A New Life {P}

It was early in the morning and Ukita awoke: the birds were chirping, the streets were bustling and the sky was overcast. What more could one ask for in Kumogakure the drinking capital of the shinobi world? All the same Ukita got dressed, but as he reached for his samurai armor he faltered. Did he want the life of a shinobi? All it meant to him was training and training; for what? To serve another's purposes and do their bidding? It seemed useless. Yes, he loved Kumogakure, but he felt he could no longer be a shinobi. He would still live and work in the village hidden in the clouds-hell he might even train to keep his strength up, but he was no longer a shinobi. That was the end of Ukita Hideyasu the samurai. Yet it was also the beginning of Ukita Hideyasu the handyman. With a new path to blaze the young chuunin started his new life. He would work odd jobs that paid very little, but he was content. He spent his days working and his nights drinking tea and playing shogi.
