Tank would stare at the priest as he reached his hand forward in an attempt to shake hands. Tank of course being raised in a proper manner would reach out and shake the priests hand recieving the mark without even knowing. As the man had announced his leave Tank would say "You have a good day too sir." Turning toward Kenshin and Kemuri Tank listened as they spoke. Waiting for Kemuri to answer Kenshin's question before he spoke.

Assuming Youka had left as he had implied he had in the last post, Kemuri turned his attention fully to Kenshin now, as he was desiring information to better assist the two. "I can't speak for Tank here, but my primary chakra element is earth. I've yet to learn my others. You've already experienced my more unique abilities. I suppose I'm a bit faster than most genin of my level, but not much more than that." He said, glancing towards Tank, as that was really all there was to know about his abilities. Kemuri simply waited for a response from either Kenshin or Tank.

Rubbing his chin gently Kenshin would think about the information Kemuri had just given him and raising a single hand to demonstrate his skin would turn visibly darker. "This is the earth spear technique, something that increases the durability and strength of ones body a great deal, and for example I will show you something personally". Slowly raising his darkened hand high above his head it would come whipping back to the ground with great speed and as Kenshin bent over it would come into contact with the ground with great force. The ground around him actually shaking violently, large sections of the ground being ripped from their original positions and going flying into the air, the force of their ejection likely being strong enough to actually knock both Kemuri and Tank backwards if they didn't move. It was only after the large cloud of dirt that formed cleared that both of them could look in Kenshin's direction and see that the ground around him was visibly cracked and where his fist had hit the ground had formed into a wide crater that caused Kenshin to be standing at a much shorter height due to him standing within the crater that was nearly a foot deep and a meter wide. His hand quickly changing back to its normal tone he would speak "It is obviously one of my favorite techniques as it takes no handseals to perform and is extremely useful. I personally suggest just focusing that earth element into one of your limbs and trying to harden it in your skin to produce the same effect as what I did".

Tank listened as Kemuri spoke to Kenshin. Hearing Kemuri say that his primary element was earth just like his made him happy. He now knew they could learn jutsu together fairly easy as they had matching elements. Noticing Kenshin raise his hand and it turning an ashy almost black color he would squint his face a bit trying to focus and see if he was just seeing things. Then Kenshin spoke and explained that it was a jutsu he knew called earth spear. Tank had never heard of it before and wasn't really sure what it did. Then Kenshin raised his hand above his head ans smashed his fist into the ground breaking apart the ground beneath him and tossing a lot of dirtinto the air. Tank hopped backward away from Kenshin so he wasn't hit by the surrounding earth that was being thrown outward. "Holy crap. How in the hell did you do that?" Tank then listened as Kenshin spoke of focusing earth chakra into the skin to make it harder. Tank then looked down at his hands raising them up slightly toward his face. He closed his eyes and began focusing his earth chakra into his right hand and concentrate it as much as he possibly could. Tank then opened his eyes and looked at his right hand noticing nothing at all had happened. Thinking perhaps the color change was only something that happened to Kenshin, Tank threw his fist downward and into the ground hitting it as hard as he could. His fist however quickly stopped on the ground only barely cracking the ground right underneath his fist. Tank pulled his fist back up and looked at Kenshin with a confused look on his face. "I'm not sure what I did wrong. Did you notice anything?"

As Kenshin spoke, Kemuri noticed that the hand he raised had turned a considerably darker color. -Earth spear... interesting- he thought before noting Kenshin begin to swing his fist towards the ground, causing a very unexpected result, the ground shattering and seeming to explode outward from where he struck. The pieces of ground that had been flung in his particular direction were rather easily dodged, Kemuri jumping backwards at a speed quite faster than Tank were capable of, all the while wondering to himself why the hell the jutsu was called Earth Spear. Landing a fair distance back from where he were before, he would look at the cloud of dust and dirt that shrouded Kenshin until it dissipated, looking at him with slight amazement as he stood in the crater. "Quite powerful," he said "I'll give it a shot.". Kemuri would raise his own hand in front of him, the palm facing himself as he began to focus chakra into it as best he could, though after quite a bit of waiting, nothing had happened. "Just give me a second, never works the first time for me." Kemuri stated as he once again tried his hand at at least getting the jutsu to begin to work. Surprisingly enough... nothing happened again aside from the feeling of his arm getting a bit more stiff. "Odd," He said "I usually make a little progress on my second go.". Kemuri then looked back towards Kenshin as Tank spoke, waiting for him to finish speaking before doing so. "I don't imagine you have any more to assist us with aside from showing it and telling us to focus earth chakra."

shrugging slowly after both of them had spoken he would speak to Tank first "No clue, but maybe you just don't have potent enough chakra to perform such a high level technique". His attention now turning to Kemuri he would speak once again "Perhaps, but I would not know as this is my first time actually trying to teach anybody something and I doubt anything I would say would honestly help much. I assume you both will simply have to try it until you get it yourselves as the only advice I could give now is to focus the majority of your chakra on the outter most layer of your skin so that you are not petrifying your limbs". Kenshin's expression being that of a man who showed little interest in what was happening as Kenshin didn't find the job of a teacher very entertaining and thats when he thought of something more interesting. "Perhaps I could simply attempt to teach the both of you a new element while you think of a better way to try the earth spear technique of mine?".

Tank stood back up and watched as Kemuri tried focusing his chakra into his hand. It seemed Kemuri wasn't able to grasp the technique right from the start either. Both Tank and Kemuri failing to perform the jutsu correctly they would ask their questions. Unfortunately for them this was Kenshin's first time teaching someone else anything and he wasn't much help. He did however give a small hint about focusing the chakra to the outer layer of the skin. Tank now listened as Kenshin offered to teach Kemuri and him a new element. Perking up a bit Tank was very interested in learning a new element to utilize in jutsu. "I'm definitely interested in learning a new element if you don't mind teaching us."

Maintaining the position of his hand in front of his face, Kemuri would glance towards Kenshin as he spoke, raising an eyebrow when he spoke of teaching another element. Continuing to flow chakra into his hand, he would at least attempt to limit it to his skin, simultaneously speaking with Kenshin. "That sounds fantastic. I could certainly use a nature better suited to exterminating copious amounts of insects." Kemuri said, remembering his battle against Hero Aburame; by far the most annoying battle he had ever been in. He actually cringed a little just at the thought of fighting another Aburame before he could annihilate a massive amount of the kikaichu they're known for, making him lose his concentration in the flow of chakra he had going towards his arm, stopping any progress he had made at learning the jutsu. "I fucking hate Aburame." He stated as he lowered his hand.

"Sounds like a plan then" he spoke as he formed a handseal, the clouds over head seeming to quickly be pulled right above their location as they shifted to a dark grey color. It was then that he released the handseal and rain began drizzling down from the sky, quickly soaking the ground beneath them all, hoping neither of them had a problem with getting wet. "Now I would like for both of you to wait for my jutsu to create a few large puddles before you begin as having an available water source should make things a lot easier for you". Slowly lowering himself into a squat he would feel the ground to see how moist it was getting and at the same time he smirked as he could sense the presence of the other two by the water hitting their bodies. "Now, I would like both of you to begin attempting to manipulate the water on the ground with your chakra. If both of you could simply treat the water like an extension of your body with a specific goal you should be able to get it to be useful rather easily if you really focus. After that you should both know some of the handseals more associated with water styled jutsu as i'm sure we all learned that within the academy such as the dragon and tiger handseals". Simply staying in his squatted position he would await both of the guys to begin their training as he had nothing more to really do at the time.

Tank would watch as Kenshin performed a single hand sign and the clouds above began to gather together and grow darker in color. It seemed like Kenshin was summoning a rain storm all on his own. Then the rain began to fall and Kenshin spoke again. Confirming exactly what Tank had thought was happening he would connect this jutsu to what had happened after their previous spar a week or so ago. Now hearing Kenshin speak again about how they should go about training their water element. Tank listened carefully to Kenshin's word and they were pretty similar to that of how he learned to perform his earth style jutsu. Focusing in on a larger puddle near his feet he would begin channeling his chakra into the puddle. His goal being to spread the water apart until he could see the ground beneath it. With nothing really happening Tank decided to kneel down next to the puddle and perform the sign of confrontation to help him focus his chakra even more. Watchin intently at the puddle as he focused more and more chakra into the pddle of water. Afer several minutes of dueing so and manipulating his chakra in different ways throughout the puddle he could see ripples appearing in the puddle where raindrops hadn't been landing. Soon after that the water would begin seperating into two different section all the way down to the ground beneath it. Now realizing that he was actually doing it Tank looked up toward Kenshin to see if he was paying any attention at all. Losing his concentration as he did this however the water sloshed back together covering the ground that was previously exposed. Tank looked back down and sighed slightly noticing he had screwed up. "Well at least I got it to move around a little bit."
