Kids... Why are they so difficult? (D-Rank)

(Helping the Academy)
Arai walked up to the Classroom door, ready to aid her old teacher in... well... teaching the next generation of Academy students how to be genin. She found that she was touched that her old mentor would select her to be his assistant. How could she turn down the man that gave her confidence in who she was? She wrapped her knuckles on the door and shortly later, the door opened and she was greeted with the relieved expression of her old teacher.
"Arai!" He exclaimed, throwing the door wide. "Thank you for taking time out of your schedule to help me!" Arai walked by him, nodding. Of course she would help him. She stepped up to the front of the class as she had done that one day she demonstrated the clone jutsu for the class. Half of this class didn't seem to be paying her any mind. The other half looked on in absolute boredom. The looks (or lack there of) infuriated Arai to no small degree. Now she knew how her teacher felt on those days the students weren't inclined to listen to his lessons. She found she felt a new sympathy for her old mentor.
"Hi! I'm Arai!" She introduced herself, completely free-forming her speech as she went along, as always. "Um... As you know, I've been called here to tell you why it's important to be a Genin of the Sand!" despite her obvious enthusiasm, the class seemed... less than thrilled, based on the groaning that was passed around like marshmallows around a campfire. Arai's hospitable grin wavered ever so slightly but she reaffirmed it swiftly.
"Anyway, being a genin is important to the Sand. You are the future of this land and you represent our youth..." Arai's voice trailed off as she saw the heads of each of the students fall on their desks, sleep taking their consciousness away. Arai's fists clenched, then relaxed. Perhaps a little scare was in order. She let the wolf go, transforming into her wolven form. She grew a solid foot, a few inches wider with muscle, her hair turning white and rough like fur. She roared loudly, shaking the glass windows and ripping everyone awake. She snarled at them, making them cower in their seats.
"YOU WILL LISTEN TO WHAT I HAVE TO SAY!" She growled, voice full of malice. She didn't mean to hurt them. Only to get their attention. Nothing wrong with a little scare. She pointed a jagged finger at each and every one of them, sharp nails glinting in the low light like daggers.
"I expect you all pay attention now..." All the kids nodded frantically. "Good." She transformed back, returning to her vastly less disturbing human form. She huffed, looking at each of the students challengingly before returning to her sweet little smile.
"Now... as I was saying... You are the next generation of Suna ninja..."
