The Next Step [P,IO, Yaju]

Hunter knew he was in for a shock trying to go one on one with his Sensei, but he did not care now as he was seemingly fueled by some primal force and need to win.  As they speed at each other Hunter saw the distraction Sensei Yaju had already set up.  He was gone and in his stead was a clone that took the brunt of Hunter’s attack.  The Thunder Flare Chakra was off the charts as it sped up Chakra in Sensei Yaju but before he could land his second part of the attack the clone exploded in a plume of smoke.  Hunter tried to turn but before he could he heard Sensei Yaju behind him yell out some new attack he had never heard of.  As the attack hit Hunter he was sent flying face first into the rock Sensei Yaju just came from.  He shielded himself from the brunt of the attack with his Shadow Wings as he obliterated the rock and cratered the Ravine as he lay there he felt it begin to rain, and he just laid there.  He was defeated…he had lost and know knew fully that Sensei Yaju was on a completely different playing field than he ever was or could hope to be.

Hunter stood up after a few labored breaths and felt like he had literally been broken.  Sharp pains tore through him as Legion spoke up in his mind.  “Hunter…just be still, let yourself rest for a bit…let your Chakra revitalize you and let you heal just a bit.”  Hunter did as he was told as he sat there for what felt like hours as the rain got a bit heavier.  Soon he heard Sensei Yaju yell for him to get up and get moving.  Hunter stood up and jumped out even though his body ached.  He walked to his gear and suited up as most of his injuries were now covered, but his head still was a dark red color as the blood stained his face a bit.  He saw Sensei Yaju give him a thumbs up which encouraged him and made Hunter smile as he nodded when he was told that they were going back to the Village.  

“We are not done are we Sensei?  I can still train…don’t count me down and out yet.”  Hunter said before coughing up a bit of blood and wiping it off with his sleeve of his armor.

Yaju stared at Hunter for a moment before laughing his ass off, his words had made him almost cry. Of course the results of him laughing caused him to cough up some more blood, man that fight took alot out of him and it was showing as he continued to walk and stopped right by Hunter. Resting his hand on his shoulder he would chuckle," You need to calm that hyperactive self of you down, before you pass out and i have to carry your ass to the village which if i did i am dragging you...im kidding but for now we will walk and talk for i need to rest a little," smiling he would pat his shoulder and stand there for a moment to help him walk a little.

Using his right hand he would run his fingers through the now shortened white hair and push it backwards so it was out of his face, but he would actually look younger than he was. Of course he was feeling pretty good so he patted Hunter on the back," When we get back to the village dinner is on me okay, think of it as a after training...erm training eh," laughing he would wonder if he was actually developing a new connection to humans besides Misaki.

As he stood there in the rain he would remember back to when he was training alone in the caves with himself as a child, and the rain sounded alot like this. Thinking back to those days made him wonder what exactly made him get to this point. With a warm smile he would continue his walking back to the village where he needed the food like a mad man.

Hunter could not help but laugh with his Sensei knowing that he was actually pretty tired and probably close to passing out. When Sensei Yaju spoke of dragging him back Hunter did chuckle up a bit more as he began to calm down. He was also beginning to notice the pangs of hunger in his stomach as they were now almost audible. When Sensei said dinner was on him tonight Legion was inside Hunter’s head jumping up and down and drooling like some anime character.

“Finally no more of the grub at the Compound we can actually go out and get some REAL food tonight!” Legion said as Hunter nodded and scratched his bloodied hair a bit before pulling it back so the rain could wash the bloodstains from his face. He sighed at the cool touch and remembered that day long ago when he was training just by himself before he even had a team and no one cared about him.

Hunter began to walk beside Sensei Yaju the entire way to the village as he did, he was in silence so he could reflect on today’s teachings and training. Soon he would become the Legacy Sensei Yaju wanted…Soon Hunter would have the power to achieve his families wishes, but for now it was time to eat to end a good session of training.
