Ash Descends on the Tornado

It was with a tormented heart that Navi walked towards the tornado village, a land he thought to be Fire Nation territory from his personal capture of the place some time ago. With his Navagan dojutsu activated, he stood about half a kilometer away (400 meters), the village still some distance from him. From this distance however, his eyes would pick up close details about the village in front of him. Navi made sure with his dojutsu's sensory abilities that nobody else was within a mile of him, the only life sources being detected at the minor village in front of him at 400 meters away.

The Fire Nation banners had been torn down, a clear symbol that independence had been declared and that the people of the village thought themselves to be a free nation. It was with a feeling of disgust that his fury would descend upon the ignorant filth of the Tornado, the people who had betrayed the Fire Nation and were now all criminals and traitors in his eyes.

His judgement would be delivered with the summoning forth of a great deal of chakra, kneaded into a fireball which he cast at the village at incredible speeds. This jutsu was his signature powerful fire technique with the potential of a nuclear blast behind it, sailing forth to wipe the Tornado from the face of the earth.

The land was clear around him, no danger around the boy and no obstructions or obstacles in the way of the accurate fire attack.

Navi would watch as his jutsu would almost inevitably turn the village to ash, an execution that would fit the scum who would seek to betray the people of his nation.

Coming from the forest Gawain saw his village in flames and the man who caused it. He couldn't help but stare at the village as it burned down. He sighed a little as his voice which came from his mouth reached the ears of the culprit. "Please stop this!! You got to its not their fault it's my fault I had no idea that we had been apart of the nation of fire. If you must you can take me into custody but please extinguish this fire!! Please Please." he said at his lowest moment of humility. A fake fear fell from his eye as his head hung.

With the village in ruin Navi looks at the man emerge from the forest, his sensory abilities picking up the man's arrival as he entered the mile radius. The man would emerge to be 400 meters away from Navi now, calling out to him for a far. With his attuned senses, the yells from Gawain were heard as a sort of strange pleading coming from the man who he would assume to be the village leader. No other chakra signatures or danger was sensed anywhere within Navi's sensory radius, so he turned his attention to Gawain.

Two shadow clones were made by Navi to go investigate, both approaching the new arrival with their activated dojutsu. They would each lock eyes with Gawain once they were within 15 meters of him, wondering if his intent was true or if the man was hiding something. Regardless, one would approach Gawain first, removing all items, scrolls, weapons and belongings that he possessed. Meanwhile, the second clone would extend his hand and point it at the man. Dozens of chakra threads shot out from his fingertips toward Gawain, wrapping around his body and binding him completely.

If all events lead up to perfection, Gawain would be binded and under arrest, the chakra threads holding the man tightly in place to restrict any and all movement. The clone holding the threads was standing 10 meters away, and the one who removed Gawain's belongings stood directly behind him, extending a hand to rest on the captive's shoulder. With this action, his mind would be read, transferring all memories to Navi to be analyzed later.

The clone holding the threads would then look directly into Gawain's eyes, speaking out to him directly.

"By order of the Fire Nation, identify yourself."

With navi noticing Gawain, Gawain knew that his plans were goin to end soon. Watching the man closely as he sent out clones as a way to capture gawain without getting his actual body close to him. The clones locked eyes with Gawain causing his intent which had simply been to save the village without violence on his part. He didn't want to fight but he wanted the lives of the tornado ninja spared. Within the few minutes Gawain's Puppet scroll, his black blood blades, and his own modified accerioes were taken from him. The back of his feet bleeding from the removal of his blades. Closing his eyes he felt the chakra strings wrap around him. With no movement at all he let the actions happen to him. "I am Gawain.. Gawain River." He said replying to the mans question.

With all belongings successfully removed and Gawain under arrest, the memories of the man's past would now be transferred. Navi's face darkened in horror as he received the memories, realizing that this man had been responsible for much needless slaughter, and harbored malicious intent within his heart. A list of all Gawain's past experiences and accomplices was transferred, confirming that this man was not one of innocence and humility.

Navi's clone that held the bindings would nod at the other clone in understanding, then would lock eyes with Gawain one more time. The threads that bound the man turned razor sharp, and with a simple hand gesture the man would be sliced into pieces. If all events proceeded as expected Gawain would be killed instantly and painlessly, his body crumbling in a bloody mess that would collapse onto the ground.

From what I can tell we all agreed that it was a confirmed death. I am stating it as such. Any further disagreements should be brought up ASAP or it shall be permanent, no matter the circumstance.
