Fateful encounters

Feeling the cold steel on his shoulder he looked up, viewing his own death. As soon as the man went to speak Mesu wipes his head attempting to cut his own throat on the sword that rested on his shoulder to mock him. If uninterrupted then Mesu would look up, smiling as his eyes fade to black, though his dreams lay scattered to the wind at least he could end it on his own terms, and deny this ninja his kill. Perhaps they would meet again in another life, perhaps as foes, maybe even friends, life was funny like that after all.

Taiga's clone disappeared as they watched the boy end his life. Taiga slid his sword back in its sheath and leaned over to check the boys pockets, Taiga pulled out a measly 150 ryo. Taiga then took the katana's sheath from the boy's corpse and tied it to his own waist, Taiga then kicked the corpse into the forest before leaping back up on the village gates to rest once more.
