Village Affaires [P (Kasai)]
Tue Jun 30, 2015 1:09 pm
Tatsuya stands waiting under the dark cover of the Nara woods. It was an older part of the forest that surrounded Konoha which added to its supernatural feeling. Tatsuya was waiting for Kasai who would most likely be escorted by one of the dears. Not to say that Tatsuya didn't trust Kasai only that it was easy to get lost here. The forest of the Nara could be the second best spots to tell a secret (the other being the thrown room of Asgard). It was guarded by dangerous and quite intelligent deer as well the place had the feel of a labyrinth to it.
Standing in the shadows pondering the village Tatsuay waits for Kasai to show up.

Kasai approached Tatsuya, wondering why he had been summoned, and where his friend had been.
With his flowing robes of the sun, and the mask hanging around his neck, with the large scroll on his back, Kasai looked like he always did recently, though many things were going on in his mind. If Tatsuya were to become Hokage, Kasai had a massive plan to strengthen the village greatly. He had been thinking about it ever since he had forged the inscriptions on the fire ape scroll that caused it to give him power. Tatsuya and himself would have the money to fund such a massive project, and every shinobi of the Leaf would not only be bound more together in kinship, but also find themselves stronger.
Of course, if Tatsuya were not to receive the position, then Kasai had a backup plan to help the village, though that one was more... plan b.
"Hello my old friend," Kasai said, nodding his head as he approached Tatsuya. "How are you? And what have you summoned me for?" He would ask this, though he felt that Tatsuya was thinking along the same lines as he was.

Tatsuya sees his friend Kasai emerge and into his eye sight. He looked magnificent with his robes so magnificent that he could play the part of a high priest with out any questions asked. Tatsuya makes him self known and smiles at Kasai. In Tatsuyas right hand he hold a golden staff with carvings from long ago.
Smiling he says.
"It's good to see you. I trust time has treated you well?"
They had been apart for a little wile but now hopefully they could manage to stay together as there were things that needed to be done.
"As you know new elements have emerged" not wanting to say names "So we must figure out a new game plan and possibly a few backups."
Tatsuya didn't have to be to specific as Kasai would know what he is talking about. So Tatsuya did have to make sure all of their bases were covered in case time were to lurer Tatsuya away with earths mysteries.

"I have been well these past days," Kasai said, at his friends first question.
To the second, which was not very much of a question than a statement, Kasai also had an answer.
"I agree, but it is a touchy topic. The village is weak without a ruler," he began. And some strange time vortex seemed to keep it that way. "If I were to have the funding and rank, I have a very large plan to change this, however, the future is unpredictable. No one knows how long it may be before we have a new Hokage, nor whom that may be. If such is the case, I doubt I will gain either the funding or the money, in which case, I must have a plan b. Which, of course, I do. The village's strength and survival are the most important aspects.
"Perhaps you have heard of Itachi Uchiha, of a few hundred years ago?" Kasai would ask, looking at his friend. If he did, this was, however sadly it was, Kasai's plan b.

Tatsuya looks to his knowledgable friend. When He mentioned Ittatchi Uchiha, Tatsuya looks at Kasai with eyes filled with different emotions. Emotions such as wariness and discomfort but above that curiosity.
"If you are suggesting what I thing you are suggesting then that would place the village in a very dangerous position not to mention our selfs."
Tatsuya was surprised and now slightly angered that Kasai would suggest the assassination of their village. The killing of so many shinobi would be fruitful in gaining power but there would be a loss in ones own humanity.
This was something that Tatsuya didn't want and he would stop Kasai at any cost if this was truly an action Kasai would take.
Looking at his friend with serious eyes Tatsuya makes sure that no anger nor any discomfort escapes his mind.

"Fear not, friend," Kasai reassured. "Unlike Itachi, I would not kill any of our own. I do not think I could if I wanted," he said, knowing his friend was worried.
"But if there was a way to make an enemy to the village, without losing any lives, then that would only strengthen the village, would it not? If the whole village united against a single enemy, that would not only cause strong unity, but also strength among every shinobi of the leaf. Of course, I would never suggest killing others, Tatsuya," Kasai said, trying to ease his friend.
"It would have to be enough to make an enemy, yes," Kasai said. "But never taking a life.
"It is only one of the many possibilities, my friend," Kasai said. "And a desperate one at that, but you had asked for my opinions, and that is one of them."
Kasai would do his best to explain. He had seen the shift in Tatsuya's emotion, and knew that he did not fully understand Kasai's plan. Kasai would rather die himself than cause the death of another Konoha ninja, and he had only mentioned Itachi as a reference point.

Tatsuya understanding what Kasai was saying, still could not sway his mind in the direction in witch Kasais was.
"Never" Tatsuay says quickly and turns away form his friend. "Even if the soles of our comrades remained burning I would not tarnish them with betrayal." Pausing for only a moment and turning back towards Kasai. "Like you said...'...of many possibilities...' but I will remain an ally to leaf.
Tatsuya waits for a response and wonders what other ideas have sparked in Kasais mind.

Kasai shook his head sadly.
"I know, friend," he replied. "And I too will remain an ally to the Leaf. I was only bringing forth the possibility because, with the village in its current state, we have to think differently than you normally would. But I understand.
"I believe that, for now, there is only one thing that we can do; which is wait. Hopefully, the strange time dimension that is keeping us from attaining our leader. If that goes as planned, we won't have to worry. If it doesn't, then we will likely have to consider," Kasai said. "But for now, we can only hope."
