The sun had barely risen above the horizon, drowning the cloudless sky in an orange color. Komori stood about 10m from the gate, leaning against a wooden railing, flask in hand. He took a swig as the burning liquid flew down his throat, ready to screw up his liver, before he clipped it back to the rear side of his belt. He leaned against the railing with his hands in his pockets, wearing his jounin vest, as well as being fully equipped with his ninja tools. Other items he would need for the trip would have been stashed away in his storage dimension. Besides, he had been screwing around a bit lately and discovered something else, something he would have to share with Komon and the rest of the Kumo crew another time.

Komori would wait for his brother at the gates, packed and ready to go. This was probably the earliest he had been awake in quite some time, but it was for a purpose. The two were going to embark together, unknown as to when they would return to Kumogakure.

Slipping his war hammer onto his back, Komon would walk across a puddle left from yesterday's rainfall. The sun had only just risen, and the heat had yet to get to it. His reflection could be seen in the many through the ripples, showing his body clad in blue steel and black cloaks, along with his war hammer strapped to his back.

The jounin had just left Amai's place, informing her that he didn't know when he'd be back. In a hope to avoid the situation he had caused the last time he'd left without telling her. She hadn't been happy, but when he told her why he had to go, she seemed to understand. "I'll be back Amai, I promise" The Hyuuga would think to himself as his brother came into view.

"Morning brother" He'd say solemnly as he caught up to him. "I hope you're ready to walk".

Komori looked up to see the slightly less attractive face of his twin brother approaching. The Hozuki gave a small, nearly inaudible chuckle and nodded his head towards the man approaching him. “I was born ready. C’mon, we’ve got quite the trip ahead of us.” With that, Komori would lean forward from his post, walking to the gates with his brother in tow, ready to set off. “Any idea as to where we should go first?”

Confronting the reality of leaving the village again was hard, but at least this time.. It would be with a familiar face. "There's a bar, in bear country on the outskirts of the forest where we killed those mercenary's" He'd pause, looking at the road ahead.

"They probably passed through it on the way, and secret's have a way of slipping out when in a place like that" He knew his brother wanted answers for Senshi, and he knew they had no clue who had launched the attack. But it was the only major event to happen since Senshi's death, and thus their only lead.

"I just have a hunch, that this might be connected"
