Hospitals are cool especily in Yuki

Holding Kira and walking into the hospital, he got her a room quickly, and the doctors came and went to check on her.  Minor contusions, a cracked rib, and a minor concussion was the report they gave him.  Maku was careful to make sure Kira's armor was well taken care of and in the seat next to him in her room, as he knew she loved it so.  It had been a good spar, but in the conflict between Maku and Youka, Kira had ended up getting banged up pretty bad.  Maku wasn't looking forward to when she awoke, if her last words before unconsciousness was any indicator, she was going to have a lot of questions.

The medical ninja got strait to work, four highly trained shinobi surrounding the girl quickly. It was a viols from the moment walked in that they would be on their p's and q's with the small girl thanks to his position and they proved that assumption correct the moment she hit the bed. Each held out their hands over a different party of their girl and as they did, palms turned downward near her skin, a soft yellow light began to radiate from them.

"Maku, sir. May I ask what happened?" One spoke, a tall man well aged and taking lead of the others. He seemed bit worried and interested in the events that caused the girls damage.

Taking a drink from one of staff, Maku looked at the man who had addressed him with the question.  He wanted to know what happened.  Looking back, Maku though of a lot of things, threads shooting all over the place, zombies rising from the ground, Maku turning into snowmen. 

"Just a training exercise that went a bit to far.  She unfortunately got a meeting with the ground, and the ground won."  Maku said, taking a drink.  His demeanor was incredibly informal, and of the utmost relaxed.  Maku was confident Kira would be ok, he trusted in the hospital staff to take good care of her, and besides Kira was tough, it would take more than a spar like that one to finish her.

The staff continued for about twenty minutes working tirelessly to repair the missing ninja girl and finally they pulled their hands back, whipping the sweat from their brow and nodding to each other in approval. "Sir. She should be alright... But she might be weak for a bit. Wel will be back in an hour to check her again and repair anything else. After the man explained the situation they would simply walk out.

A few minutes would pass in silence unless it was broken by maku and them finally Kira would slowly open her eyes letting out a weak groan of pain. The moment her vision cleared her eyes grew wide and she began to scream, telling no's and other incoherent phrases and she tried desperately to pull herself up to get it of the bed seemingly in a panic.

Maku had actually felt his head start to droop, and his eyes fluttering closed.  He was tired from the spar, he hadnt had to work that hard in a while, and was appreciating the quite and rest.  Just as he was about to enter the blissful world of dreams he heard Kira's screams.  Snapping awake, he was at her side in a moment. 

Grabbing one of her hands, and stroking her hair, he attempted to let her know he was there for her.  "Kira it's me Maku, your fine, calm down, everythings ok"

"Nonono not again not again" a tendril of shadow instinctively whipped out from beneath the bed to strike at maku's thread, stopping about a foot from its target as her head turned and her screams calmed. "M...ma....maku?"

Smiling at her, and not missing the fact that her shadow could have pierced right threw him, he looked down at her.  "Your alright Kira, I brought you to the hospital, guess ya had an accident huh."

She was clearly looking panicked, and little wonder if she had honestly thought that Youka was going to kill her.  Now however Maku would have to help her overcome it.

"Do you need anything Kira? I can get you anything you want or need."

"I did? What happened?" Her memory was incredibly foggy and her thoughts just wouldn't come together, the only thing coherent in her mind was the emories of long ago.

"We were sparring, and you took a blow to the head, purely accidental, and you hit awfully hard on the ground.  No ones fault, just the heat of the battle.  To much action at once with caution going to the wind I suppose.  But your alright now."  Maku didn't think that was a lie, unless you counted omission. 





which he doesn't.

While he said this some nurses wandered into the room from the screams, they were a bit slow for his tastes, but he merely waved them away since he had the situation under control, for now.

"We were sparring...." She racked her brain to get through the haze of the concussion and the fear effects bought on by the dreams and waking up injured in the hospital. She vaguely remembered sparing though which whom was still a little cloudy. She could see broken memories of a snow filled battle field as greyest out faces moving about fighting her, three all together one of which she was certain was her but the shadow figures in her mind had yet to gain face in her memory.

"I can barely remember what happened. Snow.... And three of us but it never snows in iwa. "
