The Next Step [P,IO, Yaju]

(Since I assume we are just using base stats and nothing that is buffed from items such as my gauntlets that what I will be using for this post so please correct me if I am wrong)

Hunter felt the slightest movement as Yaju seemed to simply take a step towards him and throw a punch. Hunter was not nearly fast enough as he felt Sensei Yaju’s punch hit him in the chest. Hunter took the hit dead on and stared him in the face, the blow didn’t even make him move ground, but hurt very little. Then acting before Sensei Yaju had a chance to get away. He activated his Wings special ability as a single wing shot two razor sharp feathers instinctively. his Shadow Wings tried to entrap Sensei so he could not get away since he probably did not expect Hunter to take the blow. Hunter smirked as he pulled back as he activated both his seal, and Belt in conjunction with his Arhat fist attack as he swung his right hand to deliver a quick strike to his chest giving the attack 75 Strength, and a speed of 111. His left hand was focusing Lightning Chakra to use Sensei Yaju’s attack against him. The Ripper was ready to use right after as a follow up to strike Sensei Yaju in his right shoulder.

If Sensei Yaju managed to really avoid the point blank assault Hunter would use his Exploding Shot Jutsu that would shoot 5 shots of flame that would be flying at a speed of 25 with the strength of 25, and each would be 2 meters wide, meaning that the wave would be at least 2 meters tall by 10 meters wide that would create craters that would scar the earth for good. The follow would be with a Flash Cannon that would travel at the same speed with the same strength but would be pinpoint accurate aimed for Yaju’s chest.

Wow...Yaju did not expect Hunter to take the hit but then again he wondered if he could have actually dodged the attack, either way he was now in a close combat situation which he excelled in greatly even with his gentle fist he was still a threat. Seeing the incoming attacks, Yaju would smile to see his student trying to out play him then again Yaju always had a trick or two up his sleeve.  The marking on his left hand would begin to glow blue as his body was about to receive a massive speed boost, which he had waited until Hunter's initial attack was about to happen. Withing seconds, Yaju's body would blur so fast (speed of 219) leaving an after-image of him in his last position which would take the damage and disappear while the real him was ten meters to the right of Hunter.

With a smile he would whistle and wave over to his student who was probably looking like how the hell he had gotten over there, and he was more than ready to take the next onslaught of attacks. The next attack however would cause Yaju to quickly use the Mizu buushin  technique to make three clones of him which he would soon put his hands to their back and put a special formula on them. With a smile the clones would dart towards Hunter while Yaju stayed behind them. As each attack came towards Yaju, both him and the clones would dodge the oncoming attacks just barely by sliding out of their range as they exploded until the flash cannon was used. One of the clones took this attack and sacrificed itself so the other two could close in on hunter at the speed of 40 although when they came into 3 meters of him, Yaju would snap his fingers causing them to explode in a 3 meter radius and each explosion sent water everywhere.

With a smile he would slide to a stop 15 meters before Hunter and waited to the results of his attack although he knew that hunter was smart enough to dodge it and have an equal counterattack ready for him. In this case he wondered if he should press the seal anymore but decided to instead only use the level one version of it until Hunter pushed him into that position where he needed to. Smiling however he would position himself and ready for hunters next attack although with the Pansonic abilities deactivated he would rely on another power that he had, and this one was something he loved to use from time to time. Activation yet another seal on his body, he would begin to glow a crimson red color as a lightning aura enveloped him," Round two you ready hunter," waving at him and waiting for his response.

Hunter knew that his Arhat fist had just barely missed just as he threw it, hitting an after-image of Sensei Yaju though was a bit refreshing. It did not however, catch him by surprise and when he saw Sensei Yaju step back and use another Justu to summon three clones of himself. Hunter made a definite mental note of learning whatever combo Sensei Yaju was about to use as he launched his assault (mentioned previously in said posts) Hunter saw the explosion, but was not naïve enough to think that Sensei Yaju was caught in it. There was a slight glimpse of the clones as Sensei Yaju transferred some sort of power to them, which made hunter smile as Flash Cannon was released.

Hunter watched as one clone sacrificed itself to the attack as it exploded the other two got within close proximity. Hunter knew this was bad and prepared for the worst as he heard a snap of Sensei Yaju’s fingers. Hunter’s eyes grew wide as he used his Wing Shield to absorb the explosion as it felt like water hitting his wings. Hunter winced as he still felt a tremendous tremor. Yet when he looked down he noticed he still had yet to move. He still stood his ground, and that…that gave him confidence.

Hunter then unleashed an attack he had perfected to a fine point as his feathers shot out four razor sharp kunai-like feathers that raced at Sensei Yaju’s last known location at a speed of 45 and with a sharpness of 95 as he used his Body Flicker technique to move inside close proximity once more to unleash a barrage of furious kicks and strikes (4 strikes) that were in conjunction of his Arhat Fist moves set as the strength of the attacks are 75 with the speed of 96.

Hunter would then look at his Sensei as he would jump away from him. “You know I am not nearly as fast as you Sensei, but I will NOT back down from this challenge.” Hunter would say as he was breathing a bit heavily, saving his trump card for when he wore out Sensei Yaju just a bit more.

Hunter withstood the attacks just as Yaju predicted, but seeing the way that he had done it was interesting as well. Using those strange wings on his back to absorb and block the blunt of the damage was a smart tactic so that he didn't lose any ground, but his counter attack is what Yaju was waiting for the most. Seeing as the fight so far was going well and neither side was giving any signs of tiredness it would show that he made a good choice in choosing Hunter as his disciple although what would happen afterwards would tell the tale later.


Smiling he would get ready to take the next attack head on as the seal on his left hand would begin to glow, forming a blade out of pure chakra that extended past the hand from the origin of the seal, making the blade a foot in length. Smiling he would begin to cut through the sharp feathers with ease due to the sharpness of the blade which was 200, the feathers soon fell to the ground in pieces as Yaju watched Hunter speed towards him, although as he got closer he would use the blades dull edge to block the attacks before catching the last blow and tossing Hunter into the air.

Jumping back he would wipe the sweat from his face and smile, finally being able to fight in this form for so long made him happy, and even more so because he was getting a good challenge from his Student and pupil. Feeling that he could fight in this form for a little longer he would yell to Hunter," Come on show me what you can do Hunter, i am only sweating over here you know," chuckling he would see if this would stir his student into kicking it into overdrive.

Hunter backed up as he watched Sensei Yaju slice through all of his feathers with a sort of Chakra Blade.  He began to emit a sort of smoke as he felt sparks begin to fall off his body as his shadow wings dissipated.  Hunter began to growl as he felt a new form of power ripple through his body as he felt the Fire Chakra meld and mold itself in his right hand as Lightning Chakra  did the same in his left hand as he felt the power course through him his belt activated and gave him a boost of energy again as he began to bring his hands together until he clasped them closed fusing the Chakras together.  Hunter felt the new power course through him as his muscles became relaxed and he felt more fluid in his motions.

“You want me to kick it up a notch…no problem.”  Hunter said as he began to move like he was earlier but with more confidence as he used a speed of 105 and a strength of 75 to attack Yaju once more with a series of 7 strikes all powered with the Arhat fist technique as Hunter showed a renewed strength and vigor as he stared out with his pitch black eyes.  Legion was in his head cheering him on as he continued his assault.

“THAT’S IT HUNTER! FEEL THAT NEW POWER!  YOUR UNLOCKING YOUR POTENTIAL FASTER THAN EVEN I THOUGHT!  HAHAHAHAHA!”  He kept on as Hunter could see the body heat of Sensei Yaju and could see that he was maintaining his body temperature meaning he was calm.  Hunter however, was having a tough time doing the same.

The effects...were getting intense as the power dwelling in Hunter began to manifest and he was coming at him with the intention to win. It was funny...he was feeling something new in his blood and even more so he did not have the sensation to kill, in fact he felt a sense of calm come over and wash his mind into a new state that he was looking for. As Hunter came closer into him, Yaju would dash forward and come at him with full force, but with one mistake he took the first two blows which would send him back flying fifteen meters and into a large rock which would break and crumble before making a large dust cloud.

From the cloud of dust an audible cough could be heard, follow by the sound of retching as Yaju had finally tasted his own blood. It was one of the first times in years he had seen his own blood and the sight of it made his own heart beat faster. It was at that moment the curse seal would be activated to its second stage, the flame like marks turning his skin grey. A Star shaped appeared across the bridge of his nose that overtook the scar on his nose. A loud growl could be heard from Yaju as two webbed, yet claw like hands appeared from his back and his hair became dark blue an almost purple color and his eyes would become dark grey with a yellow slit.

The claw like hands would wave and send the dust bellowing away as he stood there," Congratulations Hunter you have officially pushed me to a new level, and have even managed to make me bleed. Now this fight has gotten to a new level and it will not be easy," Smiling he would wipe his mouth and begin to walk forward...well this walking for him would be a rapid dash into Hunter, his left hand thingy smacking him with the power of 85 and the speed being 197, this would send hunter flying at least a couple of meters as Yaju sat there and floated.

With a smile he would sit there and float in the air as he waited for Hunter to get up, a smile on his face. This power was amazing and even more so he could feel himself getting more powerful, although he felt more tired than usual. At any rate he would smile and dash forward before hitting the ground panting hard," Holy shit... why am i so tired all of a sudden, but fuck this is different. i need to end this pretty fast before i pass the fuck out and lose," finally feeling the results of the seal he would smile half assedly and begin to fly again, this time channeling his chakra into his hand, creating a surge of grey lightning.

Hunter watched Sensei Yaju as he came in for the attack. A counter attack would have worked in his favor had it not been for the amount of swings Hunter took to ensure he would hit his target. His newfound power and relaxation had him well beyond ready to deliver a worthy attack. Just as he was thinking of his next move he saw and felt Sensei Yaju connect with his fist as he was sent flying back into a large boulder. Hunter was astounded as he watched Sensei Yaju hit with so much force that the boulder exploded and crumbled.

“THAT’S IT HUNTER! SHOW HIM WHAT TRUE STRENGTH IS AND DON’T TURN BACK! FINISH THE JOB!” Legion said with what sounded like bloodlust in his voice, as Hunter’s eyes even seemed to spark with the power of the Thunder Flare as he began to see a faint aura around him. He felt powerful…as if nothing in the world could stop him as he lost touch with reality to look at his fists. They were bruised and even looked to be cut open, his chest was riddled with its own wounds and he got into a fighting stance with a grin just as the dust began to settle. When it did…that smile faded just as fast as Sensei Yaju was not there any longer, now in the crater of the boulder stood a beast that looked to have some sort of webbed hands as wings. Hunter remained quiet as before the blink of an eye Sensei Yaju was on him and the punch he threw was the most terrifyingly painful punch Hunter had ever received as he flew back into a cliff face as it managed to explode as his body dug out rock that had not been disturbed since the time of the eruption.

After the ringing in his ears stopped Hunter heard Sensei Yaju congratulate him on helping him achieve what he referred to as “Stage Two”. Hunter coughed up a lot of blood as he spat it out on the rock face and heaved as he caught his breath. The dust soon began to settle down now as Hunter sat there in the rock looking like a king on a throne built for a giant. He wiped the blood from his face as he whipped his head around. Blood seemed to pour from some unseen wound as Hunter walked out cut, bruised, and broken. He moved a bit though as there was a quick flash as his Shadow Wings Burst out from him once again, they looked torn and battered as Hunter’s now bloody hair was in front of his face as a grin appeared on his face.

“Sorry about that Sensei, had I known that you would have hit me like that…” He began as he coughed a good amount of blood up once more before he went back to his speech. “I would have dodged, but now…it’s my turn.” Hunter said as he released the Crimson Fang Seal and felt all the power rush to him as he felt his Thunder Chakra build up till the aura was strong and visible now as he got in his stance was ready to fight. “I have just enough for this last attack…Get ready...Here I come.” Hunter exclaimed as he took off into a dead sprint towards Sensei Yaju.

Hunter decided to use a new technique he was calling the auraic attack Thunder Flare Release: Raging Blitz. As he was going in to deliver a flurry of attacks he was at a speed of 136 and had the strength of 95. As he knew he was in close proximity he also spread out his wings right before he would connect to launch all six Kunai Feathers with a speed of 116 and Sharpness of 83 in increments of 30 degrees so he would make himself a range so that he could hit Sensei Yaju no matter what.

"RAGING BLITZ KUNAI COMBO!" Hunter yelled for his final attack

As Yaju floated there for a moment he could feel what was beginning to be rain descend upon the ravine, which was funny since Yaju did not get the smell of rain from anywhere here...stupid weather wasn't playing fair today. Shaking his head he would watch as Hunter stood back up from the attack and begin to speak, Yaju chuckled for a bit actually surprised to see his student stand up from an onslaught like that although Yaju could feel that the both of them were reaching their limits.

With a nod he would slowly float to the ground and extend his own radius of control on his lightning to the two claw hands on his back. This would be the final attack as he reared himself up and readied himself. His Byakugan was still active as he watched hunter come at him with some new sort of attack, something he either just pulled out of his ass or was saving for this moment. Either way, Yaju had one thing up his sleeve and he was about to use it now.

The two would meet up with each other faster than either of them would think and as Yaju would be surrounded by Hunter's final attack, Yaju would smile and flicker out of exsistance. He did not use the body flicker technique...no he used something far more potent, for as Hunter's attack would land the one standing in the midst of the fatal attack would vanish into nothing as Yaju appeared behind Hunter," Piercing Lightning Drill," This attack would slam both the large hands into Hunter pushing him not only forward, but spiraling into a frenzy towards a nearby rock at 185 speed and 105 strength.

Yaju would land to the ground with a large thud, his body returning to normal although he had various cuts, scrapes and bruises on his body which were now visible as his right eye was clenched shut. His body was pushed to the point of near exhaustion and he barely had any energy left to move. Holding his right hand out he would call his blade to him, which he would stick into the ground and lean onto it.

Now he waited for hunter to recover or get up from the large crater created from the attack so they could at least recover from the fight in the rain. While he waited he went to go get his flak jacket and shirt which he would put on quickly and sigh," Dammit why did it have to rain so early... now i am going to be drenched and soaked, well while i am waiting i can pass the time with this," placing his hand on his stomach he would create his seal of cronos for the last time, this time erasing key memories of his own. The ones he had erased were the ones of him when he had heard that cursed sound from Shouten, the two that he kidnapped although he would replace the one with Hotaru as a friendly meeting, and lastly any traces of Keiji. The last memory would be the fact that he had made the seal of cronos in the first place, which would erase the bad deeds he had done in his own mind.

After a few moments the seal would take effect and the memories would soon be gone leaving him blinking with his left eye as the seal disappeared from sight and mind. Now he stood there looking in Hunter's direction as he smiled," Come on Hunter we don't have all day for you to be sulking its raining and we have a long walk back to the village, so if i were you i would come on... and good job," giving Hunter a thumbs up he would set his sword on his back and begin to walk, heading closer to hunter with every step.
