Kaze sat on his perch taking in every detail possible with his sharingan, and from his point of view he had the upper hand at the moment. As Kotsuzui took in the scene and formed a counter attack his young opponent was doing the exact same. The Kaguya managed to dodge the first flaming head, swinging his arm afterwards releasing what appeared to be a bone from his finger. To the Uchiha, who didn't have much knowledge of the Kaguya clan, found this rather odd but simply put it aside preferring to focus on the task at hand. A plan had taken form in the few moments that had just passed and now it was time to put in into action. A simple plan in the boy's opinion but still one he was rather proud of to say the least, well he was more so proud he had come up with it so quickly.

No, he wouldn't move the head that had been targeted by the bone bullet, nor would he move the four that circled around him. Instead he would alone the first head to be hit, causing it to explode on impact, next he would form a few hand signs,  before blowing out a massive fireball that would incinerate the other four incoming projectiles his opponent had shot from his fingertips also blocking the boy from Kotsuzuzi's line of sight, allowing for a little surprise to be dropped in. As the fireball flew towards Kotsuzui, Kaze strategically placed the four heads of fire that had been circling him behind the fireball hiding them from view, they would be used later. Simultaneously another five heads came into existence, two would remain by the boy's side while the other three targeted his opponent in an effort to keep him on his toes. Each of the three distractions would come in from a different direction taking and erratic path to make it extremely difficult to hit them with any type of projectile, unless Kotsuzui possessed some sort of ocular jutsu that would allow for him to predict the course of the heads. This was highly unlikely but Kaze wouldn't rule it out yet. This would make for a four sided attack, a giant fireball from the front and a demon lantern coming in from the rear, left, and right, not to mention the surprise that was yet to be brought into play, that was if it was even needed.

Kotsuzui was able to complete one of his theories when his bone bullet hit the first fire head and blew it up, meaning the heads exploded on impact. Knowing this, his next attack would have been that much better if they hit the fire heads around Kaze because the four would have exploded all around him. However, Kaze reacted in time to prevent that from happening, maybe due to his sharingan reading the Kaguya's movements? The Uchiha's answered by releasing another massive fireball to intercept the four bone bullets. Based on how Kaze used the jutsu last time, Kotsuzui made the safe assumption that there was going to be some kind of follow up attack. This time it was the fire heads moving in from all directions. Clapping his hands together once again and placing them onto the ground, Kotsuzui used the earth section jutsu once again. This time it was on the earth under him and instead of lifting him he retracted it into the ground lowering him down.

Now the fire ball would simply fly right over him. The fire heads, which Kotsuzui now knew Kaze controlled, would likely be sent down into the hole Kotsuzui was standing in. However this is what Kotsuzui wanted because before the fire heads could make contact with anything, the Kaguya walked forward stepping into the earth allowing him to travel underground. Since he was in the hole he created, Kotsuzui made sure he was out of Kaze's sight so that he would have no idea Kotsuzui was in the ground, and Kotsuzui knew Kaze's exact location.

Popping his head out of the ground about 15 feet behind Kaze, Kotsuzui was hoping that Kaze would think he was still standing in the hole. Seeing that Kaze kept two fire heads around him, Kotsuzui proceeded by lifting his right arm out of the ground firing one bone bullet at each fire head. The attack being a complete surprise attack, Kotsuzui was hoping Kaze would not notice Kotsuzui was not in the hole. If all went well, the bone bullets would collide with the two fire heads engulfing Kaze in the explosions of his own jutsu.

Kotsuzui's counter completely nullified Kaze's plan, as soon as he sunk down into the earth out of the boy's view. You can't fight what you can't see, so the Uchiha had to move and quickly if he wanted to keep the pressure on. Leaping from his perch on the training dummy he hit the ground running, calling the four heads of fire that had been hidden behind the fireball back to his side also recalling the three he had used in an attempt to block his opponent in. Now with a total of nine flaming heads at his command. The boy skidded to a halt in front of the whole taking a risk by peeking down into it. For all he knew Kotsuzui could have been down there waiting for him to look in the hole he had created but Kaze needed to know where his opponent was and staying on that dummy wasn't going to allow that to happen. Plus this wasn't a fight against a real enemy, it was a match between fellow Konoha ninja, an opportunity to hone their skills in a safe environment so it was unlikely he would be dealt a killing blow. It turned out there was nothing in the hole except, well pretty much what you would expect, dirt.

With no idea where the man he was sparring against could have gone he quickly turned away from the hole surveying the area, there was nothing. As the seconds went by the boy analyzed his situation, in this short time he remembered that his opponent was an earth release user meaning that since he hadn't seen anything come out of the hole nor did he see anything other than dirt inside of it. This meant that there was only one logical answer to what could have happened, as an earth user Kotsuzui had to have used some sort of jutsu that allowed him to travel underground. With that solved a new problem arose, if his sparring partner was indeed underground there was no way for Kaze to detect him so he would have to take a slightly different stance to this fight. Instead of keeping the pressure high he would have to sit back and wait carefully taking in every detail looking for the slightest hint of movement. All he could do was sit patiently putting the next series of actions on Kotsuzui. His wait was short as his sharingan picked up nine little white projectiles flying in his direction, it looked as if each object was actually aimed at one of his demon lanterns. Luckily for the boy all he had to do was simply command the heads to move out of the way of the bones that were sure to hit them if they remained in the same spot there were in. With his floating bombs as one might call them safe, Kaze focused his keen eyes on tracing the path the projectiles had taken as they flew past him. 'There.' The thought came as he picked out what he assumed to be the head of his opponent, it was roughly 15 feet behind the dummy the boy had been crouching on only moments before. Now he was able to go back on the offensive even if was only for a short time, at his command two flaming masses of fire surged through the air towards the place where he had seen the head of his partner. The heads would explode only inches away from there target allowing the explosion to do the damage that is if they got close enough before Kotsuzui's head disappeared below the surface. In which case the Uchiha would once again take up the defensive.

As Kotsuzui was moving to a spot behind Kaze who had been standing on top of a training dummy, he came to a sudden halt underground when he felt Kaze land on the surface and start running towards the hole that he had created. This caused Kotsuzui to have a sudden change of plans and did not pop himself out of the ground to shoot the bone bullets, keeping his location unknown once again. He waited for Kaze to stop moving which he had done not to far from the hole. Kotsuzui knew he was probably in the process of scanning the surrounding area waiting for the Kaguya to make a move, and with those eyes of his it would make it a lot easier to do so. Kotsuzui was going to have to be smart about his next move.

Reaching into his weapons pouch on the back of his waist, Kotsuzui grabbed an exploding tag and placed it right below the surface keeping it underground and out of sight from Kaze. Now he began moving towards Kaze once again, this time moving right under the Uchiha, being able to know his exact location. Seconds after ending up under the Uchiha, Kotsuzui set off his exploding tag that had been placed 15 meters behind the dummy. The tag being so close to the surface was powerful enough to burst through the ground and into sight but too far away to do any damage to the Uchiha. It was simply used as an attention grabber to distract the Uchiha. Once the explosion erupted to grab Kaze's attention, Kotsuzui's hands popped out from the ground below Kaze with amazing speed and wrapped around his ankles, the sound of the exploding tag muting the sound of Kotsuzui's hands braking through the ground. Leaving no time to react, Kotsuzui used all his strength to pull Kaze down into the ground leaving nothing but his head sticking out.

If Kaze somehow managed to see through Kotsuzui's plan and evade his attack, then the Kaguya would stay underground and safe from the floating balls of flame to plot out his next attack. If his surprise attack was successful, then he would come out of the ground about 10 feet from where Kaze's head would be creating enough space to see all the fire balls and be able to react if any of them came at him. It required quite an amount of strength to be able to break through the ground and set themselves free, if successful Kotsuzui would be able to see if the Uchiha possessed the necessary strength to do so as he stood with a smile on his face and waited.

Kaze stood roughly a meter away from the hole now, just waiting as it was all he could really do at this time. As the seconds passed the boy remembered that his demon lantern jutsu would be running out any second now, and he needed to have something else to attack with in the case that the previously mentioned technique did dispel. A familiar set of seals were formed by his hands as his eyes continued to search the surrounding area for any sign of the hidden Kaguya. Almost as on cue there was an explosion in the direction of the dummy Kaze had been standing on causing the Uchiha's head to snap in that direction. Simultaneously he found himself being hauled downwards into the earth below, his entire body save for his head was now submerged in the ground. He struggled to free himself finding no room to move at all, instead only feeling the hard earth digging into the exposed skin of his torso.

Understanding that he wouldn't be breaking free of this on his own, and since his hands were stuck as well the only two jutsu currently at his disposal, was his demon lantern, which if he didn't hurry would just disappear, and the one he had just performed only seconds before his was yanked underground. Turning his head slightly he could now see that Kotsuzui was no longer underground and was actually looking at him with a smile on his face. Maybe he thought their fight was over, but he'd be wrong. As an Uchiha, Kaze couldn't allow himself to be beaten so easily. With that thought in mind, the boy quickly formulated a plan to free his body from the ground; pausing he smirked at his sparring partner eyeing him defiantly. Suddenly the ground around the young Uchiha exploded as he commanded the flaming heads to smash into the earth roughly a meter away from him, one at a time. Each explosion dug further into the earth, one at a time they cleared the dirt in front of him until it was loose enough for him to break free under his own power. In the same moment he released the five small fireballs he had been holding in since he had formed the hand seals needed to create them. The dust from the explosions should be enough to prevent the Kaguya from seeing them too early and if he never caught sight of them they were aimed only leg high for two reasons, one of them actually having something to do with the next step of Kaze's plan.

Now free the boy stood in the center of the dust cloud that had been created completely hidden from view, luckily for Kaze his sharingan ,while still incomplete, allowed him to see the chakra of Kotsuzui even with the dust blocking his normal sight. With this advantage he would carefully wait ready to react to the movements of his opponent as soon as they happened, now he was back in control.

When Kotsuzui's grabbed a hold of Kaze's ankles, he knew his distraction had worked. The moment his hands came into contact with the Uchiha he was able to pull him into the ground as well as place a very basic seal on Kaze's right ankle. The seal would only be visible for a brief second before becoming nearly invisible, but because Kaze was now stuck in the ground he would have missed his chance to see it and have no idea it was placed. It was a pretty basic seal, allowing Kotsuzui to track Kaze where ever he may be. He hadn't really placed it for the purpose of this training session, mostly in case he wanted to seek the Uchiha out for future events then he would know where he would be.
 
Now the Kaguya stood back on ground level looking down at his trapped sparring mate. To Kotsuzui's surprise, the Uchiha merely returned the smirk back at him. Had he figured out a way to break free? If so Kotsuzui was glad to see so for he was enjoying this spar, excitement coursing through his entire body. Suddenly all of Kaze's flamming heads shot down impacting the ground and greatly weakening it. Kotsuzui was not going to take any chance of a surprise attack and quickly jumped back to avoid the blasts of the fire heads in case any had gotten to close to him. Due to the debris and smoke Kotsuzui no longer had Kaze in his line of sight, though with his recently placed mark seal he knew the Uchiha was still there. Through the smoke five fireballs flew out towards Kotsuzui. Being faster than they moved, Kotsuzui avoided them easily as he pushed off to the side jumping clear and watching the fire balls fly by.
 
He quickly looked back at the smoke in case more jutsus came at him as the Uchiha was still within the smoke. "So that's how it's going to be" Kotsuzui said to himself as he reached behind his head with his right hand. From behind his neck a small handle made out of his own bones. Grabbing a hold of it, Kotsuzui rapidly yanked on it pulling out his entire spinal cord and replacing it with a new one. Now with his spinal sword in hand, he swung it from where he stood. With a quick release of chakra the spinal sword extended into a spinal whip. With amazing speed, the whip slashed through the smoke towards Kaze. If the whip made contact with the Uchiha who blinded himself in the smoke, the force and strength alone may be enough to fracture the bones in his left arm. The whip would follow up by wrapping around the Uchiha's body three times before locking him in place. If successful, Kotsuzui would pull the spinal whip towards him pulling the locked Uchiha out of the smoke and smashing him onto the ground in front of him with great force. Kotsuzui was hoping that the strength of his whip and force from his pull would be strong even to weaken the Uchiha enough so that he would not have much energy left in the tank, which would allow the Kaguya to end the spar whenever he willed it.

As the battle wore on, the young boy began to feel the effects of its longevity and knew he wouldn't last too much longer if he kept throwing out jutsu. Kaze had to think of another plan, sooner rather than later seeing that if he waited he wouldn't have enough chakra left. His current options weren't exactly of a large variety and that only made things harder. He had shown the hand he was dealt, now he had to finish this with what he had or at least attempt to, Kaze hated losing so he was aiming to win. Taking only a few short seconds he made his decision and with a blink he was off.

It was more or less an all or nothing plan considering if he didn't win here he probably wouldn't be able to mount another attack that could bring him victory. First step, two seals; he exploded out of the smoke screen left from the explosions he had used to free himself, sliding to a halt five meters to the right from where he had been standing Kaze fired off a large fireball once more. Waiting only long enough to see which direction Kotsuzui used to escape he quickly formed a new set of hand seals, followed by a barrage of six fist sized balls of fire aimed in a loose circle in an attempt to take away possible escapes of the Kaguya. This attack was designed to get his opponent moving and then once a path was chosen, to take the opportunity to hit them with an attack while they were busy avoiding the first.

Kaze managed somehow to evade Kotsuzui's bone whip and jumped out of the smoke screen revealing himself to the Kaguya. The Uchiha made his move as a released another huge fire ball towards Kotsuzui. "The same old tricks won't work on me" Kotsuzui thought to himself as he watched the flaming jutsu head right for him. Due from Kaze's past moves, Kotsuzui had a pretty good idea that Kaze was waiting from Kotsuzui to dodge the fire ball and follow up with another attack as he had attempted so many times during this spar. Once again Kaze used a jutsu blocking both the Konoha genin from being able to see one another, and the Kaguya was going to use this to his advantage.

Vanishing in a blur using his taijutsu shunshin while the fireball was only half way, Kotsuzui reappeared feet behind the Uchiha. Due to the fireball blocking Kaze's vision, he would have no idea that Kotsuzui was standing right behind him and since the fireball was only half way to reaching where Kotsuzui was, it would only look like Kotsuzui had not made a move yet. Standing behind the Uchiha undetected, Kotsuzui would swing his spinal sword, which he had just retracted, right into Kaze's right arm. The swing was strong enough to knock Kaze right off of his feet. But before he could be sent anywhere from the force of the swing, the bone sword extended into a bone whip wrapping around Kaze's entire upper body restricting his upper body movements. Grabbing the whip with both his hands, Kotsuzui would throw the Uchiha genin down onto the ground. If successful, the Uchiha genin would be unable to move or perform any and seals with his arms be stuck under the whip and probably did not have enough strength to break free from the bone whip either. If Kotsuzui's attack was complete then the spar would be over for this would show he had beaten the Uchiha. Kotsuzui could also tell Kaze's sharingan was no longer active. Could this be because he was running low on chakra, or was he simply trying to confuse the Kaguya? The next few moments would answer the Kaguya's questions.

(I apologize for my previous post, it was rushed, causing me to make several mistakes. But what's done is done, sorry about that.)

Kaze was taking a huge gamble on this plan, but honestly this entire fight had been a big gamble. The boy had come to understand that he was outmatched a while ago, so he had been planning his moves carefully just studying his opponent and it was now or never. He hadn't come this far to fail himself and be beaten. This required that he have complete faith in his abilities for one but mostly that he trusted his assumptions enough to open himself to attack. Each move he had analyzed was now about to be put to the test, the only thing left to do was put his ideas to be put into action and hope for the best.

Deactivating his sharingan had been risky but necessary, and he hoped Kotsuzui had noticed it, this was all apart of his ruse. After firing off his fireball the boy quickly reactivated them smirking a bit to himself once again. Just as he had thought, the Kaguya believed he had figured Kaze out, while the young Uchiha had actually half hoped his fellow ninja would have simply avoided the fireball coming his way he knew this was a long shot so far into their battle. Quite a few of his attacks had followed the one two pattern and Kaze was willing to bet that Kotsuzui had figured as much; therefore the boy's change of plan should come as a shock to his opponent. While still hidden from the view of his opponent the boy wove a short new set of seals and waited knowing that an attack would be coming, where from he didn't know, but he had figured a way around that. His eyes had solved that problem, well at least he hoped they had.

He caught a flash of white in the corner of his eye, now he had to react, the jutsu had already been set up ahead of time now he just had to time it to fool the older genin who Kaze guessed was currently behind him. The Uchiha would do a good acting job of being caught off guard, anyone would have been fooled as he tried to turn and block the attack, only to be a bit late. The sword would connect wrapping around the boy before he was viciously slammed into the ground only it wasn't him. After smacking into the ground Kaze's body would disperse in a puff of smoke leaving only a training dummy in its place. Silently appearing behind Kotsuzui, his hands would be busy weaving before ten heads appeared tightly around his opponent leaving no room to move, the sheer surprise of his attack should have left the young boy with the victory, Kotsuzui would have thought he had one and most likely dropped his defenses, even if he didn't drop them Kaze's counterattack had been pulled of flawlessly leaving little to no room for an escape. As the heads materialized Kaze's right hand would reach into his weapons pouch pulling out a kunai and placing it gently yet quickly against the neck of his opponent, he didn't want to leave an opening for an attack; although if Kotsuzui did move he would most likely hit one of the flaming heads that were mere centimeters away from his body creating an explosion if touched. 

"That would have hurt." He jokingly stated as he looked at the cracked earth that his body would have met with if he hadn't avoided that sword. "This bone thing you've got going is pretty cool though." With is unoccupied hand he would reach to touch the weapon in the Kaguya's hand, "So do you want to go eat or something because I'm beat." Assuming that their training was over the boy deactivated his jutsu and returned his weapon back to the pouch it belonged in.

The moment Kotsuzui's spinal cord weapon made contact with Kaze's side, the Kaguya knew exactly what was happening. With the invisible mark seal Kotsuzui had placed on Kaze's ankle when he pulled the Uchiha underground, the Kaguya was capable of tracking his position. Thus as soon as Kaze replaced himself with the dummy when the spinal weapon hit him, Kotsuzui knew exactly where he had moved to. Since Kaze had no idea the seal had been placed on him, he believed that he had completely surprised Kotsuzui but in fact Kotsuzui knew exactly what was happening. Kotsuzui didn't know exactly what was thinking but he could make the assumption that Kaze probably believed he had Kotsuzui, but this fight was not over.

Instead of smashing the dummy down into the ground and wasting his time, Kotsuzui rapidly spun around while lowering his body low to the ground while Kaze would be in mid process of forming his hand seals. Performing Leaf Rising Wind, Kotsuzui lifted his right leg with all the strength and speed he could muster up. Due to Kaze thinking he had completely fooled Kotsuzui and he was currently concentrating on forming the seals for his jutsu, Kotsuzui's taijutsu would come as a surprise also. Though Kotsuzui knew there was the possibility Kaze had his sharingan active that would allow him to better perceive the Kaguya's movements, Kotsuzui's attacking was coming in from point blank range and with a crazy amount of speed that it would require a good control over ones reflexes to be able to counteract this strike, let alone dodge it.

If successful, Kotsuzui's foot would collide right under Kaze's chin and rocket him straight into the air. At that moment Kotsuzui's spinal weapon had gone through its use and could no longer be used. With that Kotsuzui dropped his spine with a grin and pointed his pointer and middle fingers on both hands at Kaze, whether his kick made contact or not. If he did, he would simply wait for Kaze to come back to the ground so Kaze could see him ready to fire his bone bullets. If his kick missed or Kaze evaded it, Kotsuzui would still follow up by pointing his four fingers at Kaze to show what he was prepared to do. Either situation would probably result in the two still being within close proximity of one another which would make evading the bullets that much more harder. "The same old tricks won't work on me" Kotsuzui said with a sly grin on his face as he watched the Uchiha. "Your move."
