Arriving at the gates although much more simpler at this time. zaled noting the lack of solid governance was well for an experience. But still it did not help that suddenly there came the sword weilding envoy for konoha. The only unusual thing he was flying. Nothing truly jaw dropping but nice to see A rare ability in use, perhaps he could race the young guy sometime.

The man landed about 20 meters from the now wooden shaffolds, and construction facilities at work but lackluster in efforts. Then he spoke leaving zaled wondering what was it the kage of the land of fire wanted. Zaled was taking notes on the lack of progress and did take to listening as he halted the workers for a moment. As he looked over the envoy and although positioned now 10 meters away he listend into whst was said.

After speaking the various titles for the one of konoha who well by looks of it was somewhat responsible for the dysfunctional state in the village. Somewhat surprising that he did not enjoy the benifits of a shell village, but perhaps the benifits were lacking, seeing the shaken shinobi many were even unable to preform with sinple missions around the village, Zaled wouldnt blame him from turning copper coins outdated, to fresh up to standard material. As some shinobi were more annoyingly unable to make it to a mission.While others vanished mid task. Nothing short of dissappointing to zaled.

Zaled though as he approached and listened The requests were simple enough as he glanced at the charecter, and motioned over to a construction worker to take note of the design, a fire symbol to be included as per the idea. he motioned towards a second gaurd who had wandered up confused a bit but shuddered.

the younger gaurd as told disarmed and presented his tools on hand. after this zaled well disarmed as well. But now he pointed towards the kage office and spoke.

"the beginning of this change should be complete by the evening The current staff at the kage building should be avalible for inspection."

zaled stated as with that he would follow the envoy into the village.
