The Revealing Dream (Echo and Prim/NO KILL)

Primmy had finally fallen asleep. She was tossing and turning in her sleep. Shew as having a hard time sleeping. What had happened to her in the woods walking around the borders was stuck in her head. She was sleeping on the couch in the living room.

Primrose...you can run but you can't hide
Primmy looked behind her. The shadow was getting closer to her. She was breathing harder out of fear. "Why did I leave alone?" She asked herself not realizing she was talking in her sleep.

They can't keep you safe forever
She realized it was after her, not anyone else, they wanted her dead. Who was it, a part of her past returning? Three years alone and out can have bad consequences.

Remember Primrose, we are always watching.
Just then a weapon flies by and hit the tree! But, it was a tree branch that scratched her face! No, it was a weapon grazing her face and hitting the tree. Turning back around she trips over a foot and falls down a hill. Two figures walk towards her then she screams as they turn and run!

"OH SHIT!" Primmy yells sitting up in bed and covered in cold sweat. "I dint fall I was attacked...oh shit!" Primmy says trying to catch her breathe.

Echo Uchiha was an enigma to most, a tortured boy who was regarded with hate scorn and abuse by his clansmen until after finally swinging back was cast out of the Clan's compound and forced into what could only be called a shack in a forest out of the way.

After his banning from the clan compound he took to earning more money through various cons and bouts of entertainment making quite the show to anyone who would watch, he took to pranks to satisfy his free time often time these pranks leading him to be chased by Konoha's ANBU who regarded the boy as one of their greatest adversaries due to the rather humiliating chases he would lead the Undertaker squad on.

During his academy days he discovered other ways of life and paid especial attention to history, learning many tactical advantages and strategies that could be implemented on the fly.

Echo fancied himself a performer never actually wishing to be a Shinobi, in Echo's mind though..to be a powerful Shinobi would prove his clansmen wrong about his weakness...and he would prove his clansmen wrong the torture belittlement and beatings still fresh in his mind even after all these years...he does not miss the sneers and hate filled glares he receives while near an Uchiha dominated area, he remembers every single one of them...and he will never forget.


Through it all Echo ascended through the Ranks of the ANBU Black-ops and was promoted to Captain and even made the Kyuubi Jinchuuriki by his brother, he regards this as not his accomplishment but something his Brother gave him, he didn't earn it.

Echo now after completing some of his work sits in his room the melodic hum of whetstone against steel rings out through as he sharpens the keepsake from his Mother the otherworldly glow of the blade offsetting the darkness Echo surrounds himself in at the moment a serene calm overtaking the man's face his hair blocking view of his left eye to the world.

He sighs in contentment...contentment which is shattered by a scream, his instincts kicking into high gear immediately his form swirls and he appears inside the room of the Uchiha woman which is staying here, Echo still bitter about his treatment by the clan has refused to make any type of social contact with the Uchiha or even use her name.

His keen eyes survey the room Caliburn held ready in his right hand casting the glow along Echo's form, after seeing no danger Echo sighs and regards the Uchiha with a bit of a deadpan stare of annoyance awaiting an explanation.

Primrose looks up at Echo still in a cold sweat, her heart beating fast. The dream was so clear, she had no idea anyone was at home. The one person who she feels can not stand her is standing there staring at her. She at the moment had no idea what was scarier, Echo or the bad dream. She stares up at him.
"Echo...I think...something happened to me." She said trying to make sense of the disorienting dream. "I should not have done what I did the other day, i don't even know if you knew what I had done. I put myself in danger and everyone else, but for some reason I just remembered everything, I felt like I was reliving the whole thing. Someone wants me dead and someone besides the person who found me tried to save me." Prims lip began to quiver as tears started. "Oh shit someone tried to kill me!" She panicked. As she began to cry.
Prim knew how Echo felt about the clan she came from. She had some disagreements with her clansmen to, always being belittled because she was a female. Even though they didn't like Echo for his differences, Prim did like him. She feared him, but all in all, Echo was someone she trusted. At least she didn't think Echo Uchiha would let her die.
"I shouldn't have done what I did when I left the other day, I should have taken someone with me, but I didn't know how dangerous it was and now someone is after me." She cried the tears heavily flowing now.

Echo didn't care much for the woman in tears before him..but the information that one of Konoha's citizens were attacked within the borders of the fire nation caused Echo's eyes to narrow and him to sit in front of her "Who attacked you? Where? When did this happen???" He asks preparing to send squads of ANBU to dispatch the possible threats 'Directive #1: At all times must an ANBU preserve the Will of Fire, ensuring the safety and security of the village of Konoha and her inhabitants, young and old. This supersedes any and all other orders and duties.' he quotes in his head his face an emotionless mask as he awaits the answers to his questions.

She leaned against Echo. Surprisingly she felt, safe. "It was my own fault! I was told not to leave Konoha without an escort but I did. That's why I was in the hospital the other day, I had hit my head, and had a broken ankle and I had weapons thrown at me." She said as she started to hyperventilate. "Two days ago, I left for a long walk. I went to the borders and I was walking through the forest...but...suddenly I remember running. Two shadows were chasing me. They knew my name. They kept saying, Primrose they can't keep you safe forever. Then They were laughing, and a knife went by my face and grazed me but it did cut me and somethi8ng hit my head and then I was tripped by someone. I rolled down a hill and...I saw Taro Senju standing above me. The two people who were chasing me took off and then he took off after them. Suddenly Suzaku showed up. He stayed by my side and we stayed the night in the forest I couldn't walk or move. He didn't let anyone get me. He brought me home the next day where Navi found me and took me to the hospital. And that Evens guy forced me to go in, then went went missing after Viper showed up." Prim said in tears. She leaned against Echo and continued crying. "Now I suddenly remembered everything." Prim said as she started to hyperventilate again and crying really hard. "Why did it all suddenly come back? What happened are they going to kill me?"

Echo was surprised at the contact but made no moves to push the woman away as he cried on him, he listened intently noting certain bits and pieces of information for a report later on, he remembers the deporting of someone named Evens Arashi and heard a rumor he was killed but decided not to release that information to the woman currently crying on him which brings him to his next thought.....why was this Uchiha woman crying on him "No one is going to kill you" he says "The ANBU and other Shinobi wouldn't allow it, just stay in the village and avoid the unpopulated training grounds" he says with a nod.

She tried to calm down, he was right, no one would let her die. "Thank you Echo, I love you." Primmy said hugging him. He was like a big brother to her. "I don't care what anyone says, to me your awesome." Primmy said kissing his cheek and laying back down. "Before you leave, will you talk to me about something?" Primmy asked sitting back up. She knew Echo would give her an honest answer. He was very straightforward and would tell the truth no matter what, even if it hurt. "Why does everyone I meet , treat me awkward when I say my name? I don't connect myself with the rest of my family, I left them three years and have since only contacting my brother and one cousin. I feel like I am cursed." Primmy sighed as she honestly looked at Echo.

He blinks twice stunned by the strange display of affection, He ponders for a moment just what would bring that on? He's made it clear he did not wish to associate with her and has only done so twice.

He shakes his head and listens to her question "Your name is quite peculiar sounding" he says with a shrug deciding to ignore the act of earlier and decides to never speak of it again.

"Echo, my last name is what I am referring to. Nevermind...sorry I brought it up. Thank you for checking on me when I screamed." She knew he hated his last name and disliked her for the name. She didn't want to upset him. Echo and Viper were who she considered family now anyways, she didn't want to screw it up. Everyone she has met lately has done nothing but say, oh you are an Uchiha, you have special eyes. Primrose sighed heavily again.

Echo scoffs and turns walking from the room shutting the door behind him, Echo's hatred runs deep and he will always look at those who bear the name of Uchiha with disdain and weariness possibly even raw hatred...but he won't abandon the name...not until he's regarded as the strongest then he will cast the name away spitting at the feet of those who tried to decimate his will because of his difference, He may never be a man according to his clansmen...and they will be right....He will be a God.
