Ayame had noticed the boy disappeared and was suddenly so far away. She hadn't seen him move until he was making hand signs 50 meters away from her. She thought a moment. He could be using a gen or weaponry Jutsu. He was too far for a medical or tai. Ninjutsu was a possibility too.
Then she saw this black shadowy rigid beam moving toward her at a slow speed of 40, as she had already started to move at a speed of 55, therefore she would now be at 110 and turning around to exit the mist in the opposite direction before the mist would be electrified the whole way, keeping an eye on Jace as she did so to avoid being electrocuted.
The boy floating right now so high that nothing she would throw at him, save maybe a weapon, would work, so she stood there, keeping a vigilant eye on the boy and awaiting his next move and dispelling her mist.

Within seconds of Jace rising above the mist he could make out Ayame now on the opposite side of the field, also outside of the mist. Apparently his lightning was too slow to have hit her, but it did succeed in at least getting her somewhere that he could use his sharingan again. The boy guessed that Ayame had given up on trying to use the mist since it was almost immediately dispelled after she left it. A smug smile crossed his face as his crows continued to circle from above.
He decided on a counter strategy rather quickly. He was beginning to think that battle tactics were his forte. Making himself look a bit bored, Jace pulled out the flute he kept in his rear weapons pouch and began playing a wonderful melody. It truly gave a sense of peace, at least for him. The music was soft and soothing, but loud enough that the sound coursed throughout the training field. The flock of crows descended in a circular motion as the boy played. No doubt the girl could hear the euphoric notes emanating from the instrument by now.
The instant the music entered the girls ears her body would tense, no longer able to respond to any commands she gave it to move. Jace had finally unveiled his specialty: genjutsu by music. It would catch most off guard. He didn't know anyone else that used sound as a conduit to cast their genjutsu. He used this combination during their first attempt at a training session, but she had been blinded at that point and didn't see the effects of the boy's abilities.
Now that she couldn't move, the match was basically over. The crows separated enough for him to drop the remaining 10 feet or so to the ground, landing gracefully in front of his student and still playing his flute. He continued until the song was finished before dropping the flute to his side. "I think the match is over now." he said not unkindly.

Ayame let everything that happened happen, mostly due to her confusion of the flute's paralysis technique.(Though I'm not sure if the sound of a flute can carry 0ver 60 meters considering you were 10 meters above the mist and the mist was up 50, but then again I'm not sure about sound logic because I sucked at physics and shit, but I can tell you that her distance would be around 78-80 meters away in total if I'm doing trigonometry right and assuming that you are directly above where the mist had been as I don't think you have moved until after you started playing) She gave in and allowed him to win, seeing no other way to counteract his measures that were so foreign to her.
Ayame didn't respond to the boy's call of the match being over. She really didn't care much, to be honest, and unless she planned to sneak around and figure out what items people had, this whole part of using items was pointless in her eyes.
She remained respectful verbally and nonverbally while also becoming a little mentally miffed with the entire situation. It wasn't him being better than her that was bugging her, no she could care less about that. No, it was more-so how he ended it so quickly she really couldn't gain any knowledge from it all.

The girl didn't respond at all. She just stood there quietly. He released his genjutsu now that it was all over. Things ended so quickly he wasn't sure that Ayame was really able to learn anything from their match. "So, what did you learn from that?" He was truly curious about her answer. If she hadn't gotten anything out of it herself, Jace would be more than happy to explain everything to her. After all that's what a teacher is supposed to do for their students.

"I learned not to spar with you, for one," Ayame said completely serious one second, but then could hold the demeanor and started to laugh. "I'm just joking, Senpai!" she stated. "Um, let's see. IfI am to be serious you are much, MUCH stronger than me, it's hard for me to do anything. I learned that you can copy my Jutsu as I do them and that you aren't afraid of heights. I also learned that Sound can be used effectively for genjutsu." Ayame seemed a bit unhappy.
"Jace, would you mind toying with me this time instead of ending it so quick?" Ayame muttered, "I want to be pushed to my limits," she stated firmly. "Not so much in defense either, I mean more so in attack." Ayame made sure to mention. "If you don't mind I mean, if you do, we can keep doing this, but I guarantee you will get bored of beating me so easily.

It seemed that Ayame had in fact picked up some useful information, even if she didn't see it as very useful now. The boy smiled kindly at her words, listening and thinking carefully on what he should do next in order to give her the training she desired. Another sparring match would have to do it for now; he couldn't teach her any useful jutsu at this point. So he decided that it would be best to just give her more battle experience. "Alright. Let's go again. I'll back into position and you can make the first move."
After agreeing to continue and mentioning moving back into position Jace did just that. He turned and walked calmly away from Ayame until he was standing exactly 11 meters away from her at which point he would turn around and face the girl. He slid his left foot forward angling his body so that he was perpendicular to her with his right leg in the back. He raised his left hand up so that his palm was facing away from him and extended his arm forward slightly so that it was at chest height. His right hand he clenched into a fist and brought to his stomach at a 90 degree angle so that his knuckles would also be facing his opponent.
"Ok, I'm ready when you are." he said loud enough for his student to hear him after he had taken a deep breath to focus himself. His sharingan eyes watched her closely for any sign of movement, trying to catch her own eyes as they did so. If he could start this off with a genjutsu it would be ideal for him.

Ayame took a battle stance and met the boys' eyes for the first time that battle. It had been so long since she had sparred Mason, and Kyori had never used his Sharingan on her before, so she was taken aback by the stunning beauty of his eyes. Ayame blushed a little remembering those feelings she had for Mason before he... well... ceased to exist. A solemn look developed on her face, but she quickly shook it off, trying to rid herself of those feelings and the possibility of projecting them on Jace. Now that Queen and she were finally getting along, she didn't need to fuck it up by developing feelings for Jace, who was also Queen's boyfriend as well as [Ayame's] Sensei. Gosh, why did she have to fall so easily for guys? Maybe it was that her friends are her only love interests and that she tried to make friends so easily.
Ayame focused on the battle, quickly making the hand signs for Snake's mouth Jutsu, at the speed of 110; Monkey, Rat, Tiger, Dragon, Horse, Dragon. As this spinning water snake took form, leaving her mouth at a scaled speed of 40 and scaled power of 40, she continued on with the hand signs of Boar, Ram, Snake, Horse, and Dragon at a speed of 110. By the time the last dragon was made, the snake had finished leaving her mouth, the lightning from Raiton: Jibashi! (Electromagnetic murder) had reached the snake a moment later with a Scaled speed of 50 and scaled power of 50.
Ayame used her chakra to keep the lightning within the snake as it moved, slinking around after Jace, keeping the water electrified and the lightning from grounding itself.
Ayame then switched gears while remaining vigilant to Jace's movements. She now began to practice her clan Jutsu Saito had been describing moments prior to Jace's arrival.
She made the hand signs of Dog, Horse, and Serpent, having had experience with a lack of cortisol in her body before, all she had to do was make a pheromone that induced fear. She hypothesized about what to mix together within her body. It was extremely difficult to do that and focus on the battle while learning, but she still attempted it, mixing at a speed of 110.
At a scaled speed of 70, the pheromone left her body covering a range of 30 meters in each direction. So long as the boy was withing 30 meters of her, he would be receiving a scaled speed deduction of 70 (This also affects your reaction time :P), for as soon as the boy would take a breath, it would take effect. It would not harm him in any other way and it is very possible that he wouldn't realize it until he attempted to move and could only start running at 15 or make hand signs at 30.
So recap, the snake is heading for him at speed of 40 and power of forty with added lightning damage power of 50 and moving throughout the snake at a speed of 50. While that is coming at him, the moment he breathes, the pheromone will be causing cortisol production to be inhibited only allowing his body to move at a speed of 30 maximum. He may be able to see this tech coming because of Sharingan but should not be able to outrun it without Jutsu assistance.

Ayame took a stance just as Jace had. This time, however, she made a mistake. For the first time that day she had met the boy's eyes, even if only for a moment. In that instant he cast a genjutsu over her using his sharingan. That was checkmate right there, or at least it would have been if this was a serious fight. That wasn't exactly the case in this situation. He was supposed to be giving Ayame battle experience, not defeating her in combat. But that's what made this into the most ideal situation.
Now there would be two separate things happening: genjutsu and reality. In reality, as soon as the genjutsu was successful Jace calmly stood up straight, walked over to a nearby boulder to sit down, and kept his eyes on the girl. Even if he could control what she was seeing and feeling it wouldn't stop her from performing whatever attacks she wanted; it was best for him to stay out of the way and watch her movements from a safe distance.
What Ayame saw to be happening would be a little different. As she performed her water and lightning style combination attack, the genjutsu version of Jace would turn and dash diagonally to the right and away from the girl while he kept his head angled so that he could watch the now electrified snake jutsu as it followed him around the Sand training field.
The real Jace would be safely sitting atop the boulder he had chosen somewhere off to the girl's left and calmly watched as the combination lightning water snake was launched in the direction of nothing in particular, chasing an enemy that wasn't really there. Then Ayame made another series of hand seals that Jace didn't recognize, the air becoming permeated with her chakra immediately after she finished. If it weren't for his sharingan he wouldn't have been able to tell what was happening at all. Who knew she had a jutsu that was almost undetectable like that? Whatever it was he decided he had better avoid it.
"Interesting." he said quietly to himself as he formed four seals in quick succession. Lightning chakra coursed through his body, speeding up every single molecule within him to the point that everything would pass right through him if he wanted it to. It was a new technique he had been working on; it still wasn't completely finished yet. It would be enough for him to avoid being affected by his student's strange jutsu, though.
The genjutsu version of Jace would notice it too, and formed a single seal before increasing his speed immensely in order to outrun both the combination technique and whatever jutsu it was that was making the air thick with Ayame's chakra. He stopped just 38 meters away from the girl, noticing that the chakra had stopped a few meters in front of him and the combination technique had stopped a few meters before that. Twenty meters for the water snake and thirty for the invisible technique. That seemed to be the limit to their ranges. "Come on, you can do better than that!" the genjutsu Jace taunted.
"She's pretty good, using a water and lightning combination like that to keep me distracted while she set up her next attack. I'll have to ask her exactly what it does when this is all over." the real Jace said to himself as he smiled proudly. Lightning flickered around his body periodically, a sign that his new technique Molecular Shift was still active. Now was the perfect time to test just how long he could keep it up.

In regards to Illusion Jace:
Ayame was quick to notice that Jace was running diagonally to her left (his right), noticing that her Jutsu, or rather her perception of her Jutsu chased the illusion Jace. Ayame remained vigilant, turning her body to watch him as he continued to run. She would not leave herself open, however, as she was constantly listening in case of a clone attack or something of that sort. He then got out of range of her Jutsu and taunted her, which upset her a little.
What could she use? There wasn't a whole lot. So she would wait for him to move and she was stubborn enough that she would wait all day if she needed to.
In regards to real Jace:
Ayame remains unaware that she is in a genjutsu thus far. The snake would chase Jace until he got his 38 meters away (wasn't sure if it was image Jace or real Jace as it is confusing. either way, you didn't give real Jace a numerical distance when he went to a rock so even if real Jace didn't move again I could vague him to being this far away even if it is a tad farfetched), bursting at only 20 away from Ayame, dispelling itself with the lightning grounding itself.
