A Kage's Tinkering

It was twilight in the village hidden in the mist and Nietzsche was wide awake. The past few nights he had been rather restless and found it hard to get to sleep. This night he found himself transfixed by the Flying Thunder God technique. Granted he knew how to make the seals and how to apply them, but he had no idea if it even worked. On his desk lay three kunai with three points; these would be the perfect vessels for the flying thunder god technique. He carefully drew out the seals onto the three kunai and allowed the ink to dry. Once the ink had dried he picked up the closest one to him and flung it at the wooden door to his office. The kunai stuck there with a resounding thud. With a short grin Nietzsche reached out in his mind to the seal on the kunai. In an instant he was standing right next to the door with the kunai in his right hand. Laughing he focused on the seal he had placed on his chair before his meeting with the leader of the Sky nation. In a flash he was sitting back in his chair. The power to teleport was a truly amazing thing; though in the wrong hands it could prove devastating. With this power Nietzsche would be able to defend the Mist that much better. He had recently purchased a large amount of swords and with those he could bring about an interesting effect to say the least. Though he would have to place the seals on the swords another time. For now Nietzsche merely wished to get the hang of teleporting. Picking up the two other kunai he threw them at opposite walls. In a heartbeat he was facing one wall and in another he was facing the opposite one. So far the jutsu was working to perfection-he had to push it further. Walking over to the window he shoved it open. Looking down from the fourth story he sighed. A drop at this height would surely injure him, but he had to be sure the jutsu worked. Closing his eyes Nietzsche slipped over the side of the window sill and down toward the welcoming earth. Anyone who saw this stunt would have thought the Mizukage mad. At the very last second Nietzsche reached out and was once again sitting back in his chair. The flying thunder god technique had proven to be useful even in times of stress. Granted it did have its flaws: like the fact that one could only teleport where a seal had already been placed. Then again that was a small flaw and could easily be worked around. Falling from the tallest building in the Mist was rather taxing on the mind so Nietzsche retired for the night with his mind filled with the power of this new technique.
