Prancing through some caves [P,NK]

Akira turned his gaze between the female and the insane person. It seemed as if he would have fight once more. And he honestly didn't feel like doing that. He also didn't feel like being a maid to this weird person. So that was the main reason why he simply turned around, and made his way towards one of the tunnels that would exit the cavern. "I'll pass on that, I don't feel like serving someone." With his reasoning stated he would then if left to leave the cavern and eventually would find his way out of the cave system, at which point he would head to his home.

Gilgamesh watched as the mongrel clearly refused his offer, but that left no mark on the face of Gilgamesh other than a slight smirk that seemed common to him. Turning his head now to the girl, he'd unsheathe his katana once more into his right hand as he watched her, speaking carefully, "If you so wish Dove, you can in fact face the King." He'd simply stand there for now, waiting to see if the girl would make the first move.

And again, it did not turn out the way Kaori expected. The Akira kid did not wish to fight her and with a short comment turned around and left the cavern heading in the direction of the exit. Lucky for her though, this made Gilgamesh pick up arms himself to test her, so they got back to her initial offer. She observed as he unsheathed his sword - she herself did not possess such a weapon, not that she really wanted to, fighting with free hands was better, if she needed she could use a kunai for a quick block. 

Smirking a bit, she slightly bowed to the boy's comment. "It will be my honor." The girl formed the seal of confrontation again. Apparently Gilgamesh did not hurry to start a fight and would rather let her initiate. That she did not mind actually, with an easy push away from the ground, the girl started backing away from her opponent, who was clearly well suited for close combat. Her left hand would swiftly rise and then swing to the front, as three shuriken's appeared in her hand out from her sleeves. The weapons would be thrown at the kid, who would be about five meters away from her the moment she threw them, one aimed at his throat, one at his left knee and one at his right shoulder. Without wasting a moment, immediately after throwing the bladed stars, she would start weaving hand seals. Before executing the move she would wait to see the boy's reaction though.

Gilgamesh simply cocked his head to the side as he observed the girl jump back a little bit, that was interesting as it would prove what their fight truly would be. The girl did not want to fight in close combat, so she was evidently useful in some other department.. she was smart, at the least. Upon noticing the violent burst of movement in the girls arm he'd start on his own attack immediately, dashing towards the girl with the katana held loosely in his left hand. Noticing objects of metal now coming towards him, he had closed about 3 meters before the shuriken would be near him due to his superior speed to the thrown objects. It was now that he acted with the prowess of a true warrior, he'd lift up his left leg and move it just above where the shuriken was going to pierce his knee, so naturally it went straight past him and harmlessly hit the wall behind him, the shuriken coming towards his throat was dodged simply by the dashing of Gilgamesh as he had lowered his head to improve in his speed as to reduce the drag force so that sailed harmlessly above him, as for the one coming to his shoulder, however, that was a different story. Slamming his katana directly into the ground when the shuriken had been close enough for him to have to dodge, he'd use that as a leverage of sorts as he grasped the shuriken aimed for his right shoulder out of the air with his free hand, spinning around all in the motion to add momentum as he infused chakra into it, throwing it directly at the girl's abdomen from a mere 2 meters away due to the leverage provided by the katana. His eyes always focused on the girl incase an interesting case would occur, after seeing her after the throwing of the shuriken, he noticed a curious case; the girl was performing the dog hand seal. Once the shuriken had traveled 1 meter closer to the girl, lightning chakra would coat it 3cm all around, blue lightning also jumping around it and the cackling would be quite deafening, especially in such a hollow cavern.

It was not very surprising to see Gilgamesh not wanting to give away his close combat advantage and charge at her as soon as she started her move. His way of avoiding her shurikens was impressive though, without altering his path much, he managed to bypass two of her weapons and send the last one back at her from about two meter distance. By the time he did that, she was already halfway through her seals but before she could complete the sequence she would need to deal with the shuriken or risk a hit. Aborting the next seal her arm would thrust forward two more shurikens appearing from under her sleeves and with a flick of her wrist sending them forth. One of the shurikens would block the one Gilgamesh threw at her, while the other would go for his chest. Before the impact she noticed his rethrown shuriken light up what seemed to be an electric shell and make a screeching sound indicating lightning release. Sharp lightning edges would extend from the star, clashing with her own. If it was any other weaker weapon it may have been cut, but she got lucky and the attack was not sharp or strong enough, the shuriken would be deflected and thrown into a wall, a few meters from them. So, her speculations seemed to be right, unless Gilgamesh wielded two elemental natures, the mist must have been formed by that Akira boy. So, she was fighting lightning then, interesting. Immediately after dealing with the situation, she got back to her seals starting over the sequence and sending forth six fiery balls once the six seals were completed. For a moment before that happened, her eyes lit up red and her chakra got bolstered. The technique being none other than the famous Phoenix Fire. Her attack raged on, surrounding the boy from both sides, from above, from the read and from the front. Kaori would not ease up, a kunai appearing in her right hand out from under her clothes she lunged forward after her attacks, expecting a possible opening. If that were true, she would thrust her kunai directly at the boy's face, stopping it before it hit.

Naturally, as Gilgamesh had proceeded to move after his throwing of the shuriken, he'd used the katana as a leverage in order to throw himself towards Kaori, thus getting towards her quicker than anticipated. He noticed a flicker of movement from her and more weaponry coming his way.. how irritating. Using his katana that was now out of the ground naturally, he'd duck the katana temporarily before shoving it upwards with finesse, capturing the shuriken that came towards him instantly, having it rest gently at the hilt of the blade as he was now only a foot away from the girl, the other two shuriken naturally flying to the wall at his left, avoiding him naturally. The katana allowed him the advantage of distance in close combat, and considering this girl appeared to only possess shuriken and kunai, that'd be interesting to see if she managed to squirm out of it.

So naturally, since he was only a few feet away when the seals were performed, he'd now be thrusting the katana forwards directly towards the girls torso, the largest place to hit of her, as he was once again performing the dog seal. She just never seemed to learn that he did not like hand seals.

Naturally, the chakra infusion on the shuriken now wore off as he had no need of it.

Apparently the boy would not let her have it her way. Without a pause he would jump flying at her using that blade of his. It was easy to see where this was going and before he even captured the shuriken, Kaori was already starting her move. She initially wanted to boost her chakra to make her technique more powerful, but it seemed now she would better divert to mobility. Her red eyes flickering once more as her speed increased and she started to shift her weight onto left leg. At this point, Gilgamesh had successfully captured her shuriken and began his run at her torso, all still in mid air, I might add. Continuing with her hand seals the girl would twist her torso right to avoid the blade, allowing it to pass beside her. She would not be facing the boy who harmlessly flew past her. The adventure however would not end here. As all this was happening she continued the seals and only the last one would remain. Remembering the lightning shuriken, the girl while forging the last seal breathed in, absorbing the chakra left from that technique, making her eyes glow blue, converting it into her life force and immediately boosting her speed with this new power, returning the eyes to red. And then she would exhale six fireballs at the boy who had just flown past her manipulating them to came at him from behind, splitting in three groups forming a circle aimed at his back and making it impossible to block them in a single swing of katana, if he managed to somehow turn around mid air and find a way to block fire with steel. On top of it, due to the fire's significantly greater speed, it would reach to boy before he got a chance to land, making the situation even more deadly.

Upon noticing the new burst of movement from his victim, Gilgamesh kept his self important smirk plastered on his face as he continued on his leap as if he had noticed the movement. However, when he was close enough and the girl was beginning to twist, all of her weight on her left leg, the boy simplytwisted the path of the katana so that it was now going at her back, towards her right shoulder to be exact. Since she had twisted her body, she was now in an awkward position and movement would be difficult considering her feet were planted.


Naturally though, if the seals were to be completed as the girl wished and aimed at him, Gilgamesh would not be able to outrun them naturally, but his lunge would have allowed him to exit through one of the many openings of the cavern that they were in, during which he'd plant his foot on the wall at his side before jumping diagonally into safety, the fire hitting the wall very shortly after he had made it to safety. Naturally naturally naturally though, the boy would jump to the side once he had leaped to the safe part, entering a small gap in the wall that was out of sight of the girl. He wanted to know if he could ambush the little snot nosed dove.

It seems the boy was not dumb at all. He used the chance provided and secured a hit even after all of Kaori's effort to avoid it. As he passed her, his katana would graze her right shoulder leaving a light flesh wound - even with her boost of speed, all she could do was make the hit smaller, for it happened too late to completely avoid. As the boy passed, she did all that she planned to do, except using the absorbed energy to boost her speed, but rather to boost her durability slightly increasing her healing ability so she would not bleed to death from this cut. The fires would shoot out and close in on the boy fast, but apparently he found a wall to push off from. Kaori tried to make the fires follow him, but the pain from the shoulder broke her concentration, scattering her flames and making them hit random spots in the cavern, exploding and all. Luckily she did not get caught in the fires of the explosions and Gilgamesh used that moment to slip away. If she really wanted to, she probably could have connected one or two of the balls, but without an actual thought, maybe subconsciously, she let it go - it was not her objective to kill the boy, which would probably had happened if her attack hit.

Standing now, her shoulder bleeding, the red liquid drops reaching the sandy ground bellow her, the girl's attack failed. There was only one thing to do. "Well, I guess we could continue this, slashing ourselves to the death, but this pretty much decides it - you win. Which means you are worthy..." If Gilgamesh did not burst into another attack, she would turn and start gathering her tools. She would not forget the bag.

Gilgamesh simply moved out of the crevice of a soldier before he walked around the corner, a few embers of the fireballs still igniting the ground he walked on as he made his way to his adversary. She had fought quite valiantly, but she was evidently no match for him. She did however, possess quite the initiative for battle and that could prove useful to him. Simply sheathing his katana, he did not bother to clean her blood from it, he would keep it for later. If she possessed such skill, maybe her blood would carry those traits.. It was a risk worth taking in order to breed soldiers and enhance the power of Sunagakure.. his only goal at the moment, if you believed in simple things. 

Collecting his single kunai, the boy put it back into his ninja pouch before stretching a bit, his smile was now gone as he spoke with a serious tone, "You appear to be of worth in a fight, that's quite admirable for a female. You spoke of being in a clan, dove tell me about i-" However, as soon as he had said that, a slight rain of dust had dropped from the ceiling of the cavern and slowly, an unmistakable rumbling filled the air.. something was quite clearly wrong. "It appears that we'll have to depart from these wretched tunnels." With that, Gilgamesh would not move in a hurry, but moreso he'd walk through one of the tunnels, retracing his path through the complex until he eventually walked out of the entrance of the cave, and assuming that Dove was not too far away, the cave would allow a giant rumbling sound before collapsing in on itself like a curb stomped ant hill.
