There were two sides, the ones who ran for temporary safety, and the ones who went to fight the battle out towards the gates. Haruki belonged to neither side. He made sure to isolate himself from both sides, being at the exact opposite exit from those who ran and the ones who fought. Not a single sane being would reside in the location he was. Surely he was far from the sights and senses of the villagers. Was he lost? Did he do this by accident? The green hood covering his eyes would signal that not being the case in the slightest. So what was he doing? A young boy who felt like he was ready to depart, not just for safety, but gain as well. The selfish nature of a child, but he was full well capable of surviving. If not, at the very least, moving at rapid speeds. Or perhaps the better question would have been, what motive was there? Reflection on the scenario that occured a while ago pained him, but it was not his only reason. There were a few, but it all could be summed up to be what the child would call, a massacre.

First, where were his friends? Haruki expected them to help him, but they ended up being confirmed dead. Hiro, that was the name that stuck to him. The other one... It's been too long. He remembered the appearance, but not the name that it identified itself as. Both were dead, and the number of others were scarce. Now they were under attack, and not even Akane was here to help him. She made it, he did nearly. He missed her, but now was nowhere. And then the incident... There was one person left, Aunt Nea. About an hour ago, she was alive. But that fact became fantasy during evacuation. Maybe if it didn't happen, he might have stayed. The stampede of villagers, they pushed her down as they were running for dear life. The amount of times he tried to help her up was about equal to the amount as the number of times she got stomped on the chest. The heart can only take much shock before... Before...

So what was he left with? Who rather... His first teacher went away nearly a year ago, so Haruki can scratch that off of the list. Hm... The Yuuri twins were probably still around, but they finished their training with him a while ago. They had little to no business left with each other. The only one Haruki can say he had a relationship to left that was still available was his good friend who made it when he couldn't. The safety of the walls were questionable as well. Temporary safety in the hands of someone else was nowhere near comforting of a thought. At least, he would be able to fight for it himself. As for packing up? Nea was dead, and he wanted any trace of himself gone. So he burned his possessions from his former house, then let the ashes be in his pocket, as he would rather not have a trail leading to him. This left him with his common and casual clothes. He knew how others would react, so he made sure to not make the thought  his plan emit from his lips. The distance as well, and his chakra was minimal in strength. And he had no plans to make even any noise about it. His custom rollerblades were ready to travel through the desert. Looking around, he heard nothing or saw nothing, which should be expected as he was the furthest he could be from anyone. Sighing once, he would push his weight forward to skate through the ghost of an exit as quickly as he could.

Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.”

Hearing rumors about there being two strange people at the gates Koroshi at first was going to allow his ninja to handle it, that is until he got the letter from Jace's crow. Giving the letter a quick read through Koroshi's eyes focus and lock onto one word, well more of a name "Maku" Upon seeing this Koroshi's eyes would quickly change to his final tier bloodline state for the first time in awhile he speaks to the beast within his head who is laughing as of the current moment, within Koroshi's mind he stands in front of the fox demon, it notably having some bruises on its body, glaring up at him Koroshi simply says the following words "Give it" The laughter from the beast finally stops as he looks at Koroshi with a grin, this being the first time he is being called upon to help him or the village "Why would I do that?" Koroshi speaking not even a moment after the beast finishes "No games, you do not have a say in the matter!" as Koroshi speaks the chamber within his mind begins to shake as he is preparing to go into one of his gates in order to force the chakra out. With a scoff and a sigh as he knows what will happen Kurama begins to pour his chakra into Koroshi before laying down, his head facing away "Do whatever you want, once you are dead I am free so I really do not care"


Once the conversation between the two is finished Koroshi returns back to reality, barely a second passing in real time as he looks out the window at the village he was chosen to protect, his body glowing with a bright orange aura, 9 tails moving around behind him "I am not going to allow my village to be attacked or hurt anymore" the Kazekage says before his body dashes forward faster than most could see as he makes his way to the gates. Given that everyone is still resting from the Jounin exams everyone including those watching the fights would still be within the village, his family being in the chamber with him.

With his body exerting nine tailed beasts chakra this should send red flags to everyone within the village, even those that are sleeping feeling this level of chakra being released wake the village up.


Koroshi chakra sense easily allows him to track down where Maku is located, finding him before he slips away into the crowd. Everyone be able to sense Koroshi coming begin to head toward the direction of the Kazekage chambers viewing that where ever Koroshi is heading must be dangerous for him to use this power. Even normal civilians not being able to fully sense chakra can still feel the chakra the beast is giving off. Any ninja wishing to stay and fight are welcome, however Koroshi has told them how he will fear for their safety.



Having fought Maku before he knows that Maku uses widespread attacks like the one that he used to kill Echo, not knowing if more jutsu now or even a stronger blast Koroshi cannot allow him to get too deep into the village as the death toll would be unthinkable. On top of that and having memories of Echo's time with him he knows that he is skilled with genjutsu, something that he has never been good at, with this all going through his mind Koroshi begins to think up a plan of attack, then it hits him, he is faster than him using the gates, and now he is adding the tailed beasts chakra to himself he should be fast enough to end the fight before it starts, and before anyway gets hurt.


With that in mind, Koroshi nearing the area that he is in would shout "Seventh gate... OPEN!” His body however, doesn’t respond, the words only heard within his mind. His form vanishes in crimson as Koroshi makes up his mind to enter the Seventh Gate. Koroshi is transported to the world of his brother, it looks off, decay, a crumbling castle, is this an image of things to come? What is going on? His body radiates with power, his eyes burning with the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, those same eyes however fall upon his family, his brother, his niece, and his nephew, they are embracing each other whilst he hears his nephews words. “Dad where’s mom?!” Before nothing, they are gone. The castle is crumbling around him as he stands in the throne room. His gaze darts left and right, the man evading debris as he tries to grasp what is happening, his necklace is grasped as he tries to leave this place, his hand however grasps air, the key to Asgard is no more. Managing to evade the debris Koroshi reaches a wall, a mighty kick sends him through it and out of the castle only for him to land on the wasteland terrain below. His eyes however are greeted with what is occurring outside, the land seeming to be erased, crumbling in upon itself. “Viper…what have you done…” He feels his powers growing weaker, the cloak of the Kyuubi vanishing, his right arm slowly starting to break away. He looks up towards the black sun of this world. Fear over takes him, he was ready to die, so that is now what bothers him…he is stuck here, whilst his village, whilst his people are getting killed, his eyes close in anger at his inability to do anything about it, his left fist clenching as he tries in vein to force himself out of this world, begging that this is just some twisted Genjutsu done by his attackers, but alas, it is reality. Despite the mans power, despite his ideals to protect, he is powerless to do so, and has to remain here, knowing that. His left hand begins to break away now, the very hands he used to support his village, the hands he valued for his Taijutsu, taken from him first. His head goes down, his eyes remaining closed, a few moments of silence pass before his body breaks away in a crimson light, being taken into the world of Asgard. It can be argued that the moment the man decided to kill the attackers was the moment he was no longer worthy to live, his ideology shattered, and this is his punishment.

So ends Koroshi Uchiha, the Juggernaut of Sunagakure.
To his attackers, a great power is felt before it is removed, questions are left unanswered for the time being to not only his attackers, but those in the village as well, the one that was supposed to protect them, gone.

(This post is going to be taking place of my battle reply, resetting the timeline back before any kill could happen. We have already spoken about this with Maku and Takeo, as well as members of staff. Anyone wishing to continue this topic will be starting after this post. )

Just like that, something that could have been beautiful was wiped away.  Maku had met many shinobi in his time, some considered to be the strongest of the times.  He had killed one of them, and entered combat and survived with another.  There was one to settle a score with, and yet just as he arrived he had vanished.  Maku watched with red eyes taking in his actions.  He saw the power of the Kyuubi, he saw the strength of will that led men to become legends, and now he saw nothing......

His hand reached up and scratched behind his ear tousling his blonde hair.  "Ummmm wierd.....". He would say, the smile from Takeo's previous comment probably still on his companions lips.  He reached out, his chakra sensory taking the land, his eyes scanning the visual plane.  While he stood still, anyone that had any sensory abilities would be able to feel how much turmoil Maku's chakra actually was in as he searched for the man he had just seen.

Space time chakra had taken the man, yet the man he had fought had had no such abilities, at least that he had revealed.  This seemed different, something more sinister.  There was no way he would leave willingly, and because of that Maku was more on guard now than he had been before.

His Girl Scout outfit morphed into black robes, red clouds drifting leisurely across the fabric.  Reaching up he pulled the mask up on top of his head, his chakra immediately being hidden unless someone around had a higher chakra than he did.  "This has been, an interesting trip so far aye?"  He would say looking at the man, who was clearly about to take a drink at 300 speed, but had stopped just short.

As he looked back on the village his chakra would flux, and behind him a beast would erupt, 50 meters tall.  It's golden form dominated the twilight landscape, its sirens face almost peaceful before its mouth opened, revealing razored teeth.  As Maku spoke quite calmly, his voice was amplified by his display of power, becoming the people of sunagakure to come witness the place where their Kazekage had vanished.  "People of Sunagakure, your leader has vanished......if this is some attack on us, we will respond in kind.  We demand to speak with an emissary now......". The golden beast would maintain, and close its mouth, again taking on a serene image.

"Well if that doesn't get us some attention, not sure what will."  He would say with a slight chuckle towards Takeo.  Reaching into his bag he'd throw a cookie into his mouth and start chewing.

As Kyson watched the battle from afar, he couldn't even read what happened. It occurred in a blink of an eye, too fast for Kyson's eyes. Kyson froze, seeing his leader and close friend just.. just disappear before his eyes. He couldn't even process on what just happened. Slowly jumping down from building to building to reach ground-level. Seeing a huge beast erupt from one of the two. There was something strange about this feeling of the chakra, it felt dark in some sort. But judging from the situation, this wasn't looking very good.

He heard the main shout out leader has been vanished and he wanted to speak to a emissary. Kyson thought back to when Koroshi stated he would be next in line for Kazekage if he were to ever fall. Kyson till this day still doubts those words. And wonder why he would chose someone as weak as himself. Kyson probably couldn't lay a finger on Koroshi, so why on earth would he think he was worthy of being next in line. As Kyson walks up to the two alone, seeing a large beast stand tall in the sky. Kyson would be standing roughly, 15 meters from the two shinobi.

"L-Lord Kazekage.. told me. If he were to ever fall. I would be next in line. What is your business here?" Kyson would say to the two. Seeing as these two are no push overs. At least they seem that way judging from the looks of it. Kyson awaited an answer. Not knowing how to even handle this situation, seeing his leader just vanish suddenly. Not even 18, and this adolescent child was given such a huge responsibility. The village's future was now in his hands.

You see Raizuko had been resting for days...or was it months. After his previous sparring match with the Lord Kazekage he had decided it was best if he rested his chakra for a while. Having already nearly completely drained it when he had given everything he got trying to defeat the man. At the moment he was standing in a shopping market little ways away from the entrance of the village, where the gates were located. Still being daytime, maybe mid afternoon, he had decided it was best for him to get some supplies. Things such as food, water, and ninja tools as his time of resting was over. Looking around he would see that the shopping center was quite packed. People from all over were still about due to the Konoha and Suna Joint Jounin Exams. A stupid thing if you asked him. Back in his day you earned the position of Jounin from missions alone.

Anyway having bought all of his supplies. He would begin to walk to the theater. Apparently a show was going on detailing a play of when one of the Kazekage's disappeared. Such a hard time for the Sand. That was around the time when he begun to lose his friends due to death. Holding back a few saddened thoughts, he would observe the area. Something was off and he could feel it. Not even a second later a surge a power would rise in the distance. It had the malice of a thousand murderers. Something not even young Raizuko had ever sensed in his life. This surge of power would cause his reflexes to activate. The white of his eyes and black of his irises going from those colors to complete gold as if they had been dipped in a forge. Instantly, the world around him would begin to gain even more focus. As if a camera had readjusted its lenses.

Not a second after activating his doujutsu would he feel a chakra signature that he would not forget. It was only months ago, but he still remembered the power that fell from Koroshi as he activated something called a "Gate". Was he sparring with someone? He couldn't be? Surely there was no one else in Suna who could match the chakra of Raizuko to the point where the Kazekage had to activate the best of his abilities to fight them. That could only mean one thing.... A blow of wind would come come to his right side as he was standing on the left side of the strength. The distant of the figure soaring through the sky being roughly 60 or so meters away from him and heading apparently at full speed towards the gates of the village. Koroshi! Raizuko didn't know what was happening, but he followed the soaring man.

Although, the Akari was not moving at full speed. Running at the speed of 30 he would come to stop 30 meters away from the gates. Which wasn't that far was the shopping place was 10 meters behind him. As he was running he felt something. The chakra of the Kazekage had completely disappeared. Looking back as he ran he would hear a man from his front say something about Koroshi vanishing and asking for an emissary. Looking at the man as he stopped he would see Kyson a couple of meters to his right talking about he was next in line to become Kazekage. What hell was going on? His hair blowing in the wind due to his helmet not being on...he would only stare.

(Activated Golden Eye which is 5AP so 770AP left. Reaction Time is currently 245 I think due to +80 from Golden Eye and +25 from Experience Fighter and speed is now 120 ATM. Chrotozo is currently passively increasing my chakra by 25)

From the perch yen arrived. The kage vanished in a flas of red light. It was preplexing and mystifying. Yet he heard and felt the aura roaring from a nice  roaring beast would form from the man known as maku. 


Perhaps the others were blatedly unaware of what was sitting infront of them. Yet his own display of power being merely a wall nullified and eased the hearts of thoes sorrounding the messs that occured.


"Yes you are correct the kazekage vanished. But we neednt be hastey in our flaring chakra for the innocent nor the others around us. A peaceful meeting between parties would do perfectally. Let us ease down our chakra levels and deal with this with a gentlemans manner. Formalities and a representation."


Yen spoke as he simply walked up to the group and nodded.


"Yensung. Representative of the hokage kirusu, hailing from konohagure no sato, village hidden in the leaves and of the nation of the eternal flame. As counsel i would request we try to ease aways from any conflict.  As much as we can possibly afford. Do you two belive that the kage vanished in any manner, way, or due to reacting to your appearance?" Yen asked honestly as  he showed the respect of a shinobi looking out for his own. 


Plus making sure he could report to any supiriors on instructions for the resting konoha shinobi. As lord kirusu was at the moment busy. He would stand in as konohas representative and voice. Upon maku lowering his display of power yen would do the same and they would remain even as much as possible.


"Kyson congrats. You get to step up now as the face of your nations shinobi. An honor" yen would tip his hat towards kyson before returning his attention to the two strangers.




"Names please good sir's"

Seeing that scene bothered him to some extent. Just witnessing something with no answers irritated him slightly. It couldn't be helped at this moment. As Kyson would slowly maneuver his way towards the ground, Royalty would just do one solid leap down. He didn't feel like hopping from building to building. As Kyson would approach, Royalty would be trailing about 2 meters behind him.

The display of power was something that Royalty wasn't used to seeing. It was certainly effective in grabbing the attention of the two. Feeling empty that their leader wasn't here at the time, the Yuka would be troubled about judgement. What to and what not to do? These thoughts quickly passed. In response to what the two had vocally requested, Kyson would speak first. As his words would register in his head, this came as a surprise to even him. He looked towards his 11 o'clock as this is where Kyson was standing.

Oh really? Next in line.. This was big information, he thought to himself. Roy wondered how long Kyson had been keeping this to himself. In his defense, the two hadn't gotten too much time to talk considering how focused they were during the Jounin Exams. But still, he would of liked to know this sooner. With the sudden disappearance of Koroshi, Roy could only imagine how Kyson was feeling at this moment.

At this point, Kyson had been finished speaking. Royalty didn't necessarily want to ruin a good suspenseful moment, but he was just dying to say it. Leaning over slightly in Kyson's direction, he whispered very subtly while looking up at the display from Maku.

"Bro on the real, I didn't sign up for this sci-fi shit..." His remark only to be almost interrupted by Raizuko's entrance. This man came in on a full sprint like he was doing the 100 meter dash. Where is he coming from? Smelling like the produce section from the market. Eyes looking like a disco ball. Very intimidating if you ask me. Roy would be looking over at Raizuko thinking about how much his eyes reminded him of his own. This was only overshadowed by yet ANOTHER man showing up. This one Royalty recognized from the still young Jounin Exams. This was going to be an interesting story. Let's see what he has to say.

(Only planned on timelining Raiz but Yen posted midway through mine and I didn't feel like adjusting for him)

Well. Wasn't this odd. Takeo brought the vial of water down from his lips. The sudden appearance of the blonde haired man had made him move to drink. The disappearance naturally ceased his actions, and the vial of water was moved back into it's little pouch at his hip. Takeo turned to look over towards Maku, wondering if perhaps he had some explanation for this. Seemed he didn't though, simply passing this off as weird. "Yes..quite an odd experience for sure." Takeo replied to the second comment made. "Do they greet all their guests like this?"

Given how there was no reason for Takeo to be provoked into any sort of hostility. He sort of hung back awhile Maku went about his announcing stuff. The white haired man watched as Maku displayed his power. He was strong, that was for sure. Takeo ran a hand through his hair. The man was tempted to also unleash his own power. However, he refrained from doing that. It might end up scaring away whoever would want to talk to them. Mission came first, fun later.

Maku's display did wonders, as shinobi seemed to appear out of the woodwork. They all seemed slightly familiar. Almost as if he had met them before. Takeo frowned, it was unlikely though. A replacement leader of the Kazekage after his disappearing act arrived. That made things easier, it would be a pain to have to sort through people to find the highest rank. He was followed by another, perhaps a bodyguard of some sort? Takeo didn't really pay much attention. His eyes were still on the spot where the Kazekage had disappeared.

Some others arrived, one apparently being a representative of Konoha. Interesting. Were the two villages allied then? Takeo tried to recall back. Sounded sort of familiar probably safe to say they were. Maybe he should visit that village later on, he hadn't ever been in that part of the world yet. "Takeo, messenger from Hoshigakure." He said plainly. Politics time, such fun. "Here to bring an update about some prince who came from here."

As the men came out of the wood works, Maku watched each arrive. Two had things to say and both claimed important roles in the proceedings. A stand in for kage, and an emissary from the leaf. He listened as Takeo introduced himself, and with a snap his display of power and all semblances of his chakra were gone.

"Maku, stand in Raikage, warlord of Kumogakure, and the greatest chef on earth." He would say with a smile. "My new friend here has is own business. I however have some delicate matters of my own to discuss." He would continue the same smile gracing his lips.

He looked at each of them in turn, wondering if any would attack. He doubted it, there was no reason to as of yet. His chakra senses still scanning for what should be his, or more so, his old friend that he wanted to reunite with.

"I formerly request an audience with the stand in for Suna, and you can come to leaf emissary." He would say pointing towards Yen. "Long story short, we are going to handle my friends business first, then we will discuss the surrender of Sunagakure to Kumogakure and it's assimilation into the new empire. As for the Leaf, you are free to watch and report everything you see, just don't interrupt, k" he would give Yen a wink as he said K. He'd then let out a laugh as if he had been joking, "but seriously, we should talk." He'd cut his laugh off quickly looking serious for but a moment before returning to care free.

He'd glance over his shoulder at Takeo, and feign whisper, "long story I'll buy you a drink to explain." Looking back at Kyson, his next words would still be sing song, his hands would clap together. "Well where can we meet?" Hopefully he'd give a location, and they could get the negotiations underway.

After Kyson approached the two shinobi, Royalty was right behind him. And more and more shinobi began to approach behind him. Kyson has no experience or any way possible on how to handle this situation. Kyson has no idea where Koroshi went or what happened to him. But he can’t sense his chakra presence. It just disappeared… but he had other problems in front of him that he needed to deal with. Kyson would nod to yen as he congratulated his for his position. But Kyson isn’t liking this situation at all. He doesn’t know what these people want and judging from their introduction, fighting them would just be suicide and innocent people could lose their lives. As Royalty made his comment, Kyson would reply.. “Just ignore him..”
 
Maku, stated he was a stand in Raikage from Kumo. That alone made Kyson angry inside. Not letting any emotions show, but he was angry to know his home has come to possibly destroy his second home. But for him to say he was Raikage made him question, what happen to Youka? Koroshi told Kyson and Royalty about how Kumo fell when he showed up. The man that was responsible for killing Kyson’s family, his people are standing right in front of him ready to take away his new family. The other guy was a messenger for Hoshi, but Kyson never heard of that village. His goal was to turn Suna into Kumo, Kyson couldn’t let that happen again. Seeing for himself, how Kumo treated their civilians and having them out in the fields suffering. Kyson’s main focus was getting these people out of the village. Other than Kyson and  Royalty, most people in this village hasn’t seen what Kumo is capable of and how they do things.
 
As Maku looked over to Kyson and asking for a place to meet. Kyson has no choice but to talk to the man. It would be best if done with not a lot of people around. The village would be in panic after seeing Koroshi disappear and a huge beast of chakra erupting from Maku. In our eye’s, Koroshi just disappeared. But in civilian’s eye’s, some would assume he has fallen and rumors would spread that the Kazekage might have fallen. Kyson would look towards Maku and speak.
 
“We’ll meet in the Kazekage’s office. Me and my assistants here...” Pointing towards Royalty and Raizuko. “Will meet you there to discuss things.” Not knowing how things will turn out, Kyson’s main focus is at least getting the people of Suna out of here safe and sound.
 

“Anyone else, can you please calm the villagers down and make sure everyone is safe. Giving orders isn’t really my thing, so I ask could you please make sure everyone stays calm.” Kyson would request anyone that is around him. Kyson would then begin to head towards the Kage building to meet them there if they agreed.
