Laz and Mugen's Test (p/NK)

Laz  saw Mugen used the transformation Jutsu turning himself to Laz . Laz  then preformed the Clone jutsu. At his top speed Laz  would would do the hand seals for two clones to appear. "How you like for Laz's" he would think to himself as he would run around the Dragon with a snowball in hand. "Duck Duck GOOSE!!" He would Yell out at the same time as Mugen who was still disguised as Laz  he would release the snowball as he would just pass Mugen.

The round ball of snow a medium size snowball would soar through the air at aimed directly at the Dragons face. Laz  would then run away from Mugen and prepare a substitution jutsu he would hold the last hand seal as he would then Run to the left of the dragon and slide under it while keeping his focus on a pile of snow he would kick at one of the Dragons legs while hoping Mugen was also preparing for an attack. If the Dragon would look like or even try to attack Laz  he would then release the Laz  seal of the substitution jutsu and appear three meters away from the Dragon which would be behind the dragon. "The Dragon probably won't let us do that again so I need a new plane...."

Once he had taken a single step forward and broke into his run, Mugen spotted a chain coming towards him in the corner of his eye. He immediately knew that it came from the Dragon as Laz definitely didn't use chains to fight. If the creature was going to use chains during the battle then that meant close combat would be the most reliable here. Due to the attack being aimed for his head, the youth quickly performed a tuck 'n roll in which he basically ducked down, effectively dodging the chain, and rolled away from it. He was luckily faster than the speed of the chain was moving at, albeit not by much. After the roll he immediately got back onto his feet and continued with his run. While he did he continued to repeat the word "duck" until he finally managed to pass by Lazuru. Rather than say "goose" like the fellow student, he focused on finding an opening in the Dragon's defense, all while watching Laz's movements in the corner of his left eye.

The boy quickly allowed both of his eyes to drift over to Laz for a few seconds, watching him create familiar hand signs. Nice idea... he thought to himself, planning on using the same technique once he thought of an attack. It only took what appeared to be three seconds for him to come up with an idea. Mugen stopped his run for a moment, his current position being on the left side of the Dragon. A tree was directly behind him, something that would be useful for what he was about do. The moment Lazuru was a few inches from one of the creature's leg, Mugen dashed towards the tree he was in front of, using the Surface Walking Technique to stick to the surface once his feet hit the bark. After reaching a satisfiable height, which was about 6 feet above the ground, the boy leaped off the tree and towards the Dragon's head.

While being in the air, he quickly performed the same hand signs Laz did, holding it at the last seal. Tiger → Boar → Ox → Dog → Snake. Once he was in hitting range of the Dragon, he dropped the transformation due to not finding the need for it anymore. Not even a moment later did he aim a kick for the Dragon's face with his full strength and speed. By this time he was one foot away, the distance making it hard to dodge the incoming strike.

The Dragon could see somewhat of what Laz was planning, at least the one he was facing, up until he was hit with a snowball. Growling he turned to the other Laz and noticed three of them. He also yelled something about a bird. As the kid went for a sliding kick he tried to counter with a kick, but found that the boy had prepared for a substitution somewhere along the way and had appeared some feet away. He wanted to immediately attack, but was met with a foot planted sharply in his face. He would attempt to snap the boys foot off, fed up with the constant clones and teleports, but the boy would substitute away. Tatsakawa was not impressed with this at all, and was seriously considering murdering the both of them.

Meanwhile, Kiru was rather impressed. The two of them were doing quite well, and had more than demonstrated most of their jutsu. Laz only needed transformation, and Mugen just needed cloning. He couldn't wait to see what they came up with next.

Laz had appeared a few feet away from the dragon standing there he would think. "How to scare a dragon....or how to ride a dragon" He thought as he would form the hand seals for the transformation " I wonder if this Dragon like seeing ghosts, cause he's or she or it or whatever is about to see one" Doing the hand seals Dog → Boar → Ram, Laz's figure would disappear and would then be replaced by Kiru's figure in a puff of smoke. Well he was out of sight from the dragon and probably Mugen as well. The plan was to pretend to be Kiru and some other junk just to get close enough by the dragon. Making sure no one saw him he would then slowly walk out into the open. "Hey Dragon you thought you can kill me that easily? lucky for Laz and Mugen i back here in time. So further more I'll think I should end this fight or stall until Laz get's back with reinforcements or we could end this feud and figure out what's going on and why your attacking this village." Laz said in Kiru's voice. Stepping ever so closer to the dragon he would raise his hand slowly to try and pet the dragon. " So if you can talk or wanna talk this out we don''t really have to end this in a bloodbath, See when the reinforcements come I can't help you without letting you getting killed so now is a good time to talk" he said as he was Taking a few more steps closer towards the dragon.

Still keeping his hand raised he would stay calm as possible without showing any threat and trying to appear friendly."Look i'm not gonna harm you neither of us are right Mugen" he said loud enough for booth the Dragon and Mugen to hear. "Is this even your doing? is your master or whoever that guy was with the red robe and white  mask making you do this?" He said taking a few more steps closer. Laz was now a few feet away from the Dragon and he hoped the dragon wouldn't attack him even if it was probably evil he also hoped he was putting up a good act as well. "Sure I may have probably tried and kill you earlier but that was my mistake I acted rash and well tried to kill you..." his words trailed off at the end. "but that's in the past now so let's start over no fighting just talking" He said as his hand was now barely touching the dragon "No harm just talking" He said as he looked away hoping the dragon wouldn't bite him in half so he would prepare for the worst"

Once the Dragon attempted to chomp away at him, Mugen had indeed substituted away to dodge the attack. Though, just where did he substitute to? He was currently on the ground behind the large creature, only two meters away. Since he already used up most of the jutsu in his arsenal, there was only two left for him to utilize. There must have been some way to use them both at the same time. While Lazuru transformed into Kiru and attempted to talk to the Dragon, Mugen kept silent and continued to carefully plan his next action. As if a small light bulb randomly went off in the boy's head, he rapidly began to perform another set of hand signs. Ram → Snake → Tiger. Yes, he would be the one using a clone for a trick this time. His clone appeared exactly one meter away from him, out far enough to be seen in the corner of the Dragon's eye.

The real Mugen quickly began to create and hand seal: Tiger. It was one often used in Katon jutsu, and if this giant monster didn't know his true intentions, then it would think he was going to burn it to a crisp. Of course, the clone copied his actions, but that didn't really matter too much to him. Once he heard Lazuru speak his name, loud enough for anyone in the area to hear, a smirk soon appeared on his face. It was obvious that it wasn't really Kiru, but he decided to play along for now. He nodded his head and his clone immediately did the same thing, most likely making the Dragon think he was about to try something if it looked in the clone's direction. Though he once again did not care. Despite this, it didn't mean he wouldn't be wary of a chain attack coming his or his clone's way. Mugen did feel a bit guilty considering the little speech Laz was telling the Dragon. But this thing killed Kiru. He simply couldn't allow something like that to happen.

And it won't happen again... he thought to himself. The second Lazuru finished speaking, the real Mugen immediately dashed forward, quickly closing the distance between him and the Dragon. Once he did, his clone disappeared in a puff of smoke, which should of left his opponent wondering just where the real him could possibly be. After getting close enough, the youth didn't let another moment pass by before aiming his prepared seal in the Dragon's bottom. If it were the attack were to hit then the Dragon would be launched 5 meters into the air, going above Lazuru of course, and most likely landing in one of the trees exactly that distance away.

"Yeah, no more fighting..." Mugen started out, the smirk on his face growing wider, "Starting now.~"

Kiru knew that a stranger touching Tatsakawa, or even getting too close was a big no-no. He couldn't let this go on. He through off the robe and mask, and prepared some handsigns, He activated his curse seal, adding 15 points to his speed and chakra. He would chakra dash, landing in the snow in a puff of smoke. He would hold out his hand, and Tatsakawa would de-summon before dragon he attempted to eat the poor student. His students would get a good look at him as he stood. Silver streaks ran through his hair, and his coat seemed to have streams of chakra throughout its seams. "I finally chased that imposter off, just had to switch coats first. You two did really well, i'm impressed."

He deactivated his seal, and the chakra energy would disappear, his body returning to normal.  "I think you two have earned your first rank up, as well as joining together as the new squad one. I'll have to invite Kuro to even it out, but it should be fine. Also, Laz, I would not go near any dragons in the area for a while. They are pretty picky about their code and impersonating me was probably not a good idea.. they hold Uzumaki's in high regard. Report to the school to recieve your new headbands."

"Ehhh?" Laz said as Kiru appeared from out of nowhere. Jumping back a little Laz would stare at him as the transformation jutsu was dismissed and his figure returning to normal. "Wait...I thought....huh? So your not dead and why not being near any dragons? That was my first time I've seen one and they are awesome and besides I was calm the whole time I think I handle that dragon well....." his words trailed off as he would then turn to Mugen. "Why did you attack? I said no attacking...but never mind that we are Genin now!!!!" He yelled as he would rush away but before leaving he would say loud enough for anyone near the area could hear. "I made it to Genin!!!! But first a new look for the headband and because I'll be a new person...hmm going back to the old hair color...." he thought aloud as he would rush towards the school"

Just before his attack could hit the Dragon, it seemed to vanish out of thin air almost as if it was a... A summoning? Mugen thought to himself, his eyes slightly widening. If shinobi could summon creatures such as a Dragon then just what else could they bring into the world? The thought rang throughout the boy's head as he looked at both his hands. Perhaps he could have his own summon once he became a higher ranking. It would have to be something that would correspond with his element. Kiru's voice snapped him out of his daze, resulting in Mugen looking in Lazuru's direction. However, Laz had already reverted back to his normal appearance...which meant only one thing.

"Kiru?!" he whispered, slightly startled, "I thought you..." The boy drifted off, his eyes slowly becoming duller than before. He listened closely the words that the chuunin spoke to them, soon letting his arms dangle at his sides. The both of them were...actually becoming genin. Mugen could feel different parts of his body twitch as he registered everything in his brain. He just couldn't believe that it was true. After all the training he'd done since he first arrived in the village, today was the day...

"I'm..." he began, now gaining a sudden vigor, "I...I'M A GENIN!! I'M A NINJA, A NINJA!!" The youth completely ignored Laz's question and abruptly rushed over the Kiru, leaping onto him and giving a poor attempt of a hug. But he didn't care right now. "Genin, genin! YES!!" he shouted after releasing his new squad leader. Mugen quickly rushed towards the ninja academy, being right behind Lazuru while he did, his hands raised high up in the air and clenched into fists. This had to be the best day in his short life.
