Cho scoffed as both Akane and Yensung stopped her from bashing the Feudal Lord's face in for his disrespectful comments towards his own flesh and blood. Cho of course, could care less about the royal family dynamic. But if anyone was going to be foul mouthing anyone, it would be her. She snatched her arm from Akane, though she was doing Cho a kindness and she knew it. She stood there with her arms folded as she listened to Yensung's speech about how the security of the caravan would go. Cho's bad mood became instantly lighter when she learned that she would be put on scouting patrol. That would mean she was the first point of contact for any enemies that came their way. Perfect. It was likely that she was going to call first dibs on the enemy anyway. She agreed to do this mission simply because of how dangerous the Hokage had warned her it would be. It was her very first opportunity to prove her worth as a shinobi, and how fortunate of her to receive such an opportunity just before the start of the chuunin exams. Cho, completely covered from head to toe in black hooded clothe, nodded to acknowledge her sensei and vanished. She went on ahead of the caravan as it began to move.

She traveled a pace of twenty meters ahead of the caravan and the other ninja in her squad before she began to activate her hidden jutsu. From the pores in her skin, insects began to sprout and take flight. The squeezed through the tiny holes and flapped their wings as if to dry them out after a long wash. From the outside looking in, it would appear to be butterflies leaving her silky black cloak. The 100 black butterflies scattered so that they were evenly spread in all directions relative to the caravan they were supposed to protect. While Cho silently gave commands to here insect minions, the insects would survey the entire surrounding area before telepathically communicating any updates to their master. They were commanded to search high and low, for anyone that might be hiding in the shadows, poised to ambush them. Cho also made sure that her moths were spread out enough so as to not trump up suspicion. Hopefully, the enemy would just assume that black butterflies populated this section of forest.

The moths moved with the caravan as everyone made their way towards the Lightning country. With such a proper plan in place, they began to exit the fire country border and there still had been no sign of conflict, save the constant arguing happening within the caravan between the daimyo and his sister. Cho was certain she would have ripped his head off if she was stationed right next to him. Other than that, things were running smooth so far, and almost everyone was done with their required word count. It seemed like this mission would be easy after all.

Within the ground yen remained at a steady pace. The moving of the earth and the counting of footsteps in the central area above him. He could tell each distinct step through the earth. As his sensory could feel the unique levels of chakra amid the area.

That is a check there no threats so far. As for numbers. There are even numbers thus far. Midori is ahead of the caravan. Good. Movement the same. Good.

Yen thought as he moved further down to 25 meters below the caravan. With the clones in mind his focus extended towards clone #1 whom was steadily keeping up with koaru, but then slowed down to trail back behind him slowing his pace as in to quietly observe from a further distance.

His straw hat covering the left eye as the clone would remain on the alert. The slightest mishap of a chakra signiture would make him stop.

As for clone #2 he quietly waited on the carridge as the men were efficent as they travled. He quietly listend to the squabbling of the royal family as he lounged on the top of the carridge. After all this woukd serve well to yen. To get a gleam of what these people were up to.

However, each clone was aware of their reserves. With each moment they knew if anything they would dissaptate and grant yen more chakra should he need it. Each one knowing fully well how much he had, and how much he was using.

The makings of such a detail. The danger of the failure. We all must maintain the advantage.

Yen thought as he quietly waited knowing that for the moment all he needed to do was wait. Wait and observe. The countless assualt plans having gone through his head already. Lead him to mainly one. Which would in all way's enabled him to assure that a threat would be subdued, and effectively eliminated. Still hopefully the mission would not result in such a effect. The odds, however. Were low as he knew it. Holding such a high priced target would grant inumeralble political and economical advantages. Still he would rather avoid that.

If all went well the group would arrive with little inhibitations. But to stop that was why yen remained underground. To assure that if there was a threat he would have the time and space to prepare.

Ok guys we all have been waiting for this for a while now and me and my team are finally ready to invade. You should know I'm very big on staying IC(knowing and acting only as your character would no matter what) and playing them at their actual skill levels. Hopefully we can all enjoy this thread and won't need much OOC ridiculousness or battlemods. Have fun everyone and good luck!]

A flash of crimson light and a portal the same color signaled the arrival of Alice and her new team of rogues. Her focus was on sensory, trying to locate the team's target before they located her. She had aimed her team's arrival in a wooded area just sixty-two meters away from the escort caravan. From that distance, she could only feel one or two of the escort's chakra signatures. Were there more than one Jounin? That might be a bit troublesome if it were true. "Alright, we're here. I can sense a high chakra level heading in this direction just sixty-two meters away. Everyone knows their job? Then let's begin"

Her hands came together to form the clone hand seal, and out of a small cloud of white smoke appeared four identical clones of Alice, each with their own multi-weave mask covering the lower half of their faces, an eye patch over their left eyes and their very own Royal's Edge attached to their right hips. The original Alice kept herself hidden behind a tree where she wouldn't be seen from the incoming escort. She and all four of her clones kept their chakra suppressed the entire time and her clones moved as quietly as they could between the trees on either side of the path along with their designated charges of R, Taishi, and Roku respectively.

It was a startling realization to reach as well as a swift and disorienting transport that led Roku to his destination; that was to say, he had followed a more powerful ninja into the Land of Fire without the smallest thought as to her young and quite possibly naive nature as such.

It was a simple thought that brought the feeling of real fear into the boy's already tumultuous stomach; what can that high chakra level accomplish?

But the situation was real, at hand, and deadly. Focus was necessary, movement was of the essence, time was important in what could easily be his last moments. His first instinct was to crumple his chakra signature up to zero, suppressing the internal energy with a split second of determined terror, and then he proceeded to move to the left. The ideal distance for the carriage to be at was approximately seventy meters, and moving from the south to the north with Roku on the western side, to maintain an appropriate distance from the target would require he move north, adjacent to the pathway but hidden in the trees.

Dying was a funny thing, really, and being put in position to readily forfeit one's own life from the time of conception was absolutely fascinating. Objectively, of course. Roku had never put the words together in his own mind quite like that, because his perspective was rather biased toward the entire circumstance of his life being "stupid." One of the several benefits to being in such a lifelong predicament, however, is the heightened development of certain cognitive features. Roku, for example, was exceptional at observing while in a state of tension and equally skilled in motor skills for feats that required some nominal thought and action. On the flip side of this, it also leaves room for improvement in several aspects of both; in his previous confrontation with what was now his little gang, his lack of attentiveness to minute movements led him to blow his cover and fall from his vantage point, and immediately thereafter, his incredible attentiveness to confrontation led him to lay on the ground and let the confrontation progress around him. It was lucky that he had recovered.

This is not a digression, just a very long transition.

Roku was not keenly aware of the differences between moth and butterfly. However, he had sat for extended periods of time and watched both, fluttering about lights or from flower to flower, and had learned that the most significant differences were in their faces.

Neither insect has a face, per se, but let the boy use his terminology.

Butterflies looked less angry, less primal and more evolved. As though they would sooner kill through a plot than through swarming murder, although the latter is clearly what they would have to resort to. Moths looked older, only slightly less dangerous for their better head structure and ever more through what seemed like a more aggressive body. They fluttered faster and more ferociously than butterflies, though both were known to sit still and slowly bat their wings from time to time.

Roku was fairly certain that the rather large black winged insects, what couple he had seen, were not there during his last walk down this same road, nor was it probable that they be out and about during they day given their nocturnal colour, nor did they seem a likely candidate as butterflies for a variety of reasons: they had mean thoraxes and antennae, they were bigger than any butterfly he had ever borne witness to, and they were not properly camouflaged to their apparent habitat. There were none to the north, leaving the conclusion most easily drawn to be that they had originated from the caravan or its guard.

All of this information presented itself to the child's brain as the simple thought of 'DANGER MOTH!'

Next was his job, and he had already started to formulate something of a plan as to how it would be most easily accomplished. Whether or not they had been revealed to the caravan, from the insects being the most likely derived from paranoia and the literal portal being a reasonable excuse, the boy had to figure out quickly what to do before the guardians of his wealth wised up to his attempted claim. When he had guessed from Alice's original statement of distance that he was about seventy five meters away from the Feudal Lord's transport, Roku would leisurely trot out of the treetops, landing a couple meters away from the treeline to allow the clone to remain hidden. Before he had even touched the ground, he would be signing to raise Clay Dolls from the ground in front of him; his chakra strings were invisible, and when fully raised, the constructs would appear to float on their own and start off toward the caravan at a speed of 80.

They were aimed at the point guard, a distant cloaked figure, and they would move to cross paths with each other were they allowed within five meters; at this point, the one on the western side would go lower, one long clawed hand slicing at the knees and midsection whilst the other aimed for a stabbing blow to chest and head.

A well formulated tactic, for one boy on such short notice.

Taishi would find himself in the beautiful land of Fire Country, the trees all around. The lack of snow here would help prevent their movements from being as easily detectable through the crunching of ice and snow beneath their feet, and the forests abundant trees provided plenty of cover to protect the group and their movements towards the mark. Alice would ask if everyone knew there job, to which Taishi would reply nothing out loud, but a simple nod of his head would state that he knew what to do and was ready to do it. Sixty two meters, eh? That wasn’t terribly far, but luckily for them there were plenty of trees between them and the target to help remove direct line of sight, at least in regards to Taishi. He couldn’t speak on behalf of anyone what anyone else was able to see or not see.

The group would move about from tree to tree, hiding behind and using them for cover. This target was protected by shinobi, so they were likely very alert. This wasn’t going to be a cakewalk like some of his other jobs. While they had done this, Taishi would not follow along, since he had a different method on how to stay hidden. Once he was able to see the moving carriage, he would spring into action by drawing his Kunai and kneeling down with his left knee touching the ground. A smaller target was harder to see than a larger one. Despite his focus on the task at hand, the greyish brute of a man would not be oblivious to the rest of his surroundings. He didn’t see any targets nearby, nor did he see any wildlife of any sort. It was a shame, as a scared deer or such could easily provide distraction to throw off the real attack. It of course could also give the enemy an idea of which way they were coming from, and so Taishi would take this as whatever it was, blessing or curse.

Taishi had his orders, and so he would quickly sink into the ground as fast as he could, burying himself beneath the earth as easily as a fish would swim beneath the ocean waves. Taishi would continuously ping his chakra sensory, making notes of each signature he could detect. There were large signatures, easily rivaling that of Ryu and even larger than that of Alice. Such a thing was fearsome indeed and he would have to be cautious.

Taishi would follow along with his compatriots, his depth a mere 30 meters under where the ragtag group of MN were travelling from behind tree to tree in preparation to attack. Hopefully they would not be detected too quickly. Such would allow a better vantage point and hopefully a more successful attack.

With another inhale and exhale the chest of the golden eyed god heaved. Not a sigh, just a deep breath. Following that the group would being inclosing on the group of hired village ninja who were protecting a rickshaw. They were all ducking and dodging between the trees to avoid being seen and while Ryal had gotten excited and wanted to get in on the action he'd be in the back. As Alice wanted, he needed to be aware of everything the entire time so that he could give the signal for them to retreat should that be necessary. When they were nineteen meters away he'd activate his Quiet Footsteps jutsu and become unheard. The second anyone on the opposite team made any hand seals, single-handedly or not, his dojutsu would activate.

"Tch! HEADS UP!!!!! 4 ninja heading this way! They came from some strange portal out of nowhere! One is underground, and another has made 4 shadow clones, Yensung sensei...!"

Cho's head shot up immediately once her moths communicated with her telepathically that a group of missing nin had entered the fray in near vicinity to the caravan they were assigned to protect with their very lives. From the moment the shinobi entered the Fire country through their strange portal, at least one out of the hundred moths would spot the crimson portal and all who came through it. Without making any movements that would arouse suspicion, the moths would communicate what they had seen with each other at the speed of their reaction time, leading all the way back to their hive queen, Cho. However, to the raiders, they would appear to be regular butterflies, if they were noticed at all. As the missing ninja made their move towards where the Konoha shinobi were, the black moths would follow. All except for a small clutch of moths, who stayed behind to keep a careful eye on the apparent leader kunoichi that attempted to hide herself behind a tree 62 meters away.

Since the missing nin were traveling together as a pack, it can be assumed that they were only traveling as fast as their slowest member (40 spd). Therefore, most of Cho's insects managed to surround the troupe before they reached the 19 meter mark. Cho commanded the insects to form a tornado surrounding the 6 ninja that were above ground as a means to obstruct their movement. All except the one underground would be bitten more times than they could count unless something was done to evade the attack. The moths approached from all sides, even their blind spots. They would bite through their clothing and their skin and drain their chakra with each nibble. As they fluttered about, they released an pollen that resembled glitter from their delicate black wings. All who were trapped within the tornado would inevitably inhale the pollen, sealing their fate. Soon enough, the ninja would feel the effects of the toxin before ever reaching the Leaf ninja. Meanwhile, Cho had made her way back to the caravan to aid in defending the Daimyo.

"I'll hold them off for as long as long as I can. The ring leader with the shadow clones isn't among the ones approaching. She's hiding about 60 meters east of here. What are your orders, Yensung sensei?"

Akane had been walking at her position of caravan guard as she looked around the woods as she took notice that her group was focusing on defenses and preparation for possible bandits. She was hoping that this was going to be a quiet mission, a simple escort of a person that did not make a good first impression with her, but there was always the chance of things not going according to plan especially due to the fact that this was classified as an A rank mission. That alone made thoughts that things would be smooth sailing instantly foolish in Akane's eyes as she was on alert while looking around the forest. She was in the company of some very powerful ninja, granted all ninja she didn't know very well even though they all were from the same home village, which made her feel a little bit more comfortable and confident that their mission would be a success. She would be looking through the surrounding trees with her Sharingan while looking for anything particularly out of place. It would be here that she heard a shout from Cho's direction warning the group she had detected trouble as her hand instinctively reached towards her pouch and pulled out a kunai that she would hold, reverse style, as she looked to Cho.

She was in the process of setting up countermeasures when, from afar, Akane noticed what looked to be two short humanoid figures running along the ground after her close together. Thanks to her Sharingan she could track them at a rate where they seemingly moved in slow motion. It had looked, however, as though Cho hadn't taken notice of them as Akane's body seemingly moved on instinct as she moved quickly to where Cho was who was about 20 meters away. She kept watch of the incoming attackers, passing by Cho as she continued her charge towards them, as she was quickly able to tell they weren't human at all but rather beings that seemed to be made from the earth. Taking this into account she would catch the two in a clothesline with her arms, aimed directly at their necks, as the two would crumple to the blow they had received and be destroyed before they got to be within 10 meters of Cho's position. It would be here that she noticed that tethered to the two dolls that were in the process of slowly crumbling to dust due to her RT was what seemed to be colorful threads of pure chakra, that with her Sharingan she was able to see even if invisible, as she took this to mean these were dolls being controlled.

Immediately she thrust her arms forth and grabbed the two sets of threads in each hand, making certain she kept a grip of her kunai and that it didn't accidentally cut the threads, before giving them her strongest tug with a grunt while making certain to do it at a bit of an upward angle. The intention would be to pull the owner of the chakra threads off of their feet, making them travel several meters above the ground, and send them flying towards Akane's position as she would see Roku and smirk. She would then quickly make a slashing motion with her kunai hand, making a clean horizontal cut, as she would completely sever the two sets of chakra threads. Upon her right hand reaching her left she would quickly form the Horse seal, her mouth pointed directly at Roku's flying body currently 30 meters away from her, as she drew a breath and blew.

'Katon: Great Flame Annihilation!'

The result would be a cone of fire, massive in scope and powerful enough to instantly singe and burn all trees in it's path, as it made it's way towards Roku while growing bigger and bigger in diameter. If successful in hitting Roku it would completely vaporize him with it's power as Akane would keep the jutsu going just in case anything tried to go after him as Akane would then swivel her head around a bit to make the still growing flames sweep over more area of the forest.

Cho did well informing the yen clone on the carridge of the incomming threats as he the nearest muscle man on the back directly in front of him.

"Yeah stay back and out of range."

The clone stated. As the men hurried back as fast as they could. It was time to start moving. As it noted further up the road around 70 meters out, and on left side of the carridge towards the wooded area. There came two bolting fast figurines. With his sight the clone noted they were not humane, and so he flicked off his hat. Which the clone #1 saw.

Thus clone #1 he simply nodded as he saw out of the thickets of the trees came the group, beginning to take action immediatly as he was weaving 3 handsigns at this point at his speed of 22. (ox, ram, dragon) for body and soul. The clone neesmded speed so it willed speed respectively for the buff, as the grey aura of a much weaker yang aura would emerge around his body.

unless they could see behind the carridge the group would not see the seals woven by the jouninn's clone. As they were heading straight towards the carridge by a front angle.

However, the crew of invaders at this point was just shy 55 meters out. In which the real yen underground began to note something was up. He lost track of akane. As she moved much too fast.

Regardless the puppets sprinted on towards the figure of cho as yen clone #1 towards the Towards them. From the carridge. From the carridge with him and allegro taking the rear end of the the thing by a distance of 10 meters. Granting the clone and allegro a good visual of the induviduals. Their darting shadows showing as breif flickers. Now slowed down due to the clone's burst of speed. The clone would whisper to the uzimaki.

"Allegro some sound please. As a greeting to induviduals approaching."

The clone #1 simply said as clone #2 glanced over towards the figures approaching as a flash of flame would roar to life from the uchiha known as akane. Hence clone #2 would speak as he wove a ram handsign from the top of the carridge (speed:22)

"Eyes open akane, cho get back here!"

The clone would say as he would spit out a huge torrent of water infront of him and away fro the carridge into the front version of the great exploding colliding wave. Which would instead of creating the sphere and propeling the clone into the air. (Because killing clients is bad!) The wave would. Form upon hitting the ground a 2 feet in front of the retreating carridge carriers. As it would travel it would steadily Grow into a 20 meter high wave, and 25 meter wide wave knocking tress aside, lifting dirt, the whole nine yards. As this size and width would be max at the distance of 20 meters from the carridge. The wave would travel a full 50 meters as the clone would hop to the ground from the top of the carridge landing softly on the ground. Given it was a 6ft drop.

With the attack in full roar as it would turn into a giant 50 diameter sphere of water. Reducing the speed of anyone caught inside the sphere by 5 for every 10 power the technique has over their strength. Unless somehow stopped.

that would be a tricky manuver to avoid naturally thanks to akane's fire technique boil the water and with its vast spreading also block an escape route for the invaders.

With that the clone would end the tec respectively once the sphere collapsed and thus created the 10 meter high waves that would spread in all directions at same speed and power knocking down trees shrubs and bushes.

"Protect the caravan allegro, oi giving you strength!"

The clone stated as it dispersed.

Clone #1 would exclaim on response to clone #2 last statement. simply to confuse any on listeners.

"Good im at full force"

As while all this occurs it was charging towards where the forest running straight torwards the wave of water at a new speed of 62. He would as he,started running activating surface walking technique prior to encountering it so to not be swept away and have a good bracing footimg on the water. Now running on top of the mess. (The technique due to aura simply is 17 power to the clone which he would run ontop of the wave now. if of course all goes through would be barren of broken tree's shrubs twigs and bushes respectively for well over 100 meter s sorrounding the main road and the other tree's down the road.

Thankfully the clone would host the grey aura boosting jutsu as it would survey the damaged arean senses alert and well. As it would gaze east ward looking for the leader or any survivors. But most importantly he ready to disperse As he would disperse as soon as he glanced east returning the chakra spent to yen. In case the shadow of another induvidual moved.

Meanwhile the real yen was underground would have recived the chakra and respectively events that transpired. As well as the info cho gave the clone. He wondered why akane suddenly vanished. But was now well informed.

His job was not done as there was one due east also the leader which clone #1 was also aware of thanks to cho. Thus with all of his chakra back (would act even if clones were destroyed.) he was ready to act as he caught the disturbances of the enemys movements underground. As he was 20 meters under the carridge. The movement of one steadily heading lower under the group about 30 meters beneath where the band was. It caught his attention as be moved towards the disturbance. At a far more supirior speed under ground. (Speed:40) traveling towards the underground enemy as soon as they would reach within 50 meters of his sensory range underground. However in the meantime yen would be setting up. The clone #1 would return to yen giving him the updated info as had finished weaving his handsigns for one of his most prominent techniques.

As unless he was somehow interripted (unlikely since yen is underground) the aburame would feel his speed and chakra surge awake and his reflexs enhanced as well as speed. He could effectively keep tracl of the induviduals with this as he now was slowly, but surely he was getting into the range of nessary power to crush the enemy.

With the now new burrowing power of 75 yen would travel underground towards where cho's insects said the leader was 60 or so meters east. As he was aware of the now interesting fellow that decided to dive down 30 meter into the ground (hiding like mole maintained: speed:40, power: 75, (chakra scaling:+20, skill advanced infusion: +10, +25 from body of yin)) making him capeable of simply burrowing through any annoying earth techniques a person would have.

As for that a familiar grey aura would forum around yen sealessly as it would be of thick grey chakra from his skin up to 1 meter from his body, seeping into the ground around him. As he needed to prepare if this was the leader to get this done.. the grey aura unlike clone #1 would be what was known as one of his trump cards. The barrier was the ultimate wall between himself and harm, or even bothersome things such as snares, and binds that will try to stop him. While it was up he gladly would march onward lest the induvidual was some god given induvidual.

In this case and situation it was nessary, as he was underground.

The boy had the easiest part of his plan flowing smoothly thus far; he would reach his destination outside the treeline before the rather large insects had reported his presence, as they could not communicate telepathically from such a distance and the moths were spread thinly enough that it would require at least a moment for a series of them to communicate the presence of his team. One moment would be all they needed to get some ground covered, some head start of movement established.

Although, had they been spread evenly over a circular area, it was massively unlikely indeed that so much as a single moth was directly adjacent to the raiding team's portal.

Even so, Roku was not near the ball of missing ninja that were being targeted by the attack of insects; if they were spread reasonably about the caravan in a circular form, it would take even more time for the furthest of the hundred bugs to make their way across the eastern forest, over the rickshaw, and into the vicinity of his allies, not including the small clutch that had stayed near the position of his leader which was most likely comprised of the nearest insects. Long story short, his friends were at least somewhat safe because the swarm would need to assemble, and Roku was far enough from the group that the entities threatening them were separate.

Ironically, the two human beings who threatened himself and his party respectively were now much closer together, a figure from the caravan darting forward to attack his puppets before they had even reached their target. The interceptor moved at incredible speeds, removing the Clay Dolls from the equation before he could do anything about it. It was her next action, attempting to grab the threads, which would result in her downfall.

Literally, a falling down.

Inarguable though it was that the young ninja had certainly grabbed Roku's threads, his obliterated puppets made moot their necessity. And as she mightily tugged, they would be completely detached from the boys fingers, the chakra having ceased to extend at the instant they lost contact with the earthen marionettes. The threads themselves would still exist for another few seconds, only the connection to his fingers severed. The female would effectively put all her force into yanking a couple of long strings that laid in the open air, more than likely falling backwards rather than pulling the slight boy toward her. The fire would not be much of an issue in this case, as her jutsu would not activate in time to catch him off guard. After the threads were detached from his fingers, his hands were already in motion for the two seals to perform Flicker Movement. As his form blurred and his vision gained a startling clarity it had previously lacked, Roku would have just enough wit about him to notice what the dwarf on the rickshaw was doing; should Yensung's actions finish, some form of water technique, its speed and destructive force beyond that of any other jutsu he had witnessed, was being created just in front of the target vehicle. It would, beyond a shadow of a doubt, crush the cloaked female who was standing only twenty meters in front of it, and it was possible that the fallen assailant ahead of the point guard would also be impacted by the massive spreading wave. One was simply standing and had yet to make much of an active move, likely the one in control of the danger moths. Unless the speed of her off balance compatriot could get both of them out of the way, they would be negligible threats for the moment. The technique did however pose a significant threat to Roku, however.

Should the technique activate, there would be only a nominal window for action; Roku was seventy meters away from the caravan and the jutsu, safer than the fifty he was from Akane but not safe by any stretch of the human imagination. The wave would swallow the two guardians in front of him very quickly, but not so fast that his own form was hopeless to get out of the way. After he had finished weaving the proper seals for Flicker Movement the moment before, the plan would be to avoid the water jutsu by activating Body Flicker. The formation of a single Ram seal would carry him across the ten meter road, at approximately a forty degree angle; he would stand forty meters into the eastern woods and forty meters closer to the Feudal Lord's transport. It was simply the smartest angle of attack, with the morning sun at his back and the trees between himself and his target acting as a protective barrier. At forty meters into the forest and thirty away from the caravan, even a direct dash at the Feudal Lord would be somewhat more efficient than otherwise, and his entire team had entered from the western side, making his position a flank on the opposing ninja.

A recall of his first observation also told him that he was likely far and away from the currently moving insects.

Should the fire technique still be an issue, his same plan would come into effect; the raging flame was not fast enough to catch his flickering movement, although it would cause him to lose ten meters of forward ground in favor of being ten meters deeper in the forest.

Any another hidden danger he trusted to be dealt with by the clone shadowing him.
