'They will suffer.' The young chuunin thinks while running through the desert, at top speed. Wearing the usual, all black, a shirt tucked into a pair of black pants, hugs against his muscular torso, along with a simple pair of black combat boots, and of course the Sunagakure headband tied across his forehead. On his right hip is a canteen filled with alcohol, just in case he wants to liven up his mood later on. His Byakugan activated, as he scans the area for chakra signatures. He did not want to be caught off guard by a bandit, and have his vengeful life cut short. It is while running that he spots a chakra signature higher than his own, just two meters in front of him, to his right. Turning while running, he lets the momentum carry him a little ways before stopping, directly in front of the cave.
His eyes widen in disbelief, once he sees the situation he has just stepped into. A boy, attacking another, whom appears to be virtually defenseless. At this point, the odd boy whom seems to be the aggressor, has his arms flexed, and the dead giveaway of his antagonism is the five metal kunai pointed at the other boy. Before he reaches the word 'may', the Sunagakure shinobi moves. Acting instantly, Vergil presses both feet into the ground, and to the untrained eye he would seemingly disappear. Taking form once more, unless interrupted, half a meter behind Koaru. The darkness of the cave shrouding his entire body away from natural view. There would be no words said, there was no need to do so. This boy in front of was attempting to bloody the caves of Sunagakure without apparent right to do so. His right palm would thrust forward, slamming into the back of Koaru, the moment he appears behind him.
How unlucky for the boy. If any other had been striking him, he might have gotten away with mild bruising, but Vergil was out of the norm. His strength likely surpassed all of those within the village, and this pure thrust would prove it. Unless dodged, his palm would make impact with his lower back, all tissue, muscle, and bones, in that area would be completely obliterated, including his spinal cord, which would be severed in that area. He would never walk again. Not to mention the sheer force from the blow would cause both of his kidneys to erupt internally. A death filled with pain, it would indeed be slow, but certain. His body would also be blown forwards, falling to the ground in front of the other boy (Austin). If all goes as planned, the kunais aimed at the other would never leave the vicinity of the cloak, and Vergil would now speak. His voice bellowing through the cave, filled with rage.
"You fool! You dare attack an unarmed person? How cowardly."

Koaru’s eyes spotted Vergil appear just two meters outside of the cave he and Austin were in. In that same moment, Koaru observed the newcomer’s Suna headband and strange set of eyes, which appeared to be white and strained by the veins riddled along Vergil’s temple. Koaru, realizing his misfortune for being caught in the middle of his rage, acted promptly. Just as Vergil began to press his legs against the ground to spring off of it, thus activating his technique, Koaru performed a series of motions simultaneously. Koaru's Advanced Moringan allowed him to see every nerve in the body, and saw Vergil's intentions to spring forward well before he actually did so. Two needles flew from Koaru’s pouch at top speed directed straight for Vergil. Because of their differences in speed, the senbon would only reach about a meter from Koaru before they collided with Vergil. One smoke bomb also left Koaru’s pouch and threw itself against the floor at top speed, detonating it. Lastly, Koaru summoned a large shield from the sealing bandages on his left forearm which was already flexed outward before him.
If the shinobi of the Sand village were anything like the ninja from his own village, Koaru already knew how Vergil would react after realizing what was going on. So, Koaru would not bother wasting time. He had to escape as quickly as possible. By the time the senbon assumed its course, Vergil would have already compressed his leg muscles to launch himself forward and reappear behind Koaru. Though Koaru could not assess Vergil’s movements with precision, the senbon that he launched, whose destination had already been predetermined, would interrupt Vergil’s movement. Vergil would run right into the senbon, and his skull right between his eyes as well as his heart would be pierced. Death would come swiftly, and because Vergil could not alter the path of his travel, or perform any other actions for that matter, it would almost come with certainty.
By the time the senbon and the suna chuunin collided, or somehow managed to miss each other, the smoke bomb would have taken full effect, clouding everything within a ten meter radius. If Vergil was killed, Koaru’s previous assault would occur uninterrupted and Austin Nara would be immediately pronounced dead. Because Austin lacked the speed to react to such swift movement, each kunai would cut into their designated vital spot, thus maiming the boy. If Vergil by chance did evade the incoming senbon, he would run into the wall directly behind Koaru at a speed of 215. The impact would kill Vergil instantly. If the impact was not enough to end Vergil, Koaru would then draw his ninjato and stab into the back of Vergil’s neck, which would be facing Koaru after he crashed into the cave wall. With whichever outcome that came to be, Koaru would collect both corpses, and seal them within his scroll as he originally planned, this time with utmost haste. Koaru would then make his shield levitate, mount it like a surfboard and immediately flee the cave and the Wind Country. He would surf at 10 meters in the air and speed as fast as his shield could carry him. Koaru’s lips would tremble with remorse as he said,
“What have I done?!”

It was previously mentioned that Koaru was sitting against a wall, then stood up in the same position.

[Austin requested that I skip him, so his post will be after this one. Leaving the order to be Koaru-Vergil-Austin.]
The Chuunin would not be able to finish pressing his feet into the ground as planned, for just as he began to do so, he saw a few projectiles begin to head towards him from his target, Koaru. The senbon, once exiting his pouch, instantly attracted his attention due to their immense speed. Another odd thing was the chakra which seemed to surround them, something he had noticed the moment he infused his chakra into the weapons, which would have caused him to stop after witnessing the suspicious action. No matter, Vergil would end the press, and reposition his weight normally. As the senbon travel towards him, he only stands still, his right hand falling against the hilt of the ninjato on his left hip. He had lost this battle, even now he could see the doors of life closing before him. His body would 'seemingly' not move. The senbon hitting their targets right on the mark, for a moment perhaps, Vergil's death would seem certain.
Of course, this would all be a giant illusion, an afterimage left behind. Since the moment he saw the senbon exit the pouch he had already begun to move, performing the afterimage technique in order to change locations. Dashing a single meters forward, and to the left, his position would have been already guaranteed by the time he arrived at his destination, as he moves, his eyes never leave Koaru, observing, waiting for even the slightest change in movement. Each step he takes is quiet, though not muffled completely, no that is done with the help of the smoke as it escapes the container, creating a sound just loud enough to muffle his foot steps as he moves. Of course, at this point the cave is already beginning to become secluded in smoke, but such a simple thing would not hide the boy's location from the greatest Doujutsu in existence, the Byakugan. Perhaps the attacker would believe at this point in time, that Vergil was dead, due to him not continuing his planned assault. He could not have been more wrong if he were to believe so.
If Vergil had escaped the senbon, then immediately upon gaining his new position, four meters in front of the right hand side of Koaru, he would dash forward, wasting no time to pause, his eyes focus on his target as he travels through the smoke at full speed. While moving, his right hand remains on the hilt of the ninjato, just in case he has to deflect any incoming weapons, he would be prepared. Once he crosses two meters, which would seem almost instant, he would lunge forward, mentally shouting as to not reveal his position any further.
'One Hundred Twenty-Eight Palms!'
His palm would shoot forth, aiming to slam against the boy's right temple. If this were to indeed happen, then the chakra in this area would be disrupted, for all its worth, his skull would also be caved in, death would be instant, and seemingly unavoidable.

[Firstly, in the cbox, you asked me about the details of when exactly I launched the senbon because it was unclear in my post. I saw that in my post, my timeline was screwed up because in paragraph 1 I said I launched it before hand and then in paragraph 2 I said they were launched after. So, I edited my post (well within my rights) to clarify things for both our sakes. There's no reason to be "low" during an rp, particularly not during one that I enjoy.
Secondly, instead of appearing behind me at 215 speed, you appear 4 meters in front of me, run towards me for 2 meters at 115 speed, then launch another technique. All the while my kunai launched on a straight trajectory toward Austin at 111 speed. I think it is safe to say that Austin is now dead on account of Vergil's failure to interrupt me/protect him.]

[screw that XD] As Austin looks in amazement of whats going on he gets back to it. As he tries to sneak up behind koaru for a sneak attack he realizes with that speed of his koaru would dodge it easily. So with him looking at the cave shadows around koaru and austin. Austin does his hand signs to look for a opening he does them slowly then picks up the speed of how fast he does them. Secret Jutsu: Shadow Neck Binding! With austin saying this a hand comes from the shadows and heads straight for koaru if it hits or even touches koaru the hand would go to koarus neck and begin to choke him with a strong grip on koarus neck hopefully he wont be able to move. Letting austin get close enouth for the killing blow.

Koroshi sitting in his newly refurbished office lets out a sigh of boredom, for nothing is really happening at the moment. Although his unwanted rested is ended when a member of his anbu black ops flings open his door, quickly relaying a message that a young boy without a headband or supplies, has wondered off into the desert, and that he is worried for the boys safety. Normally this would be a matter for anyone besides a kage to handle, but Megite wants to see how his Kage will handle this type of situation.
Upon hearing the news Koroshi springs up from his chair, afraid that the boy will get hurt, kidnapped, or worse without being trained, or having an escort. "I'm on it!" The young Kage says before absorbing and fusing with the earth in his office, right after this however he dashes right out his open window at blinding speeds (400), leaving a small travel of small rocks in his wake. Megite smiling at this, and leaves the office, waiting just outside the door to inform anyone about Koroshi's absents. Within a second Koroshi is outside of Suna's walls, and is quickly thinking about where the boy could be 'Come on think like a young easily influenced child..... wait! I'm one of those!' After having this quick thought he makes his way to the caves outside of Suna, figuring that must be the only place he could have gotten to without supplies, and can still have fun.
This whole process taking but seconds, and Koroshi arrives within the rock cave about the same time as Vergil. When he does he views a kunai heading right for the child, being thrown by a leaf village ninja, and Vergil heading to stop the attack. Thinking quickly and not wanting anyone to get hurt, or killed, Koroshi still moving at that speed moves himself in front of the kunai, standing 20 feet in front of Austin. Should the kunai continue forward as planned, then it simply bounces off of Koroshi's chest, which is still coated and fused with doton, and drops to the floor.
After stopping that attack Koroshi moves his arms upwards, pointing one at each Vergil, and the leaf ninja, this action making the earth move up from the ground, forming 4 hands/arms under each ninja, the arms would then aim to wrap around their legs by the ankles, and their arms by the wrist, keeping them from moving or attack each other. The arms moving at Koroshi's speed at this moment (400) "Both of you stop! See this hat?!" The young Kazekage says while lifting both his arms up to point at his kazekage hat, unknowingly lifting both of the ninja into the air at the same time should they be captured. He then walks towards them, pulling his hat from his head with his right hand, and attempting to smack each of them in the head with said hat "This means I am somewhat important, and that you should listen to me! Now, what's going on, why are you here, and what the hell are you doing out of the village?" Koroshi says stepping forward as he does, looking toward Vergil for his first question, hoping that he would know, then looking toward Koaru for his second, and finally toward Austin for his last. This questions being asked in a very quick matter, not really giving anyone a chance to talk until after he is fully done speaking.

In that same moment, Koaru observed the newcomer’s Suna headband and strange set of eyes, which appeared to be white and strained by the veins riddled along Vergil’s temple. But, by the time Koaru looked back at Austin, yet another man had arrived. This man had a large cone shaped hat which Koaru immediately recognized. Koaru would not dare let his weapons touch the most important man in the Sand Village, and would stop his assault as soon as he noticed that Koro was standing there, protecting Austin.
Koaru panicked in fear that the Kazekage and the Suna chuunin were now here to gang up on him. However, before he could say his final prayer, he was restrained by the earth below him. Koaru observed Koro's technique as best as he could, though it came at incomprehensible speeds. After being smacked in the face with the hat and scolded by Koro, Koaru pouted. He realized he was in the wrong to attack Austin and to draw out someone as important as the Kazekage out here. Koaru tried to explain himself, but was shaken in the air by his earth restraints as Koro began to exclaim. Koaru became dizzy, and when Koroshi was finished talking, Koaru would go on to say,
"My apologies, Kazekage sama. It was my intention to simply enjoy a small vacation here in the Wind Country. It was here in this cave that I met Austin Nara, an old rival of mine, though we have never exchanged fists. It was foolish of me to act as I did without thinking."

Just when the chuunin is about to pounce upon his prey, thus ending the assault, Koroshi appears. Effortlessly stopping the kunai, and ending the assault, it seemed the situation had been slightly calmed down. After this is done he finds himself restrained. Earth wrapped around his ankles, and wrists. He did not question the reason for this, because he knew that even with the kage intervening, he still may have pursued the attacker. Being lifted into the air did anger him slightly, even more so that his life now hung within the hands of an Uchiha. Still, he remains silent while the Kazekage speaks, the anger within him is diffused the moment he is struck by the hat.
When questioned, he looks towards Koroshi, and deactivates his byakugan, "Sir, I stumbled upon this person, attempting to hurt an apparent defenseless boy. In fact, I believe his intentions were to do more than 'hurt' him. I myself, could barely track the thrown kunai. I saw no way for his target to escape their path, without losing his life." While speaking, his voice is calm, and he clearly points out Koaru as the aggressor, his pale eyes look towards the boy the moment he says 'this person'. "I highly doubt this situation was a friendly rivalry, I saw nothing of the sorts." Finishing his response, he looks back at Koroshi, when he states his final statement.

Austin sneaking up behind koaru to stab him with the dagger stops after seeing the kazekage. Austin getting happy quickly runs to the kazekage and hugs him for seeing his friend agian. Austin noticing quickly that he must look like a little kid quickly gets off of the kazekage and acts mature. He quickly puts his dagger away and speaks to vergil. "Ha I dont know who your calling defenseless I can take care of myself you know." Austin eyes koaru seeing what he would do next just to make sure he wants to die.
