A letter to the Raikage.

A messenger haws dawning the symbol of Konohagakure no Sato enters through the open window only to land upon the desk of the Raikage, the messenger compartment on its back filled with a scroll.
Should the scroll be retrieved and opened the contents are as followed.

Dearest Hokage Senpai.

I would have a request of having permission to take into the territory of Konohagakure no sato.
I, a Kumogakure Shinobi, would like to visit the home village of his family, the Uchiha clan, reunion with it, if he can find them.

I ask permission so i can meet my family.
I would be pleased to have permission to cross the borders.
