There have been reports that multiple people have had their paintings stolen from their homes or shops.
Find the thief and bring him in by any means, while at the same time returning the stolen arts, or what remains, safely back to the rightful owners.
The marketplace of Sunagakure was packed as always. People milled here and there trying to find the best deals or get the best food. Different colors blurred all over the place. From a restaurant that blared a rather annoying show tune to a bazaar that sold different colored silks. In the middle of it all one would find Hirako. He was in hot pursuit of an art thief. After staking out an art gallery all night he had finally caught sight of the thief and was now running after him through the busy streets. It was no easy task that he had before him. Dodging poor old ladies and rich men alike Hirako tried to keep the boy in sight. It was rather odd that a boy should be stealing painting, but Hirako did not question it as he had caught the boy in the act. So, now all he had to do was capture the little bugger, which was easier said than done: the kid was slippery.
Luckily Hirako himself was rather slippery and he had a plan. Earlier he had released a single female bug onto the thief and he was now traceable by the horde of male bugs Hirako now released. It was now only a matter of time until the thief was apprehended and Hirako got his paycheck. A few bugs here and there were already on the boy and Hirako knew that it was already over. The boy fell over once the bugs started to bite. he fell over right in front of an art store-rather ironic to say the least. But, Hirako did not stop to admire the irony as he had captured his prey. Waking up to the boy Hirako took out some rope and tied him up. He then signaled for a nearby jounin to come pick him up. The jounin was there in a heartbeat and congratulated Hirako on a job well done. The jounin quickly collected the boy and blurred off leaving Hirako to go back and report to the mission center. With a rather glum look on his face he recalled all his bugs and went on his way. These small change missions were not really cutting it for him in the least. He needed more ryo to work on his project. He planned to make puppets, which was something he could not do without the roper funds-he really needed to get on a team and power through some missions and then proceed to kick ass at the chuunin exams. Maybe he was getting ahead of himself, but he did not care. For now though he was resigned to completing these frivolous missions. With his mind clear once again Hirako went on his way to go collect his ryo. For now it would seem that every small mission, no matter how petty, counts. Before the chuunin exams came he needed to get a proper puppet or he would truly look like an idiot, which was something not too high on his priority list.
