Komori’s plan sounded sensible to Komon, except for the part about senshi scaring civilians, Komon knew that senshi was going to to be checking to see how he had evaluated his brother so he began to take mental notes as to why that point made no sense. The most obvious part was that Komon had a large scar on his face as well. Another reason was that while senshi was undeniably the strongest here, Komon’s body was quite alarming to the average civilian as well. And the third reason was that literally everyone in the academy knew techniques to change their appearance. The transformation jutsu was a requirement to become a gennin and failure to learn it would mean that none of them would be standing where they were today.
He kept his thoughts to himself as he turned to look towards senshi seeing if the boys would have the go ahead to start the mission.

Senshi would simply shrug at Komori’s plan, he note the way Komon was paying strict attention to his twin as though he finally beginning to assess him the way he was supposed to. Senshi was glad that Komon seemed to finally be getting the idea behind these missions. “It’s your plan, you are the taichou of this mission lead us onwards.” Senshi would gesture for Komori to precede him and follow the boy towards the supply center. It would be up to Komori to fill out all the lovely requisitional forms to get the supplies and then distribute them to his team members. Ah the wonders of not having to be in charge and do the paperwork for once.
Senshi listened intently as Komori critiqued his brother, the brutish Chuunin saw this as his chance to teach Komori what Komon was learning now. Probably not necessary, but when you could kill two birds with one stone why not do it? Senshi nodded along following Komori’s reasoning behind what his brother had done right and wrong before he finally responded. “That is a good assessment, keep this up and you should fly through the Chuunin Exams.” Senshi would look to Komon to see how he took the criticism and offer a slight smile to let the other Chuunin know that he didn’t see this as a fault merely something he needed to learn.

First off, a six foot seven bearded man with a scar running diagonally across his face is a lot scarier than a teenager with a scar down his eye. Some of the kids would even think that that was cool. Komori was totally get screwed over here. It seemed as though he had to fill out all of the tedious paperwork. Almost like Senshi was using him in order to do less bureaucratic work and still be able to earn an equal amount of money as he himself was. Komori was rather hopeful that Senshi would be the one to handle all the paperwork, but alas, he was too busy using this mission as an excuse to make Komori do something that he would not usually do. Maybe there were some perks to not being in charge. Komori shrugged the thought aside as he mindlessly filed the time consuming paperwork, as he rather enjoyed being in charge when he could. These exams would just solidify his mindset as a leader and mentally prepare him for the upcoming jounin exams. Of course, provided he successfully managed to pass his chuunin exams. He had just recently finished the preliminaries, where in the last one, Senshi not only broke his arms, but his nose as well. He did not hold a grudge, however, as he was just lucky enough that there were medical ninja on standby before permanent damage could have happened to one of the seven natural wonders of the world, i.e. his face.
Narcissism aside, Komori finished filling out the paperwork. The garage door to the supply depot opened, or maybe it was not a garage door, technology was so infrequent in the shinobi world. Either a forklift operated by a non shinobi or groupings of relatively small and a few large crates. Komori ran up to check the tags on the boxes and compare them to the form that he had on a borrowed clipboard to make sure he knew what was going where. The left grouping of a massive crate that looked as though it would take two people to carry was heading towards one of the orphanages. Luckily, it was the only delivery to said orphanage, so Komori quickly used the clone seal to bring forth his shadow clones once more, and assigned one on either end of the large box. With two clones at a strength of 30, they should be able to maneuver it through the streets. Besides, if they started slacking, they could simply activate lightning javelin and let their lightning chakra course through their bodies and double their strength. He would then delegate for Komon and his clones to go towards a group of three medium sized crates to carry to the other orphanage. With his superior strength, he should not have a problem with it at all. The walking would just be boring as all hell. Komori then looked towards the final crate. It was relatively small in comparison, as it was just for a single family instead of an orphanage, and Senshi could carry it with ease. However, this was his assignment, so he felt obligated to carry it by himself. Upon walking up to the box, Komori would sign the Rat and Dog seals, causing his borrowed clipboard and pen to slowly disappear into various particles as they were placed in an alternate dimension using the Storage Displacement technique. He would then allow lightning to jump across his body for visual effect as his strength was heightened and he managed to pick up the crate with a lot more ease than he ever had before. Komori would then begin walking in the direction of the family home, with Senshi in tow. Should Senshi simply walk with him and observe, Komori would continue on with the crate. If Senshi chose instead to alleviate the load Komori had taken upon himself, the genin would protest unless Senshi was persistent, resulting in the two of them carrying it together, as Komori was stubborn enough to not clear himself of all responsibility.

Komon took a look at the factory in front of him and smiled. This mission was actually something that he could look forward too. It wasn’t a meaningless task, like showing off in front of children or tracking down some crazy old ladies cats. Instead he’d be bringing supplies to a shelter, a place Komon and Komori could have easily ended up if his parents hadn’t been respected shinobi of the hidden cloud and put money into the house that would last well into Komon’s teens.
This was a mission he could take pride in. And his shadow clones that he had yet to disperse would quickly begin to pick up two boxes as Komon took his own. He was solely responsible for bringing these three packages to the orphanage and he was more than strong enough to deliver them alone. He waved to the two other shinobi and told them that it would probably be a good idea to meet back here since Komori had failed to give such details. He didn’t seem to be putting much thought into commanding.
The walk was about five minutes long and Komon made it to the two story building that had rooms and food for the people. He stepped onto the creaky wooden porch of the building with his clones to the side of him before placing the box of supplies on the ground so that he could knock. After a bit of waiting an old woman with abnormally large glasses appeared at the door. “Oh good you’ve brought the supplies” She would say with obvious delight in her voice. Komon gave a radiant smile as he asked where he could place the boxes.
The woman then invited him inside and he placed it on a cheap raggedy table. To which Komon and his clones placed all three of the heavy cardboard boxes on refusing to let the woman try to lift them despite her many offers. The boxes were too heavy for someone of her age to be bothered with and he would simply not allow it. In a bit of a rush he thanked the woman for allowing him to help before he turned back the way he had come and returned to the end of the street appearing back at the factory at what appeared to be an early time as the chuunin senshi and the gennin that also happened to be his younger brother where nowhere in site. Komon decided he’d spend his extra time helping the storage workers by packing boxes until the two got back.

Senshi remembered when he had done this mission the first time, it had been time consuming so he was glad that Komori had thought ahead enough to have them split up. This way they wouldn’t be spending half the day on this one mission. Though in reality only three hours had passed since they had begin misisons, Senshi felt like it had been several days. In his defence, he did often find that he was put on many of the Chuunin additional duty missions so his sleep was being cut into. By being cut into, Senshi meant that he got maybe four hours a night since he needed to keep up his training and keep improving his own technique arsenal.
That was hard enough as a Genin, when you added in missions galore and all the additional duties Senshi felt certain that the higher ups were trying to see how long it would take him to burn out. Regardless Senshi would complete every task he was given to the best of his abilitiy. Not point in slacking after all the hard work he had put in. He followed Komori silently, letting the water boy carry the ridiculously light looking package. Once they arrived at the shelter for the family and handed it off the two shinobi returned to the supply depot. Senshi making a note to remind Komori to set link up points next time.
Senshi was wholly unsurprised to see Komon already waiting for them, considering that they had walked rather slowly instead of running to the shelter. As they milled around for several seconds Senshi withdrew the next D rank mission from his pouch handing it over to Komori. “Develop a plan for this mission. Keep in mind that we are traveling to the Dragon Ravine to complete it so you need to determine how we will move supplies and what formations we will hold.” Senshi then took a step away from Komori crossing his arms over his majestically muscular chest while he waited for Komori to give the orders.

Komon could fight Komori for suggesting that they met back there and doubting his leadership abilities in his mind. At least Komori could tell that from their twinsticts, or their psychic bond. They all split up and managed to meet back at the place that Komon had set up as a rendezvous point. Komori had thought that it was implied that they were to meet up back at the storage depot, so he did not feel as though he had to vocalize it. Yep that was it. Komori looked over the mission note that he had been handed from Senshi. Upon reading it, he immediately sprung into actions and began barking orders. He was still relatively chill though. “Brother!” he would say addressing Komon, obviously. “I’m going to need you to make more of those white scribbly birds that you used earlier. I’m assuming that they can carry some benches right?” The benches and other supplies which were conveniently stored inside the storage depot. Komori sighed as he sent a clone to go do the paperwork. “And I know full and well that you can make more than a single clone, so be sure to carry something on foot as well. We need to maximize productivity!” They would totally grow tired of him taking charge one day but he did not really care because he was doing some work.
Just in case his twin did not hear him, Komori used the taijutsu move discipline to smack him across his less attractive face. “Get your head back in the mission, soldier!” Komori was acting like a young, abusive drill sergeant, and he did not know whether it had been the criticism that had brought about this satire, or simply his sleep deprivation. Maybe his body was finally just crashing from the pressure of taking his chuunin exams. Nonetheless, he was prepared to finish this mission and be done with the D-Ranks for the day. Komori sent his free clone to the storage area while his other one filled out paperwork, and he would begin unpacking grills and such. With Komon on moving duty, Komori turned to Senshi. “Hey, big guy,” he was getting used to talking to the chuunin as an equal on friendly terms, although he should probably save the equality for when they were truly on the same level. “I figured with your super manly beard of manliness that you wouldn’t mind getting some firewood? I mean…” Komori stepped back and gestured to Senshi’s entire body. “You’ve just got that big, burly lumberjack vibe, you know?” He wondered how the boy who usually refrained from showing his emotions would react and would wait for any response before turning back to his clone. “Oh, and we’re all to regroup at the picnic site after we complete all our tasks, alright?” he said rhetorically into the air. He then signaled for his clone to body flicker towards the Dragon Ravine. Upon arrival, he would summon a small amount of water balloons from a pool of his own hydrificated clone self and use them like airway markers, directing the ink based hawks to the proper landing zone. Upon completion of the paperwork, the real Komori would head towards his clone and begin the process of unpacking as well as organizing while he trusted Komon to continually send over the materials necessary until he ran out, to which he would come over and help wrap everything else.

“Did he just slap me?!” Komon thought as his brother seemed to take on a douchey drill sergeant persona, even going so far as to call him soldier. He instinctively slapped his brother back not allowing him to abuse him in such a way. Besides, their relationship was usally mutually abusive, it would be uncharacteristic of him to just sit there and take it. After his well thought out and frankly effective retaliation Komon would create his birds and begin to strap picnic tables to their backs while setting the barbeque grills in front of them. The birds would then user there talons to grab onto the grills and take to the sky beginning to hover around the factory as Komon summoned his clones to help him lift some benches. Two trips was completely unnecessary if he could put in the work he was going to cut off the need to take two.
Each of his three clones taking one of the light wooden benches and each of the two birds taking a picnic table strapped to their back, along with a grill on their talons. That left them with 3 benches 2 tables and 2 grills plus whatever senshi and Komori managed to carry.
The clones now darted down the streets of kumogakure with the birds following closely in the sky. Komon would eventually make it out of the village and into the dragon valley, where he would find Komori’s bubbles and land his large black and white birds.

Senshi stared at Komori as he took on what would become known as the most idiotic representation of a movie-type army or marine drill sergeant. He did know that people didn’t act like that in real life right? Slapping someone was just asking for an assault charge. Still despite the fact that Senshi wasn’t all into the goofing around thing he recognized that, that was what the two brothers were doing. He recalled seeing his own brothers doing something similar as they were growing up. Not that he had ever been invited into their games, but he had observed when he had not been busy studying or training.
His attention shifted to Komori as the tiny, puny, runt of the littler started talking about how he was big lumberjack man. Senshi simply shrugged before responding, “I did once take part in a deforestation mission, where I had to cut down some trees and collect the pieces. So I am more than qualified for this task.” His tone was no nonsense and completely dry, considering her didn’t get that Komori was joking around. With those words uttered he walked over to the portion of the supply depot that had wood and quickly loaded himself up with it so that he looked like a great big wooden golem.
He would then follow the twins towards the Dragon Ravine, having made the trip there plenty of times himself. He didn’t need to see much but he was certainly going to rip into Komori for not thinking ahead and explaining the formation they would be moving to the dragon ravine in. They were leaving he safety of the gates after all, and if Komori was this casual about it then he was going to find himself with a dead Genin on his hands one day from lack of preplanning.
