Dear Raikage,

As you know Ame was attacked by the Akatsuki, my son Kyokan Setsubi is an academy student in Ame, and I wish nothing more than for him to become a great and mighty ninja however in our current situations don't believe he will ever get that opportunity so I beg you please take him into your village and your academy if you do approve he has an aunt in Kumo with whom he can stay with think you so much for your time.
