Shinichi would quickly get excited to see Jason pull a headband out of his desk and then welcome him to Konoha and would say, "Thank you so much Lord Hokage! I won't let you down!" He would then wait to be sent off by the Hokage to see if he had nothing more to say and would go find Risako after he was, to show off his new Konoha headband.

If nothing else was needed to be said Jason would nod at Shinichi and tell him he was dismissed. Once Shinich had left Jason would resume doing paperwork or whatever he was doing now that he was alone again.

Shinichi would go running out of the Hokage's chambers looking for Risako while putting his new shining Konoha headband on. He'd hope that he'd leave the Hokage alone for a while if he didn't run into any trouble but if he did he knew he'd get sent straight back to his office.
