Angel decided it was time to take The Spider Kingdom up on their offer for aid.  She was going to be doing a mission and it would be a good idea to bring back up so she would plan on that.  But she very little time.  She had been called in to settle some drunken behavior happening over at the local bar.  Angel being an official ninja was meant to keep the peace and make sure every one got home safely.  Angel didn’t really like these jobs.  Normally she stayed away from the bars all together.  But today it was a mission.  Angel arrived at the bar a quarter to 8 and stood guard as the lively crowd grew and enjoyed their night.  Angel would watch for the whole night if she had to.  She also called people to assist getting drunk patrons home safely.  Angel didn’t know why the Raikage made her do these kinds of jobs.  Maybe it was because the Lord Kage didn’t like her.  Angel sure hoped that wasn’t the case.  Angel was diligent in her missions, worked hard all the time.  But maybe the Kage just liked picking on her.  A glass bottle flew passed her head.  Whirling around, she caught the bottle before it hit the wall.  She had been doing this kind of thing all night.  But she had instructions to not disrupt the patrons, just protect them.  The Raikage enjoyed her buzz more than any one in the village and Angel knew she would be very upset if Angel broke her parameters and calmed the ruckus down.  Lord knows the Raikage loves a good party.  But Some times angel would have to escort people who had gotten passed their limits out of the bar for the night.  When she did she always received a shower of alcohol and laughter.  None of them realized she was just trying to do her job.  But luckily the night was winding down and soon angel would be off.  3 men though still lingered in the bar.  Angel paid no mind to the drunk men though as the owner began closing down and calling last call.  All three men purchased another round which made Angel uneasy.  It meant that they were getting even more drunk.  Angel saw the men pass something around and all three popped whatever it was in their mouths and downed their drink.  Immediately Angel knew something was wrong.  Drugs were illegal in Kumo and she was going to have to take these men in to stay the night until the Raikage had a chance to deal with them herself.  Angel casually walked up to the men but was surprised to get a face full of beer and the men ran around her and out the door.  This was bad.  Angel chased after the men but they all split up.  Doing several hand signs Angel made a clone of herself from her insect companions.  She also performed the summoning jutsu.  Out of the ground poped Baer the spider.  Angel needed to train with Baer to become a good team.  The Spider clan already respected her because her father had been the previous contractor with the Spider Clan.  Shelob the Queen of the spiders now held Angle in high regard.  Which Angel appreciated.  But angel still needed to work together with, what she now considered her clan.  That way they could synchronize and cast jutsu and battle together to optimize their strategy.  Otherwise in the future she would mess things up. 

“The future…”  The three of them split up to chase down the three drunkards but angel couldn’t help but think about the dream or vision or premonition she had had.  She still didn’t know what it meant and she hadn’t told anyone about it not even Alice who was there at the time.  She hadn’t been able to talk with the Raikage about it either.  But who she really wanted to discuss it with was Yaju.  Yaju had been very understanding though sometime aloof.  But she thought maybe he would have an idea of what it could mean.  From what she could piece together from what she wrote down in her diary afterward, the world had been destroyed and sent into the most devastating Great Ninja War that the world had ever seen.  Even the great volcanic destruction hundreds of years earlier had never been described so vividly as Angel had seen in her dream.  Literal seas of fire everywhere and jutsu that never ended.  Giant tornado’s that never dissipated, and fires that the raging hurricanes couldn’t quench.  Angel’s dream had depicted the end of days for the entire world.    It seemed like this Denkiteki guy was some sort of mastermind.  Or at least someone who was wanted by the Raikage.  But for all Angel knew her dream had meant nothing.  It was to real and pointless to have been a genjutsu and the only person who been there was Alice.  And Alice had no reason to alter her dreams if she even had a way to do that.  Angel didn’t have time to think about this right now though.  She was letting the man slip her.  She refocused and increased her speed almost catching up with the man.  He seemed very mobile for a drunk man.  It got her to wondering what he had taken and why he had taken it.  The law was that Drugs were strictly forbidden and strictly punished.  It was even punishable by imprisonment.  Angel wouldn’t permit that to happen in the Village she swore to protect. 
 
The clone she had made wasn’t doing much better trying to catch the guy it was chasing.  The man had somehow gained an incredible burst of speed and agility leaping over fences and Garbage cans.  Luckily Angel’s insect clone was even faster than Angel was herself.  It wasn’t hard to keep up with the man but the man evaded capture at every turn by doing simply crazy things.  He would randomly fall over or stop moving forward and simply jump straight upwards, flailing his arms the whole time.  The man was dangerous to it seemed somewhere along the way he had picked up a knife and was waving it around.  The clone wasn’t all that scared about the knife but it had to be careful or it would lose ground trying to catch the man.  At one point the man stopped and it looked like he wanted a fight.  The clone had no idea how to fight drunken kung fu.  Luckily enough the Man didn’t know drunken Kung Fu.  The punches were way off base.  The insect clone didn’t even need to dodge the blows…they just missed.  The clone blocked the first punch and went to lock the arm but the man reacted as if her didn’t feel the pressure being applied to his arm the clone had to release the arm or risk breaking it.  This drug seemed to have very strange side effects.  Ignoring pain, increased physical ability, but reduced cognitive function.  It was very disturbing.  The clone would make sure to grab a sample to bring back to the Raikage.  This was no simple drug.  And depending on how the men got it, it could very well be a major problem.  The clone went to knock the man out but the man started running again.  It was a silly game of cat and mouse.  Luckily they weren’t making that much noise or causing trouble for the most part so the clone didn’t look to end the pursuit any quicker than it needed to.  Unfortunately though the man also showed no signs of tiring…which was very bad.  Putting this much strain on the body could not be good for it.  Angel would have to be careful with the man.  If her clone tried too hard to stop him he could hurt himself.   She would just wait it out but she didn’t know what all this running would do to the man.  Now that she thought about it she had done a lot of running with Aya that one time as a genin.  She had torn up her body simply because she was inexperienced.  She had to stop this or the man could be in serious trouble.  The clone with some quick moves drove the drugged man down an alley way.  The clone was a little relieved because there was no way out of the alley.  But the relief went out the wind as the man leaped out up and grabbed the fire escape.  THIS IS WAY BAD.  If the man fell he would be worse off than if his muscles gave out.  The man started climbing and the clone had no choice but to follow.  Why did the man have to pick the tallest building in the village other than the Official buildings?  Not that Angel wanted him climbing the official building just that she didn’t want him climbing tall buildings.  The clone chased after the man hoping to catch him before he did something he may not live to regret.
 
Baer didn’t know why he was doing such a mundane task as catching drunk people.  This was not supposed to be menial labor.  But Baer supposed he was learning how the girl worked and he had to hand it to her she did a really good job strategizing.  She split her forces admirably and is seemed that she had chosen quite well with little knowledge as to which of the three would be chased by their three.  The guy Baer was chasing didn’t seem nearly as fast as the other guys but his footsteps seem to make a much more powerful crunch as the man ran away from Baer.  Baer being a spider could actually keep up with the man fairly well.  He ran along the walls of nearby buildings keeping to the shadows and observing the man silently.  The benefit of having 8 eyes was the ability to absorb more information quickly.  And Baer like his clan was excellent at stealth.  Baer crept through the darkness not allowing the man to realize that he was there.  Upon observing he noticed that the man didn’t seem to react to light as much as sound.  Soon the man stopped running altogether.  He seemed to think he was safe.  But then the man didn’t lose his violent tendancies.  The man would kick garbage cans and then from the sound he would react negatively as if the noise was what made the man angry.  The drugs that the men had taken must flood the brain with a neural chemical that increased aggression and sensitivity to noise.  Baer collected this information for future use by Angel.  He actually was beginning to like the little scamp.  She was nothing like her Father though.  Her father had been brilliant but at the same time was the most arrogant person or being that Baer had ever met.  And Baer lived at the top of a hierarchal system.  He had met his fair share, but He had been the most arrogant and strangly short sighted for the genius that he was.  He thought everything was a game and that he was truly the best at everything.  Baer actually was not surprised that people didn’t like him.  But it didn’t matter because the man demanded respect.  But He had been completely different from Angel.  Angel was sweet and cared for people.  And she had the Intelligence of her father.  In Baer’s mind she may even surpass Him.  But the fact of the matter was that Angel was trying her hardest and Baer was beginning to understand her.  And He would help her out on this mission.  The man he was following ducked into a nearby alley and walked right into the back door of the building.  Watching through the door way Baer saw the man begin climbing the stairs.  Following the man on the outside of the building the massive spider climbed higher and higher.  Finally the man arrived at the top of the building.  Baer didn’t know why the man chose to come up here on his own free will but it was not good.
 
Angel ran after the third guy.  It seemed this guy tough not particularly fast or strong seemed to have been granted an abundance of chakra as the man who seemingly was not a ninja at all was able to use simple Ninjutsu with surprising efficiently.  Angel also noticed the strangeness in the behavior of the men. The drug seemed to act identically to that of military ration pills giving a boost to the man’s abilities but it seemed to come at a cost.  Angel didn’t know if it was in direct correlation to the amount of alcohol the men had consumed or if it was simply a chemically faulty food pill.  Regardless Angel had to stop them.  She trusted her team to take care of the other men.  Angel chased this guy to a large building, dodging clones and watching the man transform into a few different people.  It would have been much harder to follow him if it wasn’t the middle of the night with no one around.  Finally the man stopped suddenly in front of a large building.  It was almost as if his wiring or commands had suddenly changed.  The man ran at the building and started running up the building using the surface walking technique.  Angel obviously followed him staying underneath him in case he fell.  All three groups reached the roof at the same time all from 3 different sides.  All three drugged and drunk men without a word to eachother fell in line and ran toward the fourth side of the building.  “Stop them”  Angel screamed.  Angel her insect clone and Baer all rushed after the men simultaneously.  Angel and her clone rushed past the slow man without a word as baer leaped on top of him injecting him with a sedative venom.  The clone and angel leaped off the roof after the two.  Angel reached out her hadn and grabbed her clones hand and spinning the clone around launched it toward the suicidal man that was ahead of the other.  Both Angel and the clone caught their respective men and using the surface walking technique Angel stopped her decent.  The clone wasn’t able to do that kind of jutsu.  However before hitting the ground the clone dispersed into it’s original insect swarm and slowed the man’s fall.  All three of them took the men to the hospital and Angel gave the nurses a sample of the drugs the man had used and described what had happened.  But the nurses weren’t the only ones that needed to know about the incident.  Angel thanked Baer for his service tonight and He told her all the information he knew from his chase.  He then desummoned himself and Angel went to the Kage’s office.  Angel was sure that the Kage would still be up.  Relaying everything Angel gave the Kage a sample of the drugs as well.  Angel was thanked and given her reward.
