Kenzo had just finished one mission, and now he was heading back to Mission Central to get another. He still needed more money, and he was so close. He opened the doors to the building, and hurried into a small room. He had a funny little walk as he sped through the doors, and towards a wall where the missions were posted. He scanned over the missions, one after the other, but they were ALL complete.
"How?"
Still, he needed more money. He turned to leave out of the room to check and see if he could maybe do something else. Those onyx eyes scanned the area for any sign of work. A man was handing out fliers at the doorway to young genin. Kenzo, out of curiosity, approached the man, and inquired about what exactly these fliers were about. They were all summons for a team effort to help the academy! Yes! This was exactly what Kenzo was looking for. He looked down at the paper that read, "Konoha Academy’s training grounds have gone into disrepair for a long time. So they are asking for some ninja assistance to get it back up into perfect condition. This includes painting fences, refurbishing sparring arenas, fixing targets, sharpening tools, etc." Simple work it seems. With new hope, Kenzo pushed open the doors to the building, and left.
He toke the streets since the Academy was very far. Those small feet patted softly against the ground as he ran, making little noise, yet moving with great speed. He ducked, and dodged through the crowd of people, easily passing a number of other genin that were headed to do the same mission he was head to do. In mere moments, he had arrived at the academy.
Kenzo noticed a man standing outside the academy, and approached him before inquiring about the missions he had been given. The man led Kenzo inside the academy, where a number of paint cans and paint brushes sat against a wall, and told Kenzo that he was to paint the walls around the front doors of the academy. The man also stated that Kenzo only had to paint what he could reach, and he was not expected to paint as good as a professional. Kenzo nodded, before takng a paint can, and brush outside. The man watched him from inside through the glass doors. At least, he tried to.
Kenzo opened the paint can, and, in a blurr of motion, he began to paint the walls around the doors. He strained is eyes, making sure that the paint was even here, and there. Two, maybe three coats of Paint were finished in only a few seconds. Kenzo worked way faster than the average man, and he did it to the best of his ability. When Kenzo had completed the job, he reentered the academy, and handed the man the brush and can while announcing that he was finished. Then, the man handed Kenzo his reward moeny, and Kenzo left to complete another mission before the day was over.
