Ninjutsu Training

Kenchi woke up to the sound of light rain, softly grazing his bedroom window. He rubbed his eyes a little and got out of his bed. He then walked over to the closed window and carefully unlocked it, enough to see outside. He stared outside at the mist that seemingly covered evry space in the village. He raised his head upwards and stared out at the morning sky as the rain fell from it. He sighed and slid his window closed then locking it. He walked over to his dresser and grabbed his headband, he then placed it on his forehead and wrapped it tightly around it. Kenchi was a bit excited after recieving the rank of Jounin, but soon he became upset and deemed himself unworthy of the title. He felt that he was a ninja only capable of using swords and that if he was to really get into a battle with another ninja he would be easily defeated because he lacked the use of another specialty. Kenchi figured that in order to broaden his knoledge and skill he would need to add another set of specialties to his list of techniques. Though there were so many to choose from which captivated the mind of Kenchi. It left him in a state of confusion that he could not choose which technique he wanted the most. Which was why he was leaving today. Kenchi, after getting ready, exited his house to head out to the Sea to go think on a specialty to choose.

Kenchi arrived at the beach which bordered the massive sea in Kirigakure. He walked along the sand barefooted contemplating on which Specialty to choose. Since he was a kid he would often come to the Sea to make final descisons on things or to just clear his mind. It was a place of comfort to him. When he was bullied and teased as a kid he came to the sea to cool down and relax. Some how starring out at the tides and waves in the sea calmed him down and relaxed him to a certain degree. Water had always been a soothing thing in his life. He loved it's pureness and was intrigued by this. That something so beautiful as water could be easily tainted by the slightest of things. He walked over towards the water and went farther until just his legs were covered by the water. He felt the waves push against his body gently, the feeling was fantastic. Lets not get distracted by the environment. I have to remeber what I came here to do. I must learn a new specialty to help improve my skills as a ninja of the mist. Kenchi said to himself, to sorta give himself a pep talk before choosing because he realized that he had to make an important descision and whatever he chose would define him as a ninja. So Kenchi began to sort out all of his favorite specialties in his mind. He figured that it would be great to be able to teleport and pass through things, but he descided against it because the chances of him actually having enough time to do those particular techniques in battle were none. He had to choose something which called to him and which he felt was the most natural and compatable with him. Thats it. Kenchi thought as he realized that the specialty he could choose was Ninjutsu. He had already been thinking of the water the entire day and he figured that that element and specialty were indeed the most compatable to his personality and abilities. Kenchi would stand in the water and begin to attempt to do concentrate to bring out his inner knowledge on the specialty of ninjutsu.

He finally believed he got the hand of it so he reached into the water and grabbed a small fish. He held it in his hand carefully, as to not dropping it back in the water. He then carefully concentrated his chakra around the fish and soon a small water prison would be formed around the fish. Since the fish was a, fish, it would not drown by this technique. Kenchi would just use the fish as a tool to train his use of ninjutsu. He would hold the fish in the prison for as long as he could, but soon his chakra could be felt getting low so he had to cancel the ninjutsu and let the fish go, back into the sea. He sighed and stepped back falling onto his bottom. He was tired and fatigued, but he could feel his knowledge for Ninjutsu and the use of water release increasing. He sat down briefly and took a short rest. He then stood back up onto his feet. He looked out at the tides moving in the sea. They were calming and encouraged him to not give up and to keep trying. Vergil would raise his hands and begin to form the appropiate hand signs for the water clone technique. Soon a slob form of a clone would appear next to him. Though it looked nothing like Kenchi at all. It was shorter and had no hair. Kenchi laughed a little at the disabled clone he had formed. He quickly dispersed it and began to try again. He continued to repeat this until finally he was able to create a clone like him. It stood at a nice five foot six and had the same other characteristics of Kenchi. Kenchi stared at the clone and insted of the clone mimicking his moves like the shadow clone would, the clone remained still. Kenchi though in his mind of the clone turning to face him, and it did do. Kenchi was astonished at the way the clone would follow him. Kenchi drew his swords from his side and the clone did too. Kenchi stepped back and began to attempt to train a little with his clone.

He established his grounding with his foot and his clone did the same. Kenchi then charged forwards colliding swords with his clone. He would duck down, and attemot to kick the clones feet from under it. The clone would not be expecting the attack and fall to the ground. Kenchi would instinctively mount on top of the clone woth his sword raised above his head prepared for the finishing blow. Kenchi would bring the sword down quickly, but stop a centemeter from the clones neck. He did not have the will to kill himself, even if it was just a clone. Kenchi stood up and canceled the jutsu. He was satisfied that he was able to get a quick spar in with someone/ himself. Even if it was just a clone, he was sure he could learn something from it. He turned around and began to notice that people were beginning to arrive at the beach. 'Better leave before it gets too crowded.' Kenchi thinks to himself. He slowly begins to gather his things prepared to leave when a kid walks up to him and begins to stare at Kenchi. Kenchi stares down at the kid and looks him deep in the eyes. The kid then runs away. Next came a group of kids the same age as Kenchi. A shorter kid walked very close to Kenchi and said, "Hey look guys, this guy thinks that he os a ninja." The kids begin to laugh in unision. Kenchi pivots back in forth on his heels waiting for the kids to move out of his way. "Please if you would move." Kenchi would say tot he crowd. The kids would all look back and forth at each other and from this they would gather the courage to annoy Kenchi even more than before. "Sorry, but we can;t let you leave until you show us that ninja stuff." Kenchi would stare at the kid with an annoyed look on his face. "Sorry, but I have neither the time or leisure to play with you at the moment. So if you would excuse me." Kenchi would attempt to walk past the kids. Then one kid stuck out his foot attempting to kick Kenchi onto the ground by tripping him. Kenchi would step back and sigh. He figured that he was being to kind to the kids and that they were taking advantage of this. "Okay, so you want to see the strength of a real ninja, a true ninja of Kirigakure?" Kenchi would say to the kids. Kenchi would, in an instant draw his sword and point it at the kids neck.

The kid would have a look of fear enter his eyes and this would sadden Kenchi greatly, for he did not want to hurt anyone severely especially one of the villagers in his village. "Is that enough of a demonstration?" Kenchi would say in the kindest tone he could find within himself, given the current situation. The kid would nod his head carefully up and down. Kenchi would place his sword down at his right side and raise it again to make a path in front of him. The kids would all begin to separate, creating enough space for Kenchi to walk through. "Thanks guys, you are so kind." Kenchi would smile widely when saying this. He would then here a number of murmurs behind him, he would turn around and see a kid preparing to sneak punch him. Kenchi would grab the hand of the kid and look at him. "I have already given you a great chance, now you take advantage of my kindness, I must show you the meaning of the title of Jounin." Kenchi would squeeze using all of his strength, breaking every bone in the kids hand. He would then raise his ninjato and swiftly remove the hand of the boy. The blood from the wound would engulf the face of Kenchi and he would close his eyes as the warm and fresh blood flooded onto his face. When he opened his eyes he noticed that all of the kids were gone, except for the one that was now needing a hand. Kenchi spotted the group of kids running for their lives a few meters away from Kenchi. Kenchi would run, at a teleporting speed to catch up with the kids. He would suddenly appear out of a blur in front of them. He would slam his fist into the face of one of the kids and from the punch he could feel the kids scull beeing crushed. He would then face another kid and quickly end his life, by body flickering behind him and snapping his kneck. The kid would fall to the ground lifeless. Now only one kid remained and he was absolutley paralyzed in fear. Kenchi would argue in his head to fight off the urges to kill the kid, but they were just too great.

The left hand of Kenchi twitched greatly and it finally reached behind his kneck and grabbed the large sword on Kenchi back. Kenchi began to laugh a little as he raised the sword above his head he would then in an instant flip in the air and bring his sword down onto the kid, literally splitting him in half, killing him instantly. "Heavens slam." Kenchi would say as he walked away. The once filled beach was now suddenly empty, though there were a few on lookers who left quickly, once they saw that Kenchi had finished off all of the kids. He did not want to kill them all, but they were being very unproductive with their lives, therefore they deserved the harsh punishment they recieved, unfortunately it was one that would last forever. Kenchi was deeply saddened at the way his urges took over him, but he had tried his hardest to find a way for the kids to live. The only good thing he had got out of the day was the mastering of something new to him, Ninjutsu.

Wind Element Training and some CD

It was another slow day for the village of Kirigakure. Some of the villagers looked restless, they wanted to get outside of the gates of the village and run errands or meet friends. While other villagers were more happy that the village was on lock down. Kenchi guessed that they felt safer knowing that the ninjas of the village were all inside the village. Though they did not know that for some of the ninjas, being held inside their village caused their souls to become restless, or maybe it was just Kenchi's. Kenchi woke up the next morning after his training for the Ninjutsu specialty. His body felt light, though the burden on his heart was heavy. Beside his bed stood the abnormally large sword, Black X Calibur, on it were fresh blood stains, from his previous killings. He quickly got out of the bed and walked over towards the sword. He left his house, still wearing his chuunin attire in full. Even though he was a Jounin he had not come across buying another pair of armour. Though he could buy one if he wanted to, but he figured he could put the money to better use by doing something else with it. He walked slowly through the village with his head down, headed towards the sea once again. He watched as many villagers gave him a weird look, they seemed to laughing at him and mocking him. Some were scolding him of his recent killings and others were just yelling at him, or maybe this was all in his head.

Kenchi arrived at the beach again. He looked around and noticed that their were not any people around him. He walked forward towards the large body of water that layed in fron of him and he lifted his sword off of his back and dipped his sword down within the water. The blood from the killings, had dried and was difficult to get of by merely dipping it within the water. He began to scrub the blood off with his hand wiping it off until he could cleary see the sunlight glimmer off of the sword. Kenchi rubbed the sword until all of the blood stains were gone. He then sat still staring out at the sea until night came. Kenchi stood up within the darkness of the night, he doubted that anyone could see him, due to the circumstances. He would raise his sword towards his kneck and begin to rougly chop his long silver hair off, until all that remained was little. He stared out at the moon and promised that he would never kill wrongfully, and without reason. He would do whatever he could to make sure that he could save those around him, but if he saw and felt that saving the person was impossible he would kill them, thus it would be justified.

Kenchi was just about to stand up and leave when he heard a faint scream, coming from far off on the beach. Kenchi quickly reacted by gathering his sword and body flickering towards the location of the scream. He stopped three meters away from a bloodied body of a kid. Rage filled his very being and he begab to looking around for the culprit of the haneous crime. He walked over towards the body and began to eye it. His eyes trailed along the body of the boy and off onto the sand. That is when he noticed another trail of blood, leading off from the body. He sowly followed the trail preparing himself for what would come next. The trail finally ended fifteen meters away from the body of the dead kid. He looked over and saw something else. It was a girl, she was around his age. Kenchi walked over towards the girl and kneeled down on one knee. He lifted the back of her head up with his hand and he saw that she had an injury on her left shoulder. It appeared to be a piece of a kunai, so it was not life threatning, he needed to get her to the hospital so she could be effectively treated by professionals. But he needed to know something before he left.

Kenchi slowly spoke to the girl while he held her head in his hand. "What happened here?" He asked the girl, with concern in his voice. "They are...com-." Was all the girl had managed to say before passing out. Who are they? Kenchi was beginning to think. Just as he began to lift the girl a large ray of light beamed upon him. A deep voice belloed from behind him, "Let the girl go, or you will be arrested." Kenchi was a little alarmed when he heard those words from behind him. "It's alright, I'm a-" He began to say before a large fist slammed into his face, flinging him and the girl he was holding backwards. Kenchi attempted to get back up, but a series of blows landed on his body, and he was unalble to see the person responsible because of the beam of light. The final blow which knocked him out was a noot to the temple.

Kenchi woke uo the next morning, for some reason his entire room was moving. It stunk and smelled like fish and must. He attempted to get out of his bed when a sharp pain shot through his entire body. That is when the events from the day before played out in his head. Kenchi managed to get to his feet and look around. He noticed that he was in a cabin, with a whole bunch of other people. Who all for some srange reason seemed to be naked. Kenchi looked down on himself and noticed that he too was in the nude. Remaining calm he realized that he must, panick later, but first he must firgure out where he was at the moment. He walked over towards a wall in the cabin and with his finger he poked a whole through the wall. He peered out of the whole and was astonished at what he saw. He was traveling on a long body of water, which led him to the conclusion that he was on a boat. Kenchi had been kidnapped. He woke up the other men in the room and began to question them. "How did you get taken?" He asked them each. They all said they were either, taking out the trash or were intixicated greatly at the time and could not remember. Kenchi walked up towards the only door in the room and prepared his body to break through it. That is when he heard foot steps approaching...

A strong tall man slung the door open to find all of the man, including Kenchi, in the room sleep. He banged a baton upon the wall in the cabin. Which 'woke' everyone in the room. Kenchi rubbed his eyes and looked at the man. The man then reached behind the door and grabbed a box of clothing which he through at the men in the room. "Get dressed, all of you." He then left the room to wait outside. Kenchi grabed the clothing and looked at it. It appeared to just be a robe. After Kenchi and the rest of the man were dressed the door opened once agin, this time it was a shorter man, that looked frail and weak. Though there was a very strong aura being emitted from the man. So strong that it made Kenchi tremor and his teeth chatter. "Welcome, from here on out you are all my slaves. Feel free to ask me any questions now that you may have." The small and frail man said. A man, one of the captors, raised his hand and asked, "Where are we and what do you want with us?" The small and frail man answered just by nodding his head forward. From this action a man entered the room carrying a cleaver and he grabbed the arm of the man whom had asked the question. He then struck down upon the arm of the man, causing it to come off. Although it did not come off cleanly, because the cleaver, looked to have not been sharpened so it was dull and did not cut cleanly through the bone. What an ameateur. Kenchi though to himself. The man, whom was small and frail then said, "My name is Vlar and if you have any question I advise for them to not dig too deep into this situation or else you ill end up like your friend here. He said motioning his hand towards the man that was bleeding to death. He then left the room. The other man that was with Vlar returned to drag the bleeding body of the man out of the room.

Kenchi sat still in a corner and watched as the other men in the room began to panick. They all were pacing back and forth worring about what was to come next. Kenchi atched observingly. He had nothing to worry about, even though they had his sword he had still recently mastered ninjutsu. Which did not require for him to use only a sword. Kenchi smiled slightly at the timing of the events that were unfolding around him. "What is he smiling for, does he know how serious this is." A man said. "Don't worry about him he is just a kid, of course he does not understand what's happening." said another. This comment caused Kenchi to literally burst out with laughter. The man in this room were all idiots, that would soon be killed if he did not try to help him. "You say I am just a kid, yet you are the ones crying and peeing in your pants. Where as I am relaxing here having the time of my life." Kenchi said to the men in the room. "Before judging this 'kid' you should know that I might know something that you don't." After saying this the door burst open. Leaving the men no room to reply. A large man entered the room and said, "Follow me, If any of you try to wonder off or leave then you will be killed immediately." Kenchi stood in the very back of the line and as the line began to shorten, all of the men leaving Kenchi formed a water clone and instructed it to wonder around the ship and gather information. The real Kenchi would stay in the line and do whatever he was asked, acting as clueless as ever. While the cloned version of Kenchi scoped the ship.

The clone wondered through the ship leaving a water trail behind it, but this was unavoidable, seeing as it was a water clone. The cloned traveled down each hallway though most were emoty. Until it reached a corridor that appeared to be a cabin the same as Kenchi's and the other men. Except, inside the cabin their were women and children whom all seemed to also be captives on the ship. The clone entered the room and quietly closed the door behind it as it left. All of the women and children inside of it were sleep. The clone could see that it's energy was being depleted and that it would soon collapse into water. Though the clone had to do one more thing before it disperesed. Ii began to walk towards the front of the ship and was headed towards the head cabin, where it hoped the steering wheel and maps could be found on their location. The clone finally made it to the captain's lodge where it saw a map. It briefly scanned the map looking carefully at all of the details. It could not do anything else because its strength depleted almost fully. It exited the cabin and leaped over a rail into the water.

Meanwhile the real Kenchi was on his knees scrubbing the floor of the ship. When a surge of information entered his mind. His clone had done its job. It had gathered all of the information he would need in order to get off of the ship and back home. It was settled he would leave when night came. Kenchi and the others had finished their work and were now all attempting to go to sleep. Kenhi however had his eyes wide awake and when he was sure that the others were asleep he rose from the floor and left the room without a sound. He walked down the halls until he finally found a window. He opened the window and was about to step out when he heard a whimpering sound behind him. He turned around quickly and saw a small young boy crying. He climbed back on the boat and lifted the boy. He carried the kid back to the room with the women and left him their. This is when Kenchi realized that he was being selfish earlier, a real ninja would protect it's villagers, he thought. With that being done, he stayed on the ship and returned to his room. He would stay aboard the ship until everyone could be freed.

The next morning the gaurds woke Kenchi and the others up, they ordered them around and told them to all man the decks of the ship. Kenchi stepped outside onto the ship, where he could see the sky clearly. He looked around and noticed that the sky was beginnin to darken and the wind was picking up. Kenchi walked over towards the rail and began to row the boat. Soon another man filled his place and Kenchi was ordered to man the sail so that the ship would not be destroyed during the storm that was coming. After everything was prepared the 'slaves' were all ordered to stay outside and man the ship just in case things got wild. That day Kenchi saw the women and children out for the first time. They were all handing out food towards the gaurds and captain of the ship. Kenchi noticed a somewhat familiar face. It was a girl whe was alking around, with a slight limp and a bandage on her shoulder. She was haning one of the gaurds a plate of warm food, when a man came from behind her and spapped her on the butt. This angered Kenchi to see a woman being treated in such a foul manner. He stopped rowing the ship and stormed over towards the gaurd. The gaurd noticed Kenchi and said, "Get back to work." The gaurd said, letting go of the girl and walking towards Kenchi. Kenchi, ignoring the gaurds words, still was headed towards him. The man swung at Kenchi and Kenchi showed his true speed ducking the blow and uppercutting the man. THe speed was too quick for the man and sent himflying out of the ship. The girl looked at Kenchi with a surprised look on her face. The other gaurds all began to form around Kenchi. Kenchi knew he could take them the only reason he could not before is because of the darkness from earlier made him unable to see his opponents.

Kenchi was ready, in his fighting stance, to take on all of the gaurds. Kenchi smiled slightly as he went into combat with all of the gaurds. With his tremendous sped advantage he was able to defeat them all in mere seconds. He stood now on the deck woth no one near him. The captain of the ship Vlar walked over towards Kenchi and smiled. "You have tremendous kill, I'll give you that, but what can you do against someone of my calibur, who i leagues against you." THe captain would say, he would then throw Kenchi a sword, which Kenchi recognized to be Black X Calibur. Kenchi caught the sword as he dashed towards the man. He slammed his sword against the man, but there was a strange force blocking his sword. Kenchi tried again and again, but he could not destroy the barrier. The captain, Zlar, laughed at Kenchi's futile attempts to block the barrier. "You can not penetrate my wind shielf, fool." He then raised his hand which sent a rush of wind at Kenchi knocking him backwards. Kenchi still held onto his sword and was able to get back up to his feet. He ran back towards the man, but stoped and began to perform hand signs, A large dragon of water appeared next to Kenchi. It slammed its tail against the man with a tremendous amount of power knocking him off of the ship. The man continued to fly until he suddenly stopped. Wind gathered underneath him and he flew away from the ship. Kenchi, had been able to save the ship for now. He ordered the others to turn the ship around. They did so, while Kenchi collected the rest of his belongings. Once he saw that he was gtting closer to the village he said his good byes to everyone and he leapt off of the ship and into the water. Swimming back home. He had already had an idea on what his next element would be.

The next day he studied hard on the element of wind. He learned that with the element he would be able to do mid- long range attacks with his sword to send a wave of sharp wind towards his target. He spent the entire day learning the fundamentals of the element and of course training it. Untile he had learned everything he needed. In just a short time he had came learned the essentials of the wind element. That he would eventually build upon in the near future. Slowly he was maturing into a true ninja of the mist, and becoming stronger. Soon he would hopefully be in the leagues of the seven swordsmen of the mist.
