Terms(Message for village leader)

A small frail little child had finally found his way to Ame given very vague directions by Youka. He had a message that was supposed to be delivered and it was only for the ears of whoever was in charge, if anyone was in charge. Last time he was there it was a pitiful extension of Kumo that had just about the same backbone allowing it's young ninja to defend it. Reaching the gates he would shake slowly from the cold and rain as his sackcloth wasn't much for cover.

"I...I have a message..."

THe boy would make it easilly to the gates..... Well sort of. Unfortunately where the grand gates of Amekagure should be....... It wasn't. Instead, There looked to be an enormous apartment like building standing two stories tall. The seemingly stone walls were darkened by age and dirt and the ground before the young child was a soft grey that looked like a buisy new york street..... Or would if new york existed. It doesnt.

As the child approached another strange thing would happen (stranger then a building where a gate should be?! i knooooooowwww) From goddess knows where the steady pulse of horns would begin followed by big brass music to begin what would be another well devised entrance and welcoming ceremony via the Cosplay queen of Amekagure. Children poured from the wooden door of the building out into the street dressed in rags, their hair matted and dirty. To top it off.... they were singing?!

At this point if the child chose it would be ushered into the orphanage built in front of the village hidden in the rain where the theatrical antics continued. Otherwise after a few moments the cosplay queen would pop her head out of the second floor window as Ai walked out. If the second option happened Aios would be very very disappointed.

The small husk of a child burrowed into himself as much as he could as his shoeless feet dug into the wet earth beneath them. WHat was happening in this strange place, why were people singing, the child had questions but gave voice to none of them. As the other children tried to usher him inside his ground remained stood as he pulled against them shaking his head.

"I'm not to go in, I need to speak with your leader now please, where is the young male that stood his ground here?"

As described the kids all stopped their number as the small child refused to go in. Aios gave the kid suuuuuucccchhh a pout let me tell you. When all was said and done Ai came out to listen to the childs words.

"Appologies... I assume you're speaking of Li. He disappeared. We are the leaders of Amekagure now, Aios and Ai. Might I ask who sent you... And can i get you something? Warmer clothes, Maybe an umbrella and some food?" Ai's voice was calm and motherly as she walked closer to the child, her realistic face showing deep worry for his condition.

A slight smile showed on the boys lips if you could call what he did a smile.

"No,....I won't be needing them, thank you."

Hearing that Li was gone triggered a different sequence of speech pattern as the boys frail body twitched slightly once before speaking again.

"Well then this message is for the new leader. Kumogakure has fallen. Old ties will be kept, Youka now governs both villages. Payments are to be sent to the village for protection once a week(100 ryo). All Ame ninja alive at the time of this message are also Kumo nin and will be treated as such when entering the village."

"Unfortunate. I'd just heard that there were issues in Kumo... and just recently found out that we were allies. " As she spoke an annoying voice butted in, stopping her here.

"What's the kid saying?! What's going on. Ai what's the sitch"

"Shhh. Sister. I have things handled. " She returned her attention to the boy, pulling from her wallet one thousand ryo and handing it to him. "Here you go. If li had an understanding with whomever sent it we will honor that. Let your leader know We will do as you ask and if he wishes to visit and meet me or for me to come meet with him to discuss what my predecessor agreed to to simply send word by raven.... or small freezing terrified child. Whichever is more convenient. " She had much to discuss....Not with aios. Oh goddess no. More so with Pinochio and Greg, which reminded her....out of all the wonderful names to choose in this land of ninja.....Greg. She let out a small sigh, though it wasn't clear to the outside world why, before turning her attention back to the child.

"Is there anything else You need?"

Accepting the money the child put it in his only pocket sewn into the sack cloth article of clothing.

"Terms have been agreed to, final message relay, I will be visiting the village soon, please have all files regarding your ninja ready on my arrival."

The boy turned and walked off into the distance only five or so meters from the village before stopping and turning back to face Aios a tear running down the childs cheek.

"Terminate"

With the keyword spoke the boys chest would begin to glow a yelowish tinge before the explosive tags fully ignited and blew the child limb from limb till nothing was left save for an ear that landed directly in front of Aios.

"Sounds good. " She watched the child walk away and then........ he did just explode right? Like.. She wasn't mistaking that for.... Nah. He definitely exploted. Slowly Ai walked forward, checking the boy's body. He also exploded our money. Such a strange way of accepting payment.

"Aios.... We um..... " As she turned she saw her puppetmaster freaking out half way over the banister. "Never mind. I see you've noticed. " With that she went back in, closing the door and begining to dismantle their props.
