He isn't.


He knocked the bijuu out and is dragging it's out cold body around. I don't think that counts as "Control" (This is something that is common for the Bijuu battles.)

Ummmm that doesn't make sense still. His strength is 40 and has nothing to drag the beast with. You have to have 300 strength to lift or drag him

Please keep ooc conversation out of this thread (except for bumping of course and takeo if he has more to say.) I will bring this thread up to staff chat again and we'll hopefully get all of this resolved shortly.

To lift, not drag (HUGE DIFFERENCE), and once again, this is just something that was allowed for anyone wother a bijuu but no way to seal it to get it somewhere for it to be Sealed into them.

Takeo will NOT be voided here and this topic will be allowed to proceed.

However due to him  listing Takeo as deceased on his Jashinist character app this is considered trolling. Takeo is given his final verbal warning.

(So, I am attempting to enter this topic, but I need to know what is going through and what hasn't gone through, Dameon's post happened while this topic was supposedly locked, and makes very little sense (Although, if that is something his character would do, it isn't my place to say what is IC for him or not), Kaz's character was doing things that he shouldn't of done, and is now Dead, and there is alot of clutter, what has gone through and what hasn't gone through?

Damon is voided and since Kaz killed his char assume he just left unexpectedly.

Okay okay I've been PM'd about this issue so I will fully explain the conversation that went on in staff chat.

To start I'll begin with the claim that you need 300 str to lift a bijuu. Hikari' point about it being a semantics of words "lift" versus "drag" was taken into account. Now I agree this sounds like the whole "burger physics" issue from awhile ago. So staff went through all the Bijuu fights and noticed that Xyxer also dragged his Bijuu back to his village. Also, Komon Hyuuga and myself dragged our Bijuu back to Kumo. We also then went over Takeos stat page to determine if he could achieve 300 strength. As you can see we went over every little detail that we could to be as fair as possible. We also considered the fact that Takeo, or anyone for example, would be able to have NPC's assist him. We also considered the fact that unless you conducted the fight with a sealing specialist that they would be unable to seal the bijuu within themselves and thus making their fight, kind of pointless since in most cases that is the goal. With all this in mind, and the fact that we, the staff, misinterpreted Takeo's bijuu fight and didn't ensure that his claims were correct when the topic was approved. As such we determined that Takeo would be allowed his Bijuu and to bring it to Hoshi to have it sealed. When I say we, I mean all of staff voted, while not a unanimous decision it was one Takeo's favor.

Second Issue: Posting OOC comments in this thread after being told. It to: Hikari you posted twice after Sakana told everyone to stop. You could have deleted your first one as it was a mistake, however your second post was clearly made knowing that it had been asked. As such I am giving you a verbal warning, please do not post OOC Comments in an active thread, especially since you were not apart of this thread at all. You have no IC post here and you should not have entered this thread while a mod had been called to make a ruling. This is only a verbal warning, it will go no where else so long as you do not do it again. 

Third Issue: Damon - Damon this is your second Ban warning, you have one left before we begin issuing Ban strikes. Your post was the same as Hikari's, you jumped in the thread while a mod was called to. And a warning. I respectfully request that you do not do this again. 

Fourth Issue: Akemi - The same as with Hikari and Damon, you entered this thread when you had no reason to, and you entered it making OOC Posts. As such you receive the same as Hikari, A verbal warning. It won't go anywhere from here just please do not repeat this.

Fifth Issue: Xyxer - The same as with Hikari, Damon, and Akemi. I am not penalizing anyone for the +1 or -1 posts as we had approved those until the fame system was back up. Now that it is back that action is no longer allowed, instead use the fame Plus or Minuses. However, you did make OOC posts when you should not have been in this thread and it isn't the first time. As such you receive he same as Damon, A ban warning. You have two more before a Ban strike will be issued. 

Sixth Issue: Where is the thread at: This thread is at the last IC post on the first page, however Kaz is dead so assume that after he tried to let Takeo in that he took off before, whoever from Hoshi that wants to, appears. The thread will continue he from this point. 

Final note: I understand that all you guys wanted to do was to defend your friend and that kind of loyalty is completely comendable. From now on though if we have an issue in a thread please make a seperate OOC topic in the OOC section, one of the members who is in the thread IC will make a post linking the OOC topic. From there anyone who wants to make a post that is relevant to the issues may do so and the actual thread will not become cluttered, thus cutting down on any confusion. I hope that my explaining all of this has soothed any issues people have.
