Getting a Little Bit Stronger (Private)
Wed Jun 19, 2013 9:56 pm
(This is private, and finished)
"Talking" Thinking
Crimson threads shifted as two icy blue eyes slowly opened. Sunlight gentle filtered through the opening in her small tent-house, spotting across the pale face of a young girl. Her name was Kirameki.
Kira yawned, stretching her limbs and getting ready for the day. Her ears swiveled as the sounds of chirping birds in the distance reached her. Her tail flicked with anticipation. Today she would train and grown stronger, much stronger. She was weak and she knew it.
Kirameki quickly got dressed into her average white top and short white skirt with black leggings. She tied her wide cloth head band around her head, covering her ears from view. She grabbed a stick of leftover dangos. Oh, how she loved the sweetness of them. Making sure her Sunagakure Forehead Protector was secured around her neck, she walked outside and slipped on her black boots.
Time to get a little bit stronger... She thought as the came into the light. Squinting her eyes at the brightness, she began to make her way to the training ground.
~~~~~~Time Skip~~~~~~~
Once she got to the training ground, she decided to practice her surface walking jutsu. Though her IQ was higher than anyone else's in her graduation class, her jutsu skills, however, were not so good. He still had not mastered the Surface Walking jutsu.
Picking a nice, tall tree with few branches, she began to practice. She moved toward the tree until she was about two meters away. Kirameki began gathering chakra in her feet. She took a running start, leapt bcv onto the tree, and started upwards. After about two meters, she fell.
"Stupid tree!" she muttered as she resumed her previous position. She needed a way to mark where she was on the tree. Looking around, she soon spotted a stone with a sharp enough edge to do the job. "Perfect!" she exclaimed.
Kirameki focused chakra once again into her feet and lined up with the tree. Once again, she ran with all her speed and leapt up. Once she could feel herself slipping, she immediately marked her height with the sharp rock and slid down. Looking up, she noticed that this time she had managed five meters.
Once again she repeated the action, this time resulting in eight meters. In all, there were 15 meters of tree. She would just have to keep going. Again she repeated the action, and this time got to 11 meters.
Four more meters, Kira! Just four more! she thought.
For the final time she lept up to the tree and began running. Soon enough, she reached the top. Breathing heavily, she looked to the sky. Only about 30 minutes had passed since she began training.
Kirameki looked down. She was 45 whole feet off the ground. She smiled a triumphant little smile as she slowly climbed down.
Alright, Kira! Good job! Now, time to train some strength!
