place. You say you don't want to fight, but the way you go straight for your weapon tells me you are itching for some kind of conflict." Vash stopped for a quick breath, and to add a dramatic effect to his speech.
"So I'll give you three options, and only three. Option one. You can step aside and pretend we never met, and you can go on living your life hating this place. Option two. You unsheathe your blade all of the way, and we fight till one of us dies. Then there's option three. Take your hate for your village to the next step, and come with me. Come enjoy the freedom of not being controlled by a man behind a desk."

The stranger was poking holes in Vakara's reasoning. Picking at his home, his none existing faith and care for the home and yet all he could do was sneer. The thought of him caring for this place wasn't their but his honor was. Taking a kid was just something Vakara wasn't a fan of. However the man broke down three options, fight to the death, leave or join him? "Join you?A missing ninja?Kidnapping some kid?"
Vakara took a step forward. "Before I pick, why do you need the kid?Why is it important?" Vakara asked curiously. He couldn't just leave the village. Or could he? "I need to know what i'de be getting myself into. I leave right now nothing changes and that's boring as for fighting you to the death, well I never fight a battle unless I know I will win, so if I chose that one your in trouble. Then you want me to join you?Freedoms nice but I need to know what that means. Freedom of killing isn't my style, but I do require power. I mean key power from sources this planet tries to keep hidden our kages fight and seal. Can you get me such power? Because I mean if I chose the third option you get me, but what exactly am I getting?" He asked humoring the offer.

"well personally between you and me, I don't need the kid here. He's for a friend of mine that I'll be seeing after this, and I will be seeing him. As for what you will be getting into. Well I've been living pretty good so far. I never really had to worry about anyone hunting me down so far. That brings something to mind, how did you know about me? I haven't done much to warrant attention." He stopped to ponder that for a second, but then continued.
"Anyways, I might not be able to get you power now, but soon I can. Can I ask, have you ever heard of someone call Orochimaru? You see this man came up with a way to transfer power to others via a seal he would place on a person that held a piece of his soul. I'm working on a way to duplicate this seal. Lets just say at your current level of power, if you had this seal at full power you would be a match for most Jonin."

Vakara stood straight up looking up to the sky for a moment. Seeming random, but then a large smirk on his face as he looked back down. The missing nin's offer was interesting. "So you don't know what exactly I'm capable of. Why just ask me to join, for all you know im worthless. Don't get me wrong I know this is silly to ask but really, if you want me to join, why? I hate sure but then again that kid does as well probably. I mean hell the village isn't going to stop you from taking him. It's my ability and my chance alone to stop you. So with that snare on the village, do you just want people? You taking anyone? If I join that can't be the case, numbers when battles but power wins wars. Everyone thinks they are special but we both know some people are more special then others, so do you have a standard for who you have around you? Or is it because i'm charming." Stalling was a good stradegy at this point. However...the thought of being missing was so interesting, the freedom the power if it were true. "What do I have as your word for this seal?Am I just supposed to trust you?"

" It's true that it's power not number's that win most wars. But there's nothing saying you can't have a lot of people with power. Even if you are worthless, I can still make you into something of worth. You just have to work for it. Even a Kage was a Genin once. All you need is the want. The want for power. The want to be at the top. The want to be the best. All you have to do is ask yourself, do you want it?" Vash looked the young man in front in the face. He had the most serious look on his face. he hoped that it would help push the boy to join him. After he gave him some time to think what he said over he continued. "As for the seal, like I said I'm still working on it. All I have is my word on it."

Vakara smirked a bit dropping his blade to the side. "Well...were you followed?" Vakara asked taking a few steps forward. "Cause if you were, there probably still onto you, and they will catch you and then you have me and reinforcements to worry about. Trust me your hands will already be full with me." He snickered a bit still walking towards him, now reaching to his side. "I mean i'm not sure if you've heard of me but I happen to be one of if not the strongest genin in the village. Or atleast when it comes to close range combat I don't lose."
Vakara threw down a kunai blade right in front of the foot of the missing ninja, landing right in front of the sandel not even an inch away. Vakara leaped at him whispering, "A predator always draws it's prey out, trust me.Gotta make it look real." Vakara threw a spinning kick aiming for the mans head. Hopefully this plan would work just as he wanted it to.

Vash quickly ducked the kick aimed at his head. He took a step back. He placed the Nara boy down, and brought his guard up. He launch a left hook toward the teenagers head while he recovered from the kick that missed.

Vakara found out very quickly the man was fast. Able to avoid his sun rise kick was not an easy task but he managed it. Then again a performance doesn't mean your trying to hurt the enemy. This just had to look real, and it did. Trying to move out of the way of the hook coming towards him, but it was too fast, he got clipped right in the cheek bone sending him backwards. Vakara rolled to his feet seeing the slight bruise on his face now back into a fighting stance circling around, using the kunai as the main center piece, after a few steps he looked at the upper area of trees pausing until he could see something. Finally, he caught a glimpse of a headband. He looked back to the missing ninja, he didn't have time to watch but he knew someone was around.
Vakara leaped out making a few hand signs. 'doppelganger technique' A clone of himself was formed, both running side y side Vakara and his clone crossed then leaped out towards the ninja, the fake Vakara poofed in a cloud, while the real one burst through the poofed cloud from the jutsu throwing a knee hoping to hit the mid-section, leaning as close to the mans range as possible before whispering. "I was right."

Vash watched as the leaf genin roll after getting hit. Spring back to his feet and in a fighting stance. The genin started to run towards him. He saw his eyes dart around, looking for something else in the forest. When the genin eyes returned to Vash he started to from hand seals. Suddenly there was a clone of the genin that leaped at him then burst into smoke. The real one came out of the smoke and delivered a knee to his abdomen. Vash brought his own knee up to block his. The kid can hit he'd give him that much.
He heard what the guy said to him. The only person he could think of was the older Nara that he had put a Genjutsu on earlier. So believing that was who it was around them, he stayed close to the body and kept a defensive stance to better keep guard over the body.
"You fight pretty well for a genin. I don't believe You ever said your name. You already know mine. Can you say where you found that out from?"

((OCC: Sorry for the lack of posting guys I've been busy all week))
Albel quietly waited back watching Vakara and the mysterious man fight. He hadn't realized how strong Vakara actually was. Albel was impressed by his skills. The man was standing over Akira's unconscious body. It would be hard to retrieve him if the man was going to stand there the whole time. Hopefully Vakara could distract him long enough for Albel to get Akira. (Short Post sorry guys.)
