Saving a Life [PRIVATE, Invite Only]

In a word Taro was pissed. He had listened to Viper’s short spiel about how he had a way to save Sachiko. And was relieved once the odd white flesh like material was placed on Sachiko and started to replicate her damaged lost side, but it was then that it hit him: that was Senju DNA. With that realization came a slight tensing of Taro’s entire body; where had Viper gotten so much Senju DNA? Had he killed a Senju? If there was one thing that Taro could not stand it was the disrespect of a clansmember-no matter their standing in life. It was one thing for Taro himself to offer to personally donate DNA, but the fact that an Uchiha of all people had a large mass of Senju DNA felt like a sacrilege to Taro.

Unfortunately Taro did not have time to confront Viper as to the source of the mass of Senju DNA, because the Hokage disappeared as quickly as he had come. Glancing around the room hoping that nobody had seen his momentary moment of internal strife, Taro placed his hands in his pockets and walked over to the side of Sachiko’s bed and gave the still forming side of her a closer inspection. From what he could tell the DNA was integrating perfectly. At this point Azaiyo disappeared, seemingly into thin air. The only words that Taro could say to the supposedly unconscious body of Sachiko, in a mere whisper, were: “Welcome to the family” Sachiko was now, in Taro’s eyes, a Senju despite her hybridization-the same DNA resided among all Senju to some extent and the half of Sachiko was no exception.

Sighing Taro backed away from the bed. He needed some time to think things over. He hoped that the trip back to Konoha would give him that time and cool his temper-it would not be wise to confront the Hokage with a hothead that much he knew. Taking his leave Taro strode gracefully to the door and set out on his journey back to the village hidden in the leaves with dark thoughts and burning questions weighing on his mind.

As everyone left out onoe by one, Umarekuru looked at damballa with a look that could be only discribed as what the hell shut up. He did not want to say anything because he was happy she was alive but he seriously wanted to punch him. He looked for one of the doctors to ask when is it ok to visit her again. As he walked out he stopped mid way looking at one of the nurses," Excuse me but when will we br able to visit her again,". The nurse said tomorrow afternoon, but he did not mind coming back. Umarekuru sat there until the sun was about to set, looking out the window, pondering on his thoughts and what transpired on this day. As the sun set he walked over to sachiko's unconscience body, and gave her a small kiss on the forehead," i will come back to visit you soon just stay out of trouble," he said with a slight smile. As he walked out he could only imagine what would happen to her body now but at elast she was alive and he was happy.

The young girl let out a pained groaned and opened her sky blue eyes slowly, squinting at the harsh lights that lit the room. Wha.... where am I? the girl thought to herself groggily as she attempted to wipe her head that had sweat dripping down it from the scorching heat.

Much to her surprise, the small genin's hand didn't respond to her command. What?! Sachiko thought to herself in horror before a flood of memories of what had transpired earlier today. Dumb- struck, the young girl blinked her eyes several times before observing her surroundings. What she saw made her feel slightly uneasy, as there was nothing in the room besides the color white.

Shaking her head to clear her head of this train of thought, the small ten year old girl's sky blue eyes became misty as she thought to herself guiltily, did I really almost die? I can't believe it... and I wouldn't have died honorably defending my village, I would've died because of a stupid mistake! I'm such an idiot! I don't deserve to cry!

Despite this vehement protest, the girl's eyes began to shed a few tears without her consent, making her sob even harder at her blatant helplessness. She was unable to even wipe away her own tears with her hands, so how could continue to be a ninja?

With this horrible thought in mind, the dam of emotions inside Sachiko broke and the girl began to wail uncontrollably.

After several minutes, the little genin's sobs finally died down, her eyes puffy and raspberry red before her eyes narrowed in determination. I won't let this stop me from protecting my village and loved ones! I am strong! I can SO overcome this!

At these thoughts, the red- head grinned happily and began to cackle.

The surgery is a success after the girl has rested, the senju cells have fully recreated her missing half, the only notable difference is the pure white skin which due to the nature is unclothed, the skin is slowly darkening to match the rest of her skin tone, the dna fully attached at her core but will be slightly fragile for a few days but it is enough to allow her freedom from the hospital, the girls life saved by the Hokage.

Umarekuru walked back into the room to visit his dear friend, sachiko to see how she was doing. He brought her some flowers and a get well soon card. He did not know if she was better but he just wanted to check up on her. As he walked in he thought he saw a slight movement in here. He walked to the bed, sitting the flowers on the little table beside it," i came to see if you have gotten any better, sorry i left i had some things i needed to take care of. I hope you get well soon. Oh yeah by the way i brought you some flowers and a card, i hope you like them, there chamillons and anemones," he said backing away," i hope to see you soon see ya," he said running out...
