The First Storm [Village Destruction] - Page 6 Empty Re: The First Storm [Village Destruction]

Mon Oct 30, 2017 8:14 pm
Most battles going faster than yen could percive the mizukage apparently was walking back towards konohas side and yen merely tapped a foot with the showl of grey sorrounding him chakra with the secondary one inside just incase. However the strong never arrived and yen was left with the "rejects". They attempted weapons that tried to peirce him hardly caused him to bat an eye as the foolish kiri ninja that tried eventually got the message as he waved them off with his right hand and scratched his nose. Some  walked away with either broken, bent, or shattered blades, but one thing was common. The rain was not the only  thing drenching their faces. Apparently the salt water was not only from the sea as they say.  Hard work all for naught.

Hm well they just dont make weapons the same. Here i guess. Or they should kill a bear or two once in awhile.. i would say weekly bear kills from their by the feel of their blades.... once every 3 months. More protin in diets, and less rations.... yeah."

Yen assumed as the full scope of the battle died down. Corpses all over, and worst yet wounded. The shinobi of konoha lost. Yet some were alive. As he decided to step forward to move out of the kages way he would simply abide for the moment and not lower the jutsu. As the kage would proberly realize yen was more less in a protective shell. As many of the kiri shinobi lacked the strength to break through one part without reprocusions. So hence they like their co shinobi got the message and stepped away. Lest yen decided to get serious and pop off his own display of power to quiet the tiny school of fishes, and let the sharks and tigers talk. Being the only concious high ranked shinobi he was going to try once more now after watching the results. But they by divine intervention.  Stayed their distance.

Now yen merely glanced at the mizukage with his one eye looking freshish still as he hardly  had to put effort in his fights. As most kiri scrubs were like insects. Fast but lacked sting. So he knelt this time upstraight to not make the mizukage become provoked. Only then did he note that perhaps the fighting began because the man had some sort of thing against the people prepping defenses.  Still he waited proberly looking foolish sorrounded by broken and shattered weapons. But none hurt the durible yensung as he even on purposely knelt on the weapons to grab the mans mire.

(This shouldnt be long so ap meh unless there is more fighting)

The First Storm [Village Destruction] - Page 6 Empty Re: The First Storm [Village Destruction]

Wed Nov 01, 2017 1:47 am
The battlefield reeked of blood, mangled bodies scattered here and there of brave shinobi from either side dying for a cause that should have been prevented. It was hard for the young kunoichi to watch, heart wrenching to see so many lives lost. Despite her being a shinobi, she hated the idea of merciless killing and unnecessary bloodshed, both tragedies wars typically brought about. Her eyes moved from the fleeting back of the Mizukage, who carried the barely conscious Hokage bridal style in his arms, to the ground where she had been left unconscious.

She wanted to look for Salzem as her eyes found the spot where they had faced the kiri shinobi. Yet her brother’s body was nowhere to be seen, and for a moment she feared he had killed off by a shinobi whilst still unconscious. Her imagination was quickly placed to rest when she focused on the chakra signatures around her, able to sense his presence with her chakra sensory ability. Hikari was thankful he was at least alive, and she hoped to spot a familiar Konoha shinobi with him as she traced his location, but her face paled when she had visuals on the lycan near the village gates.

He had been taken by the behemoth machine that she had seen at the beginning of the war, its hand grasping onto his body with what she hoped would be a light force, and beside the machine stood the man that had stolen Salzem’s legs to begin with. They were accompanied by about five other shinobi, although she could not tell whose side they were on fighting for she knew some were Konohagakure while the rest were Kirigakure. Hikari couldn’t imagine what they had planned for Salzem, her mind thinking of the worst possible outcomes in her worried and frightened state. Did they plan on presenting Sal to the Mizukage, in order to get him killed for being rendered unconscious by the ice cold kiri man? Or did they want to study Sal, examine how he was able to transform into a lycan, and potentially steal his abilities through his DNA (if they could even do such a thing, for Hikari had no idea how it worked with werewolf DNA). Any possibility Hikari thought up sent more shivers down her spine than the previous, her breathing hitched in her throat as she stared at her brother and his captors.

She was about to continue walking towards where she thought the Konohagakure shinobi were supposed to kneel, across from the Kirigakure forces, when both Kots and herself were stopped by kiri shinobi and told to remain in the ranks of Kirigakure. At first it confused Hikari as to why they would remain with the kiri forces and not their own allies, but then she remembered they were holding on to the Mizukage’s sword, and she realized he would want to have his blade kept close to him and protected by his shinobi.

Dread filled her white eyes and her grip on Samehada tightened as she anticipated what was to come. Would her people so easily concede, especially with the Mizukage able to hold the Hokage as leverage? And what did the Mizukage even want with the Hokage? Did he intend to murder her in front of the entire village, or take her hostage as a way to keep Konoha under his reigns for however long he chose to rule the village? It was then she noticed the one-eyed man from before the war had already decided to kneel in the designated area for them, encased in a sort of protective shell that the Mizukage would probably find dishonorable. It seemed the Jounin of the Leaf had not learned his lesson from when he first provoked the Mizukage, and Hikari feared for the repercussions to his actions a second time, for the first had started a war.

Kotsuzui felt nothing but disgust with himself as he was escorted through the battlefield by the Kiri forces along side Hikari. The two were forced to hold onto Samehada like children holding the hands of their parents. With every corpse Kotsuzui passed that once use to be a Konoha shinobi, Kotsuzui felt more and more embarrassed. He had failed to do the one most important task, too protect Risako. Even after failing to do so, the Mizukage provided him with the opportunity to redeem himself by fight the man. Yet again, Kotsuzui failed in that as well. He had failed his village and its people. There was no telling what Xyxer had planned now, but anyone with an ounce of intelligence would know it was nothing good. For the most part Kotsuzui was looking down at the ground. Some may think it was due to the fact he was embarrassed and didn't want to show his face, though it were actually to avoid any stray weapons left on the ground. The Kaguya was barefoot, never wearing shoes when he was out and about. So he had to make sure he didn't accidently step on a blade, cut his foot and require healing from Hikari yet again. She had already healed him twice, thus saving his life twice. Kotsuzui owed her his life, twice over. Assuming that were even possible.

The soon arrived at the spot where it all began. Xyxer speaking to Risako. Risako ordering us to kneel as most of us had. Then there was one defiant blonde who stood her ground. Now that Kotsuzui remembered, there was to be a battle of champions before the war broke out. He couldn't remember why that never happened, he just remembered feeling excited to get into the action. How that came back to bite him in the ass. It was pretty obvious what was needed to be done now. Just like before all this began, Konoha needed to come before the Kage and kneel. Though before Kotsuzui could even think about joining his village, the Kiri forces lead both his and Hikari onto their side behind Xyxer.

"What does he want with us over here?" Kotsuzui thought to himself. Why didn't he want Kotsuzui to kneel? He would probably figure out soon enough, but for now Kotsuzui did as he was told and lined up with the Kiri forces instead. At the moment there had only been one Konoha shinobi to arrive and kneel in front of Xyxer, with his shield still around him just like he had done to start the war. Had he not learned anything from his previous actions? Kotsuzui expected more from a Jounin of his own village. He was only going to worsen an already ugly situation for them. His eyes shifted from Yen to Xyxer's back, watching him attentively as he held on to their Hokage. All he could do was wait to see what the man had planned. There were bound to be punishments. The head hanging at his hip and defeated Hokage were surely not enough for him.

As at slow and steady pace Kisuke arrived on the scene with the injured Jason Senju using him as a crutch; Kisuke's right shoulder tucked under Jason's left arm pit, his arm around the Uchiha's shoulders. Holding tightly onto the Senju's waist to make sure he didnt fall for his legs were injured during the fighting, their pace was made even slower by the bodies and weapons that littered the battlefield. His Sharingan now deactivated, Kisuke finally managed to maneuver his way to where some Konoha nin had already gathered, the only one he recognized being Yensung Senpai, who appeared to be unscathed.

Pulling up to Yensung's right, Kisuke would gingerly descend onto one knee while aiding the Senju onto one of his knees. Remaining silent for there was nothing to say, they had been defeated and quite quickly too, Kisuke would look up towards the Mizukage who stood triumphantly over everyone. Kisuke would frown slightly as his gazed went past the foreign leader and over towards the enemy shinobi who flanked him. "What the fuck is Kots doing with them?" Kisuke was glad to see that his best friend was still alive, but why was he with the enemy? It was clear he was not there by choice by both his demeanor and the fact him and another female were holding onto some sort of weapon like prisoners. Were they going to make an example out of them? Kisuke frowned in anger at the thought. Their moral was none existent, their bodies broken and defeated if their were lucky to still be alive. They had already won, was it really necessary to break them even further? Without being able to do anything Kisuke would angrily kneel in the dirt and the rain poured over him and his defeated allies.

With his crossbow held in both hands, the Nazar kept his distance from the enemy forces the majority of the fight providing support for his fellow combatants. The occasional enemy would make his way to him but he dealt with it accordingly. For the most part Kinzoku had come out of this unscathed. Just soaked from the rain and dirty from the mud. He stopped firing his crossbow when he noticed the fighting started to die down. It didn't take him long to notice that the fighting had ceased due to the Mizukage walking through the battle field with the Hokage in his arms. "Looks like we lost" Kinzoku thought to himself as he lowered his crossbow. This was the second time a foreign enemy had come to invade his home and the second time the enemy had one. At least this time we were willing to put up a fight, now we just had to deal with the repercussions of doing so. Shortly after the Kiri forces surrounded the Nazar to make sure he complied. Strapping his crossbow onto his back once more, Kinzoku adjusted his hat before being guided by the enemy forces.

He was lead back to the initial meeting point, where Xyxer first confronted Konoha. There he could see Jason kneeling alongside the other Genin as well as the much smaller Jounin. Kinozku noticed Jason had taken an injury but other than that he seemed to be doing fine. Kinzoku was glad to see both Genin were still alive. Against all odds they fought to protect their village even after they were ordered to escape. The future for the village was bright with Genin like them. Kinzoku only hoped the Mizukage would spare them in his punishments.

Kneeling down on the opposite side of Yen, Kinzoku could see that the man still had his protective barriers still around him. His actions had essentially started this war to break out when he first activated them, keeping them activated after the battle had been lost was not a bright idea. It forced the hand of the Mizukage to strike before, Kinzoku saw no reason why it wouldn't force the man to do the same now. "It's over, partner" Kinzoku spoke softly as he looked down at the smaller Jounin. "Best you put those defenses down, otherwise you may regret not doing so" he finished, hoping the Jounin would heed the words of Kinzoku. With that the Nazar faced forwards towards Xyxer, wondering what he would do now with them, the Hokage, and the two Konoha shinobi left with the enemy forces.

The Hyuuga girl would arrive, the hatch of her puppet now opened to permit her to better control Sal, who was still resting in Thane's lower left hand. Normally, she could put strings through the vents that she had created for Thane, but as the hatch had been open when she activated the jutsu, closing it now would break her threads. In Thane's lower right hand, he held the presumably unconscious body of Celeste, though her wounds were superficial. As the symbiotic duo approached, she noticed that the man who had started this entire battle in the first place was maintaining a large barrier around him, as if to shield himself from the consequences of his actions.

Thane would begin to advance towards the crowd, and as he did so, Aryll would notice with a sense of intrigue that there were two Konoha ninja on Kirigakure's side, kneeling around the Mizukage. Given the circumstances, she decided it would be better to keep this dog on a leash, lest he try to take another bite out of a Kirigakure ninja. And besides, she might have one more dog left to muzzle today.

As she approached the sidelines, she would stop, about 15 meters from where Yen was kneeling, smirking as his comrade warned him to dispel the barrier. She would stand there, releasing Sal from Thane's grip, forcing him to crawl to the earth, before releasing him from the chakra threads entirely. She would let him lay there in the dirt, and would leave it to him to figure out how to kneel with his newfound stumps for legs, just as she had during the blood games, not so long ago.

With Thane's right hand, Celeste would be released, gently set upon the ground, likely still unconscious. If she came to, Aryll would rely on her fellow village ninja to coerce her to kneel.

Thane would stand there, a silent sentinel, watching over the Konoha ninja. She would return to the Mizukage if called, but it would likely be clear from the conflict that just occurred that she could not abandon this beast and expect him to stay obedient

As if he cared any longer.

Let them all burn.

Salzem wasn't going to kneel because it was something he couldn't physically do and fuck them if they thought he was going to try. This whole idiocy, this miasma of stupid... The words his "enemy" spoke were nothing but pointless sounds like the rustling of the leaves but only half as tolerable. He laid sprawled out on the ground where Aryll dumped him, his only movements being the shallow rising and falling of his chest as he simply tuned into his surroundings and ignoring everything else. He tuned in on the oddly calming pitter-patter of the rain upon the puddles his face was half sunken into, the sound of the mud *squishing* under his weight in a near audible shrill screech. He listened the the wind whistle hauntingly and the trees hiss in protest to his actions but he didn't listen to anyone else.

Let them all burn.

He secretly hoped Yen would just make their heads explode... Just POP like ripe melons spraying their sweet juicy insides up and down with the raindrops. He even more secretly hoped Yen would pop his skull too and send him to a world of darkness... A place of eternal warm, comforting rest with every one of his friends who passed on before him. Fuck this... fuck it all... He didn't care any more. Everything can just DIE right now and he couldn't give any less of a care than he did right now.

Let them all burn.

Salzem refused to heal his wounds he suffered in Aryll's constant pinning and attaching of their strings, letting his flesh bleed where they burrowed into his back. The sensation was delicious for once, a pain that didn't rest in his stomach like the grinding, stabbing agony of dread that nested in his guts. Feeling it throb in harmony with his heart, his blood spilling out into the water in just little amounts so that it didn't threaten his life... For how much the mist enjoyed their psychotic episodes like this one, they were pretty adamant to not kill... Just threat and bluster and maim and steal.

Let them all burn...

Salzem closed his eyes as he waited for something to kill him, hoping it'd be nice and quick. He hoped that maybe he wouldn't wake up, just fall asleep forever in an eternal, blissful sleep... He wondered if Yen would be the only true ninja among them and take out at least one of these invaders and kill Salzem before these fools could mutilate him further...

But the ninja knew that he was a disappointment too. They all were. Just big walking piles of half-effort.

Let them all...

Salzem attempted to sleep but the presence of the unfamiliar hostiles kept him from lowering his guard... even without caring whether he lived or died, his body wasn't ready to quit... An inspiration from a mindless automaton.

Let them...

Opening his eyes once more, he witnessed his blood pool before him near his face, the color reminding him of something... someone important...

Let....

She was smaller than he was but stood tall nonetheless, with eyes of different colors and a smile that would make any man sweat. She was beautiful, he remembered that too, so much so, just thinking about her made his heart flutter and his face curve upward into a smile.

...

He remembered her lips against his as she kissed him that day... And that night... Never once had he ever been so intimate... Never had he dreamed to have done it with someone so sweet and beautiful...

....I.....

His love...

I.... love....

Kira Uzumaki.

His chest warmed gently and the limbs he still possessed tingled with pleasure at the thought of his lover... God... how could he have forgotten her!? Kira... oh Kira... His heart... His close friend, ally and the only girl he'd ever loved...

Kira... He whispered in his mind, contacting her since the beginning of this worthless scuffle. I don't think I ever told you how truly beautiful you are...

The First Storm [Village Destruction] - Page 6 Empty Re: The First Storm [Village Destruction]

To return where it all started they all went to see what the mizukage had planned. The fights went by quickly. They should of never fought back in the first place, would of made this five time easier and their pride would be in a better shape. Instead of fighting, they should of waited, but they were like children in a candy store, no clue what to do. Mors returned closer than he was before, a better view and easier to hear. It seemed their numbers were a bit thinner than before, some obviously either ran away, didn’t get found, or even just trying to keep up the defiance. But that was neither here or there, Mors was more focused on what was to happen next, the first part he knew what he had to do and what was going to happen, and he had succeeded in his task for the most part. Even if things didn’t seem right, he still did what was told of him. He could think of lots of things to do to the pitiful shinobi, who did not defend their homes with their lives. Almost all still breathing, their pride was misplaced they cared more about self-preservation than doing their duties. Now they were all on their knees for a second time, like the workers at a back end massage parlor. One way or another someone was going to end up getting a happy ending and not the good kind. But all Mors could do was wait and see what was to happen to these failures that call themselves shinobi, still ever vigilant because you can never be too relaxed in these situations. He watched his great Mizukage, again, it was similar to de javu. Nonetheless he did his duty and kept watch. What was to come, the idea of some punishment brought inner excitement to Mors and he could not wait much longer.

The First Storm [Village Destruction] - Page 6 Empty Re: The First Storm [Village Destruction]

As the sons and daughters emerged from the muddy combat zone that was drenched in the blood of both sides, Xyxer couldn't help but smile. Their knees bent easily now. Numerous deaths, a fallen leader, and a conquering demon.. that was all it took for the will of Konohagakure to crumble under its own proud weight. Their esteemed warriors had abandoned them, revealing themselves as nothing more than a pen of sheep in a world where the wolves prowled. This was no world for weakness.. no place for mercy. Multiple other shinobi came to the line and dropped down towards their knees, submitting to the will of the Mizukage for what would be the second time for most of them. Come to think of it, Xyxer had no idea where the first instigator of this fight was, but he certainly knew where the second one was. His grey eyes beamed towards the dog that currently ate the ground in more than the literal sense. Someone had done a good job of putting the dog on a leash. He'd have to reward them.. yet to be rewarded by a demon was a curse in itself. Perhaps the maimer would realize that before it was too late.

For now, however, Xyxer allowed the whistling of the wind to settle the scene for him. It afforded the defeated members of the war to reflect on what they had done, and the position they now found themselves in. It also allowed the victors to reflect on what they were about to witness, and to decide whether their veins ran coarse with the salty water like Xyxer claimed his did. To start, however, Xyxer would allow his words to cut through the wind as he addressed Konohagakure's army, "Kirigakure No Sato came offering peace, and a way out from the bloodshed you've just endured. You spat in our face and rejected our kind proposal, so some of you had to die. Some of you still have to die." Xyxer spoke, "You wanted to fight us." At this point, Xyxer lifted the prone body of Risako up into the sky, exposing her to the elements that crashed down from the sky, yet it wouldn't be for long. "So this is how it has to be." With that, the body of the acting Hokage would find itself being yanked down before an explosive pain hit her back; Xyxer's knee subsequently broke her spine with an audible snap as her body rolled forward off from the Mizukage's leg, landing limp on the mud before him with her head lolling to the side so that she could still watch the glory of what would happen to Konohagakure.

"Now that the formalities are out of the way, let's get this clear.  I don't have a single issue about killing each and every single one of you if you don't do as I say. Understand? Let's find out." Xyxer clasped his hands together, the smile from earlier still settled on his features. How was to he do this? Was he to drag one of them out in the middle then beat them to death as the other watched? Maybe even have them flip a coin to decide which of their crew gets to take the fall for their bravado? Yet, the beast within him wanted something more.. and so it would have it. "In the world where you're either the predator or the prey, you have a choice to make. To cull the weakest of your herd and continue to progress until you can once again claim what you consider a life, or be dragged down to their level, burdened by their failures." Xyxer grinned, "I'll allow you all a second chance, if you kill him." He suggested, pointing one hand towards the dogboy that currently had his face pressed into the ground. Perhaps for the best if he was crying.. Would he even know Xyxer had just ordered his death? Exciting. "Fail to do so, and all the children of Konohagakure die today; no passes for people that don't participate, you all have to take part in the kill.. other than sweet ol' Kotsuzui and Hikari behind me." He paused momentarily before finishing, "Choose your future." At this point, Xyxer's senses were tingling as he expected the two behind him to launch an attack, but what was even more exciting was the possibility of what could happen. Did the shinobi of Konohagakure value their lives over the life of one?  Who knows. Yet, if no attempt was made on the life of Salzem, or someone attempted to timeline my actions with whatever, Xyxer would nod his head to his shinobi in order to incite the literal execution of an entire village.
