Music of the Night
Mon May 14, 2012 9:17 am
Itsuka was shrouded in his dark leather jacket as he grabbed the ledge of the top of Konoha's southern most wall and hefted himself up. He had started towards Konoha from his camp in the forest south east of the area earlier that night, and now had successfully scaled the wall with stealth and chakra climbing. He stepped up onto the five foot thick wall and stepped forward, making sure to stay on the wall. Only four feet away from the ledge of the wall, a large tower-like building rose over Itsuka, 10 feet above him. Three feet above his head on the building was a window sill on the side of the building, tilted but still in Itsuka's clear sight. He reached into his belt silently, removing a green scroll from it. He rolled the scroll out and lay it silently on the ground, focusing a small amount of chakra in his palm and pressing down on the seal in the middle. There was a quiet poof of gray smoke and there were ten kunai where the middle seal was. Itsuka sheathed nine of four of them in his belt and held one in his hand, leaving five kunai for his accomplice who had accompanied him. Itsuka rolled out a few meters of wire and looped it through the hole in the handle end of the kunai. He gripped the kunai tight and reached out toward the window sill, the tilt of its placement leaving it in reach. Itsuka reached the kunai over and stabbed it into the wood of the window sill, proceeding to jerk it in and test how wedged into the wood the knife was. He touched the wood and spread out chakra, manipulating the wood to come out in thick, small bands that wrapped around the kunai and kept it held there firmly. Itsuka stepped back onto the ledge and looked down to the part of the Hokage Building he could see to the left of the window sill with the kunai. Itsuka then took another kunai and looped the other end of the wire in, tying it in a knot to the kunai and gripping the handle tight. Itsuka took a few steps back, tensed his legs, then ran to the edge and jumped. He held the kunai on the other end tight as he swung down over the roofs of buildings towards the Hokage Building. Once he was five feet away from the wooden floor of the tree that the building had been constructed atop, Itsuka jumped off and hit the ground in a quiet roll, the impact muffled from his soft clothes and light body. He stood up and turned to look up at the top of the wall where he had once been just a few seconds ago, giving a thumbs up and a dastardly smile as he removed the black wraps from around his lower face and mouth, only to replace them few seconds later, turn back around and crouch as he stepped cautiously towards the side of the Hokage Building, scanning the whole area around him constantly and quickly as he did so.

Vash was sitting on top of the wall admiring the night sky. He never saw the stars at night in his old village. So he took every chance he got to observe them now. He turned his head to see where Itsuka was. He had just jumped and started to swing towards the hokage building. After he recovered from his rolling, Itsuka turned back toward Vash and gave a thumbs up. Vash could barely see his hand in the night, but he did see the smile thrown his way.
With the all clear giving, Vash made his way to the place Itsuka left some Kunai. He picked them up and pocket them. It took him about a minute to find the wire Itsuka used to swing with, but using the Kunai still lodge in the wood as a point of reference helped.
Grabbing hold of the wire tight, Vash took a couple steps back and jumped to where Itsuka landed. Instead of letting go of the wire, Vash channeled some wind chakra to dislodge the kunai. Then with a quick jerk on the wire the kunai was sailing towards Vash. With the kunai in hand now, Vash landed on the ground and rolled to soften his landing.
Taking a moment to relocate Itsuka. He found him waiting on him by the Hokage's building, in the shadow that the building cast because of the light from the moon. He took a quick scanned of the area. With the coast clear, he dashed across to settle in the shadow Itsuka was in. Vash held up the kunai with the wire still tied around it to Itsuka, seeing if he wanted it back.

Itsuka waited at the side of the building in its shadow, crouched under a window that looked in on the Hokage's Office and he waited as he observed Vash jump and swing down with the wire, offering it back to him once the Tornado Village ninja landed. Itsuka took it in his hand and tied the end of wire back onto the rest he had and slotted the kunai in his belt. He then stood up more slowly and looked into the window. Itsuka saw just one guard in the room, a ninja sitting back in a chair who looked as though he was about to drift off asleep. Itsuka gripped the window tightly and carefully, quietly, slid it up. Once it was up Itsuka rose his leg and put it through the opening, stepping into the room silently and towards the guard he crept. Feeling it best to not leave any evidence or possible failure, he took one of the kunai from his belt and moved it towards the guards neck, sliding it across and causing a deep cut almost instantly killing him. He then dragged the body over to the window and indicated it to Vash. "You should know what to do with it, no noise, nobody sees this," Itsuka whispered, so quietly only one right next to the source would be able to hear.
Itsuka turned back to face the room. In the surroundings were the Hokage's desk, a few chairs, and a wooden door with several bars over it. Itsuka sighed and stepped over towrds the door. "Not a very good security system, nor is it very inconspicuous now is it? Stupid of them to just leave it right in the open," Itsuka muttered to himself as he use a kunai to cut through the wooden bars and break them down, proceeding to push the door open. Through the door was a long gray hallway, filled with what Itsuka observed as wires and pressure plates. He thought to himself on how to safely maneuver around the traps, and then it came to him. It was quite a simple solution, and Itsuka made a hand seal, making a clone of water appear by his side. The clone got down and dashed right through the hallway, activating several traps within even the first few steps. Now around one third of them were already used up, and Itsuka created another two who did the same and eventually after a few seconds had activated all the traps in the hallway. With all the traps already having been activated, Itsuka crouched and walked cautiously down the hallway with light steps towards the iron door at the end. He rotated the handle and pushed it open slightly, letting a bit of wood start to form at the edge of all fingertips and the ends of his thumbs on both hands. He crouched and was about to open the door, but decided to wait for Vash. He had better hurry up, I want to finish this and get out of here, no trouble or anything done, Itsuka thought to himself.

Vash watched as Itsuka climb through the window and slit the guards throat. Then Itsuka dragged the body over to the window. Barely making a noise, he whispered to Vash to take the body. He reluctantly did so. Why did he have to take the body, he was the leader of this Organization. he should be the one telling people to remove dead bodies.
Throwing the body over his shoulders, Vash began to make his way towards the street. He laid the body down next to a manhole. It took him awhile to get the manhole opened, but when he did He disposed of the body. He covered the manhole back, and made his way to the window.
He climbed in, and looked to see a hallway that looked like a small battle was waged in.He gave a low whistle at the damage. looking at Itsuka at the end of the hallway he spoke up "So, more inside?"

"No, there shouldn't be more traps inside. And keep it down!" Itsuka lightly hissed to Vash as he opened the door and stepped inside quietly. Inside, there were shelves lining the walls and several setup throughout the large room, and a desk at the front of the room with a red scroll on it. Itsuka walked over to it and unraveled the scroll, observing the contents carefully. After a few seconds he decided it was some sort of directory for the top secret files in this room. First things first, he continued through the directory until he found the section for "Kuro no Yoake". Once he found it, he Itsuka quickly dashed over silently to the shelf it was listed on and leafed through different scrolls until he found a box labeled "TOP SECRET: KURO NO YOAKE". He took the box off the shelf and set it down, indicating Vash to take it and set it somewhere. Itsuka dashed back to the directory and searched for three more subjects, "War", "Maps", and "Level 5 Top Secret Info". After finding the satisfying information he needed, Itsuka took up the files and handed some to Vash as Itsuka led them both back out and outside the Hokage Building as he set the files down and took out another wired kunai and threw it at the previously used windowsill, climbing the wire and up to the windowsill with his files, expecting the same of Vash after he himself did so. Itsuka jumped across to the wall of Konoha and ran down the wall, chakra charged in his feet as he dashed down and escaped. Mission complete.

Vash watched as Itsuka entered the office. Itsuka made his way across the room and began to look around for something. Vash stepped in after him and closed the door behind him. It looked as if Itsuka found some kind of directory, because after looking in there for awhile he rushed off and pulled some folders out. They had 'Kuro no Yoake' on them. Itsuka laid them down on the desk and motion for Vash to take them before going back and getting more folders.
Instead of garbing them, he left them there while he looked in the directory. He didn't see what he was looking for though. Taking up the folders and following Itsuka out of the building. Itsuka used some kind of kunai and wire to cluimb back onto the roof tops. Vash followed him up and disledge the kunai. Jumping after Itsuka out of the village.
